This is a favourite place my friends and I go to after running, tge staff are always friendly and the food is always really nice and at a cheap price, you just can't go wrong coming here.

Visited today and had a lovely time, the service was fantastic, especially from Laura who was so attentive and even surprised me with a complentary birthday desert, so sweet! We love this harvesters and will definitely be back.

What made the evening even better was the fantastic company I enjoyed. We had such a memorable time catching up and sharing laughs. A special shoutout to our server, Kat. She provided outstanding service, always attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality truly elevated our dining experience. Food was great and quick as always, however the absolute star of the show was our server Summer. Never have I met a server that was so committed to making sure everyone was happy and had what they need. She’s an absolute credit to the restaurant, and every server could learn something from her. One of the only good things about this place is the food – hence the two stars. I was initially going to give just one star due to the terrible service. Our experience was ruined by the greeter and waiter (I didn’t catch her name, but the receipt had the name Lauren). From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable. The service was poor, and at one point we even considered leaving. We noticed another family sit down, wait for over 15 minutes without being served, and then leave. This used to be our local Harvester and a place we loved for breakfast, so today’s experience was really disappointing. To make matters worse, when we received our bill, we noticed we were overcharged by £10. We asked a different waiter for help – she was polite and said she’d look into it. She came back and explained that they would refund the incorrect amount and recharge us the correct total, which we appreciated. However, when the original waiter (who had seated us) brought the updated bill, she offered no apology or even an acknowledgment of the mistake – just a very rude attitude. I truly hope the manager takes this seriously and ensures the staff receive proper customer service training.

Please do not ever visit this establishment. My wife, son, friends and I had a reservation booked for 15:00 today. When we arrived at 14:50 we were ignored by three members of staff and even one of the staff members asked us to move to one side. Once we were finally seated we were brought our menus we were told to wait five minutes for us to decide our drinks but then had to wait a lot longer. We had to call the waitress Summer over for her to take our order as she had been serving customers who came after us. Once the drinks arrived, my wife spotted a deceased fly in one of our drinks which we left aside. We had ordered from the children’s menu for our son and were told that dessert would be included in the price and brought at the end of the meal. We also asked one of the other waitresses for a high chair but was met with a response of “I am busy and rushed off my feet”. We then asked Summer for the high chair who brought it, then the waitress we first asked finally came to bring the high chair and she rolled her eyes at the sight of us strapping our son in the high chair that was brought by summer. We then finished our meal and asked the waitress Summer for the bill to which she did not ask if we wanted the dessert from the kids menu which was supposed to be included in the price. Summer presented us with the bill and said she was unable to calculate individual items for us to pay individually and asked us to calculate it ourselves as we wanted to split the bill. My wife and I felt really aggrieved and felt racially discriminated from the experience. I rang the restaurant and spoke to the “general manager” Paul who said Summer is a trainee and said 20% discount off our bill paid was an acceptable form of compensation. I said to him that I would speak to head office because 20% for the experience we had was unacceptable to which he replied “that is a threat and you can ring head office and see what they will do” he then ended the call before I could respond. It seems with Harvester the colour of our skin was a massive problem but our money was acceptable to them. Is a compensation of 20% an acceptable amount for racial discrimination Giving 1 star is being extremely kind.

Regular visitor to harvester Northolt, but today was the worst. Not enough staff on duty to deal with then amount of tables, empty tables not clear or clean, staff member complaining not enough clean tables, food overcooked, waitress did not care whilst serving us. Food took over an hour for 1 course!!!

Attended early Friday evening. Service was prompt. Server was a lovely lad, but never got your name, sorry, but overall very happy with meals and drinks. Food was fresh and hot. Good choice of the salad. Areas really tidy and clean. Very nice experience and look forward to going back.

