Coming for vegan apple pie and vegan, ice cream absolutely delicious the staff were so polite and were really helpful and got me a table straight away absolutely amazing service

We are regular Harvester customers and tonight the staff were great if a little busy. But what have they done to the menu. It’s difficult to read and the layout is awful. Some favourites have changed for the worse and it will be as lot longer before I go back. Come on Harvester don’t ruin a good menu.

Great restaurant, customer service is brilliant and we really appreciate the speed at which we were served, Bethany was very accommodating and quick when it came to serving us. Food was brilliant and the atmosphere was very warming and overall pleasant. I really liked it, would go again

I came here for dinner with my grandparents. We had an amazing time, our waiter Mikel was extremely polite and welcoming. Would definitely come back again

Lovely welcome from staff. Beth actually remembered me and my mum from a previous visit a few months ago - that was a nice touch. Food was good and a reasonable price as we all had the set menu offer.

Popped in for drinks for 3 people. All of the glasses were dirty, which I find completely unacceptable for a pub. Staff were quite friendly but not very with-it or helpful.

4th time we have visited in 2 years. We keep hoping it will improve but it has actually got worse. The whole place is dirty, sticky tables and food marks on chairs. We can never get a drink in a clean glass and have to keep asking for them to be cleaned.

My family (plus mum and dad) went to Larkswood Harvester to have a spot of supper. Our first server was Bethy and she was wonderful, she entertained us with her humour as well as getting the order. We didn't have to wait long for the starters as they turned pronto. My mum did have an issue with the ribs (it wasn't barbecued - my mum forgot to ask) but they made sure that they had bbq sauce so my mum can have the food barbecued still. Additional servers popped over (Daniel & Jane) to make sure our experience was enjoyable and it was indeed. Overall I will give it 10/10.

Amazing service from Mikel really friendly and helpful. Food was top quality compliments to the chefs. Affordable but really great food will be visiting again in the near future

We went today for a nice lunch out with the family we were served by Lauren, who was nice and friendly. The salad bar was fresh and tasty, and the bread was soft. We didn't need to wait a long time for drinks they came fast and speedy , like the mains. The mains were hot and very nice. Dessert was lovely and tasty, too. Overall, this was a 10 out 10 experience. We will be returning soon to have a lovely meal again.

What an amazing night we had, Micheal made the night even better by giving out wonderful service! From the minute we all arrived he made sure we was all comfortable, happy and couldn’t have done more for us if he tried ! Making jokes and giving us a real good entertainment service ! The night was pleasurable and he was able To deal with all of us and kept checking in and even made an effort with the kids !

Lovely venue, good food and good service. Salad bar was very nice, though salad bowls were very small. Food portions were good and the ultimate mixed grill was particularly well sized.Prices are good, drinks are good, but cocktails could be better presented. Definitely worth a visit!

Popped in for a late lunch with my partner and as always it was great! Beth was our waitress, not for the first time and she was absolutely wonderful! He had the chicken combo and I the half chicken and we couldn’t fault either, both great! We use to go to the harvester in wharf road, but keep coming back to this one due to the service and food quality! Keep it up guys!!

Great food on this visit, infact best food ever at a Harvester. I ordered the chicken, waffle & bacon which was cooked really well. The waffle was soft on the inside and sugary crisp on the outside , delicious. Mike was our server and he was great. The servers really help make the overall experience memorable. I would go back more often if Mike were to serve us. We used a 40% off voucher which made the meal really affordable.

First class food and ambiance. Staff are fantastic as is the service ably led by Mikel, Alana and Beth.

We was served by a lovely girl called Beth, full of energy & pizzazz, very friendly & very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, she really bought a sparkle to our visit, and the ribeye steak was a ‘10 out of 10!’ compliments to the chef it was cooked to perfection!!

Just on the off chance we passed in the car & as we were looking for a late lunch my sister she just pulled in to try a meal in there. We were greeted by Beth who I can only say was the most charming way to be greeted by anyone I have ever had. Her bubbly personality & helpfulness was second to none. I can guarantee we will definitely be back if only to be greeted by Beth. What a wonderful young lady. Well done Harvester. Great service, great staff & good food. Very impressed.

Where do I begin from. Okay there I was looking for a good, quiet and centrally located place to have my grad dinner with family, and just a day to the Dee day, I decided to call Harvester and request a reservation for 11 guests.l, and guess what, it was my lucky day. They offered me that reservation. Come Saturday, we all arrived happy and all ready for nothing but a feast. Then came this jolly, lovely and amazing lady who blew me away. Bethany Bethany Bethany, I could mention her name a million times. From the onset she was so welcoming, articulate, and knew her menu off head, she literally lit up our day with her jokes, suggestions, care, and prompt service. Bethany has mastered the art of customer service. I would return just so I can experience her great services . We enjoyed our dinner, had ample time, no pressure to leave the restaurant early. It was fantastic.

I went here today for breakfast and was really looking forward to the meal! However,it was a disastrous visit. The three of us all ordered a cooked breakfast and looked good when served up .However when we all tasted our meals the food was stone cold and having asked for crispy bacon and well done sausages we got neither.We spoke to our waiter and he apologised and took the food back to the kitchen.Our expectation was to get a freshly cooked meal,but no that didn't happen! It was the same food ,and the worst part was we could tell as one of us landed up with a half eaten sausage. We complained to the manager and again he apologised and said we would get freshly cooked food.Third time lucky you ask ??Sadly not ,only the hash Brown's and one sausage on my plate was hot.The same with others.We are some of the food but came away t thinking how could they get this so wrong three times! Needless to say we didn't pay for the meals and will think twice about going again any time soon!!

Had a really lovley meal with the family and served by Beth who was amazing. Very busy Saturday with alot of customers but Beth still managed to go above and beyond. It was a shame however, a couple other staff felt the need to belittle a hard working member by the till while we were leaving. Overall though, service and food were on point and a nice environment prior to the exit.

I met 2 friends for drinks at Chingford Harvester this evening. I was so impressed with how the waiter Michael and a waitress treated a customer with additional needs. Nothing was too much trouble. It was heartwarming to see such care from the staff.
