This visit was great and so was every other time , my only complaint is whenever I've ordered the mixed grill which is quite a good few times , the chicken is always pink inside, even other people I've been with has had the same problem. I've never made a big meal about it (pun intended) but that is definitely one thing that needs sorting out , I'd rather wait an extra ten minutes than get an uder cooked chicken........ oh and sort the salad bar out it was much better back in the day. Regardless il still pop back but just won't have a mixed grill or salad . Never had a problem with the staff though 10/10 always :)

Shame there was no potato salad. Otherwise, great foo, good atmosphere, efficient staff and generally a nice night out. I enjoyed it! Cannot wait for next time

This pub is next-door to the Travelodge we stayed at and had a drink here. Overall the decor ,ambience and general atmosphere of the place was dull,dark, dreary, filthy ( especially the washroom ) . The staff seemed overwhelmed and seemed under staffed. I definitely did not have the urge to eat at this pub.

The five stars is primarily for the outstanding service from Amy S. With a large party of 9, and several sometimes noisy children, she was patient, understanding, funny and prompt. Service with a pleasant smile and was extra attentive to my son's allergy requirements. Food was great, no complaints from any of us. Unfortunately other patrons were having a continuous arguement in and outside the restaurant which was slightly annoying and worrying at times. But this is no fault of the staff. Enjoyable meal all round aside from the obvious.

My boyfriend and I had dinner two weeks ago and we were happy with the food, and extremely happy with Amy S who handled everything with a smile!

Good place for a spot of lunch, the food was really nice and the server was very attentive to our needs. They also don’t come round immediately to ask if everything is okay when you’ve just stuffed your mouth with food (unlike some places lol). Decor is nice, only thing that let it down was the female toilets were a bit scruffy and covered in graffiti in the stalls.

Jessica gave us a warm welcome at the door and ensured we was happy with our seating. Alison served us and her service was superb. The whole experience was extremely enjoyable and the team and manager on duty are fun, friendly and welcoming.

Service really makes the difference, and Kelly was wonderful. Really welcoming and friendly, made great recommendations and accommodated us well. Nothing was too much trouble! Food was tasty and we enjoyed our visit 🙂

Stephanie was very passive aggressive and needs to work on her customer service skills. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there. Fair enough, but don’t take it out on the paying customers

I always loved the breakfast but went there Sunday, and I took my sister who was staying with us.. But what a disappointment staff unprofessional 1 member staff complaining she was tired satcon table by us spilt milk laughing moaning. No cutlery, no straws were told missing more be coming Tuesday. All of this together ruined the experience, and neither me or the people I was with will be coming back. If members of staff want to moan about doing double shifts or drinking Red Bull, don't do it in the middle of the restaurant

Me and my friends had a lovely lunch at Harvester recently, where Mrs. Kelly provided exceptional service. She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I enjoyed a delicious burger, which was perfectly cooked. The highlight was the free salad bar that came with the meal—fresh, varied, and a great addition. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Steph our waiter was lovely and very patient. Food was just as expected. Only minus was that the music was a little loud. (We didn’t ask for it to be turned down, so maybe that’s on us!)

We ordered click and collect while staying at the travelodge next door. Staff were friendly and welcoming, let us also have a couple bread rolls with the order to go with the free salad. Ordered ribs which were delicious and good quality. No complaints at all, would 100% visit again if staying in the area

Came today with parents and my little one. Baby loved her pasta and her pudding, mum loved the lunch menu she enjoyed her scampi and dad and I had the original combo. All left feeling full and happy. Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Holly served us and was attentive and friendly. Could earn 1 more star on atmosphere if there was air con!! But the lovely ladies there seated us by windows to try and help. Will say- the manageress was sat in the corner on a laptop the entire time we were there while everyone else ran around…. Definitely recommend

Food quality is unfortunately poor. Salad bar looks dry and like it's been out for days. Food from the kitchen is rather bland, came lukewarm and was overcooked. Staff are warm and friendly though and make the place much nicer.

Restaurant was very full but we had made a reservation so were seated quickly. Service was a little slow but expected due volume of customers. Food was ok and good sized portions. Not outstanding but certainly acceptable.

Disappointed as had to wait 45minutes for our lunch and they forgot to bring chips with mine

We went to the Mandeville Arms Harvester last night for dinner.Like the rest of the harvester chain,our experience was great,great value,great food,great service.Our server Amy was so friendly and was so passionate and professional when doing her job.She took such great care of my gluten intolerance.The food was brilliant and came out really quickly despite that it was moderately busy inside ,the salad bar was tasty and fresh,the two lovely things are that it is unlimited so you can literally pick whatever takes your fancy and go up as many times as you want to(once you’ve got your plates you can get your salad).Alsp it was cleaned.The mains were great too,the full rack of hot honey ribs were delicious but they weren’t too filling or left you walking out feeling hungry.The chips and the slaw were a nice accompaniment to the ribs and were tasty.The unlimited drinks machine was fabulous too,same as with the salad bar you can go up to it as many times as you like and put whatever drink from the machine takes your fancy.The decor is lovely and not overwhelming,a nice subtle mix of colours in the decor.The only major issue I had here is the wifi was terrible,luckily they have the iPad for allergies but you cannot look up the allergies of the food and drinks on your phone.Other than that we had a brilliant time at the Mandeville Arms Harvester last night.Would recommended.

