Went to Turtle Bay Walthamstow, had Lukas as our Waiter and couldn’t fault him! Constantly checking we are okay and took our orders so fast and made our experience that bit better! Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd turtle bay I've been to & it lets the chains down waited hour & half for food when my ribs did turn up was so dry dust come off them & the Mac & cheese tasted like it come out of Heinz tin my wife's chicken was also dry won't be coming back to this branch

The food wasnt great but the employee Anzi was amazing, he was friendly and attentive gave an excellent service and would come back just for this reason and to have drinks. As an ex Customer Service Manager I highly recommend him for employee of the month!!

Excellent service near closing time. Enjoyed the food and cocktails. We had the stack burger & jerk pork belly, banoffee cheesecake, plus 3 sets of 241 cocktails (partly because the service was so quick!). Great value too! We were served by Hannah.

Delicious food and great service, the lovely waitresses (Paulita and another we didn't get the name of) were very friendly and accommodating. They were great with our baby and didn't mind all our questions about the food!

Food was great. Service wasn’t so fast in the beginning but Hannah was amazing and attended to our table quickly and with great vibes.

Lisa was the best waitress we have ever had!! She is so kind and was so considerate. Always knew when we wanted a drink and was really helpful in clearing the tables