I visited recently and was looking forward to trying their vegan nachos. Halfway through eating, I started feeling unsure about the cheese. I asked the waitress, who initially reassured me it was vegan, but after I finished eating, I asked again. She kindly went to double-check, and unfortunately, it turned out that it was regular dairy cheese. The staff were extremely kind and professional when handling the situation, immediately apologizing and removing the full bill, even though I couldn’t eat my Beyond burger main course. I would, however, encourage the management to implement stricter checks when serving vegan-labelled dishes. For many guests, vegan choices are made for ethical, health, or allergy reasons, so it’s vital that ingredients are properly confirmed before service. I share this feedback with respect, and in the hope that it helps improve the experience for future guests.

A birthday lunch with friends today. Our server Hope was engaging and pleasant from the beginning and was a pleasure to interact with. Hope explained the menu and our choices with minor changes and reminded us of our vouchers. A great service to match our joyous situation.

Another amazing Mother’s Day meal …. Been coming to this restaurant for 8 years for mother’s day and my birthday and never been disappointed. Amazing food the 1983 combine harvester is amazing and the corn bread is so delicious. Lauren our waitress for the evening was amazing …. Energetic, bubbly and took great care with our order…. I have no idea how she balanced a jug of water two refillable , 4 glasses, a mocktail and a passionate fruit martini with out one drop spilling ❤️will be my last visit as moving to reading and my kids have pretty much grown up coming here …. So thank you for the amazing last experience🙏🏽

We showed up with a booking reservation however they declined service stating they had no tables leaving us with no options on mothers day.

Haven't had a bad meal here for a very long time and on mother's day, it didn't disappoint. Food was great, service on point and left before it got super busy.

Service is wonderful, really nice staff. Food is super. The Nacho starter was fab! Chicken skewers were nice but a little dry and overdone. Just the right amount of guacamole cheese& sour cream. Really enjoyed my experience here, so much so I went back the following week!!

Half the items missing from the menu. Salad not replenished, bread rolls cold and hard. It's got expensive for much smaller portions you need the salad (which is definitely Not free) to fill the gaps in your plate. However the lady who served us last time was lovely. The salad bar needs monitoring, cleaning and replenishing.

The new menu is great. Really enjoyed the Tacos and Beef Baebacoa burger. The service was top tier. Amy S was full od life, very pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. She put a smile on our face. Promotion should be in her future. She's amazing!

Mio was so attentive but not intrusive, we were served quickly & asked about allergies. Mio was very polite & even though just took the time to ensure we had everything we needed.

Manager is only interested in making money, doesn’t care about customers, food still needs to come a bit quicker!! Not enough staff, waiting to get served for 40min. Been a customer for 8 years but this new manager doesn’t even talking to you, saying is too busy!!

Reliable, good quality, great prices. There isn't much in the way of brunch establishments in our diversity-rich area of West London. After some recent poor experiences we decided to try the Mandeville arms. Its been some years since I last went to a Harvester and swore to never return. How things change! The Mandeville is bright, airy and scrupulously clean. The staff are engaging, with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. All we wanted was a simple mid-morning bruch and coffe ... and they really nailed it. I am moved to post a picture of their breakfast roll. Everything about it was perfect in terms of the cooking quality and taste. It is, of course, impossible to eat with any dignity. But sometimes that's where the fun comes in! The coffee was good and unlimited. We might have been fortunate to visit at a very quiet time but I suspect that it would have been just as good had it been busy. The environment is relaxed and unhurried. All in all a great experience and I am grateful to the staff for their friendly, courteous and professional deportment. I should also mention that that the prices are incredibly competitive. Spot of English mustard would have been nice. Well done, keep up the good work!

Great Harvester restaurant. Lots of parking at the side which is free by putting your registration in the machine on entry. Lots of nice seating in either the main restaurant or the bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of choice on the menu for meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan eaters. I am vegetarian and have a nut allergy and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also brought me the allergy iPad to check for myself too. The free salad bar was well stocked and very fresh. Our meals were very big, hot and freshly cooked. Everyone loved their food. We were a party of 7 celebrations someone's 91st Birthday and they catered very well for us. I informed the staff that it was a birthday for a 91 year old. Then staff promptly brought out some ice cream and a large chocolate brownie with candles in it. The staff then sand happy birthday 🎂 it was a lovely touch. Will definitely be going there again. Highly recommend it.