Ate here on a saturday afternoon. Just by random popped in with family. Was greeted with a smile and seated immediately. The food was lovely, hot and filling buy I must say I had to come on here and say Fiona (what i read on name tag), our server was outstanding, always available and with a smile, polite and made our mood happy. Need harvester to be aware she is a great one!

Chewy steck tasteless and salmon to dry also tasteless staff not doing there job properly after we have finished our food we have been waiting half an hour for the waitress to clean the table and take the order for the desert also she refused to wipe the table giving us tissue and saing it's our job. Not friendly workers won't return ever again x

When we first arrived we were treated very well …. It didn’t last , after being seated under lamps, opposite the kitchen we requested to be moved it had been a hot day and was very sticky …. The restaurant was half empty seating everywhere but we were denied 😐 Salad bar was apt but when our food came steak rib eye ,chips mushroom and tomato and peas . Looked great on the outside but didn’t know what it was doing on the inside.!!! My partner ordered medium, I ordered rare we continually swap back and forth between wobbly uneven plates as some parts was bloody other bits were well done and don’t even get me started on how much fat and stuff was in it .. does the chef even know what he is doing ?? We left more than we ate this was supposed to be our date night what a disaster. We asked for the check and was ignored or asked to wait several times until I got up and found someone else and been told our waitress had a bad takeaway customer and left to get fresh air ?? Only fabulous thing that went down that night was the desperados and my partner 😉 Don’t think we will be coming back to the restaurant for quite a while .

I often came here for a Peroni beer. today was my last time. the staff, including the manager 03/07/24, treated me like a bum. I will never set foot there. shame

We had a family breakfast. All very well cooked and served by a lovely waitress. We were not hassled for time, some places almost ask you to leave when you finish! Plenty of parking and so nice to meet family in pleasant familiar surroundings that we hadn't frequented for a number of years. It won't be our last visit! Pity I can't say the same for the impatient drivers on the Mandeville Road and the buses are no better. If you have no light to go, why block patrons in? Absolute pits of driving these days.

Second time staying in the travelodge Northolt which is connected to the Mandeville Arms (Harvester) came here most nights after works 8 nights, terrific team great food and good selection of beers, special shout out to Stephanie and Jessica always on the ball and remembering my little quirks, 5* all the way.

Came with my sister and had a really lovely meal. Steph looked after us really well and the overall experience was excellent

Great ambience, quality food and amazing service. We were served by Alanna. She is very friendly, helpful and a wonderful waitress. She asked us if we had any allergies when we placed our order. This was very thoughtful of her. We had booked in advance, so no waiting and had a great evening.

Amazing atmosphere and lovely dining experience food was lovely but the best part was desert. Onto who served us, it was Amy, and I usually don’t leave reviews however, Amy from the start to the end gave the best customer service and made sure we were happy with our food and service. Ever so polite and extra cautious with her delivery of service. I would be going back again soon due to my experience I had today.

The food was average, but the service was outstanding. Jessica, in particular, was absolutely amazing! She provided us with timely refills and was incredibly patient while taking our large family order. She's the real MVP!

Lovely food good service served quick

Visited yesterday with my friend and her daughter. There was problems with the order but our waitress was very apologetic and came to us before we could find out what was going on. Both myself and friend had the same meal. Later that night my friend asked if I was ok as she had been really ill. I was not feeling great and it caught up with me. Sadly we both suffered food poisoning. And feeling ill today as well

Food was average , we had to wait really long for our table to be cleared and order dessert. Plus there is dust coming from the vent above the table we were seated at it kept flying around and landing on us and put food. At first we thought it was from a tree outside but realised it was actually dust from the vent. The excuse we were given about the long wait (over 45 mins) was because there was a change over of waitresses ,not good enough at all , there were people that came after us and got full service and had eaten and left and we were still there waiting for service ,manager walking around but ignoring everyone who needed service or was making uber eats order

Not impressed with the chicken. Looked a bit pink inside for me. No veg like peas or sweetcorn. The deal was meant to be 40%off yet my bill because I had a coffee was 11.50 not good enough. Wouldn't bother again.

Closed very much earlier than advertised. Stood waiting to be greeted for a table for15 mins, "oh sorry we thought somebody was sorting it, we are now closed" at 9pm when advertised as 10pm.

Great salad selection But the full rack of ribs was small no different to the ones you buy precooked in the supermarket Will not be returning

We were served by Kingsley, who was really helpful. I am not a fan of chocolate, and he helped accommodate my order. The food was good and we booked in advance so did not have to wait. Free salad bar with your main course and lots of choice.

Saw an lady with her friends having an desert with happy birthday written in chocolate, asked for the same for my 7 year old son his birthday was couple days ago, what came out? Cup of cream and brownie, why? Said they didnt have candles, i would have been happy to with the happy birthday writing, but didnt even get that!!! Rather you tell us you couldnt do the happy birthday writing nor candles, we would have just had desert of leave it, 2 person came out with a cup and cream and brownie singing happy birthday? For what? Made our night worste and son confuse, rather you pull us to a side say you couldnt make it happen and we would have called it a night, lesson is, dont try to hard cos it looks silly, still left a good tip and said thank you, wont be returning, me boy face was dissapointed, how hard was it to write happy birthday like you done to the other table? Or was it we were dress down too much on our day off?

Ribs were very skimpy with barely any meat on them. Salad bar was bare which was a shame.
