Great service, was + Shay were amazing!

Amazing service and amazing bartenders especially Pauletta and Gabi. Prawns were the best one from starters drinks were sweet and nice.

It's always a pleasure dining at this restaurant. Lisa and Pauleta were really lovely and attentive with the service. It's a large restaurant with a vibrant and lively atmosphere serving delicious food and attractive cocktails with great service.

100% would visit again. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we walked put again it was a great experience. Hannah and Lukas were serving us and they were warm and friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Not a local venue for me unfortunately, but I would definitely go back if I was in the area again.

Finally Turtle Bay is listening. Doubles good price on spirits. Jerk Lamb well nice. Whenever in Walthamstow ask for Pauleta, she is brilliant, patient and gives you an honest opinion if unsure what to eat 1st.

Amazing place, the server/staff is top notch would come back again because they were great. They were amazing throughout the night.

My first time in this beautiful place, thanks to my friend Paris took me there, amazingly warm, lovely waitress Hannah guided me for the drink and gave us time to decide , i ordered Crispy Chilly Squid and the Jerk Salmon and the Green Mango non - alcoholic drink so refreshing, great service, great atmosphere, great music, definitely what London needs, a place unique like Turtle Bay

We visited Turtle Bay Walthamstow late afternoon, it was nice that it wasn't too busy and therefore not overly load. The music added to the mellow atmosphere. We were a large group of 13 adults & teenagers altogether. The Service was very good Hannah, Pauletta & Gabi, were all lovely. The food received mixed reviews from the group hence the 3 stars, some loved it, others not so much. There wasn't a great deal of choice for the vegetarians or vegans in the group so if Turtle Bay could add a few more options to the menu that'd be great. Overall we had a good time and if you haven't been there I'd recommend giving it a try!

During my time dining at TurtleBay Walthamstow, the service was excellent. The bartenders Shay and Eliko were interacting with myself and other guests at the establishment. As well as the waiters Lukas and Hannah serving amazing starters as well as main courses from the kitchen. Compliments to them as well. If in the area would highly recommend. 10/10 service.

Such lovely service from Hannah and Lucas! We came as quite a big group but they kept checking in with us and had no problems sorting any orders that may have been a little mixed up. Wish I had taken photos of the food but the prawn starter was the star of the show! Will definitely be back soon!
