Great experience at this harvester venue. Dan W was a great chef and no problems at all with the food. Will defo be going again

Had lunch today. Food was hot and came out quick. The plate chef Dan was calm and friendly will definitely come again

The service staff were great and the meat on our plates was good, that's all that was this visit. To start, the 4 meals should never have left the pass. The Portobello mushroom lost 3 quarters of itself, the quarter we got was about the size of a 50p. The onion rings were missing entirely from one dish, for the other they were soggy cold fat sponges and inedible. The new corn cubes garnish were all cold, the peas were pale and cold. Very poor show at nearly £30 per dish. Nobody is verifying quality, letting the easy bit ruin the meal. Poor show Harvester.

When at the harvest, my waitress Alisha Terry was lovely. Made sure everything was perfect for us and had such a bubbly personality.

Paula (our sever) was great. Extremely kind and gave good recommendations for the delicious food. We very much enjoyed our dine in at this harvester especially because pf the amazing service!

Alisha was the person looking after us tonight and from when we arrived to when we left she was very polite and attentive. Checked on if the meal was ok and nothing was too much.

Had a fantastic meal here for dinner last week. Thanks to our server Rachel who did a fantastic job. One of our group was gluten intolerant and Rachel was very helpful to let us know what was suitable.

Paula who served us was absolutely lovely, great service and good food!

We visited on Tuesday 29th April. We didn't have a reservation but we're quickly shown to a table by a very friendly waitress, Morgan. She took our drinks order which came very quickly. We ordered food and only had a 10 minute wait for that. It was freshly cooked, hot and delicious. Morgan was very attentive during our meal and helpful when I was trying to use the app. All in all a very pleasant experience, good food, exceptional service, well done Morgan.

Very nice, the kids liked their means with one saying it was the best dinner ever. The other two theirs were great.

This is our 2nd Rodio at this Haeveter. I had the Rack of Ribs and my wife had the Pork Belly. I can honestly say even though my Ribs were lovely I had food envy over my wife's Pork Belly. The whole meal was delightful, fresh salad crispy fresh chips rolls butter sauces were all good. We will visit again in the not too distant future.

Millie was just so polite and nothing was to much effort her service was a credit just the food let it down a little chips weren't up to much but Millie made up for it and gave us a very nice visit

I don’t normally write reviews but Millie is definitely worth making an exception for. She was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, approachable and just all round lovely. The best service we’ve had at Harvester.

1st at this one. But like all Harvesters the food is good and the servers are friendly and respectful.

We popped in for dinner with friends, and the place had been redecorated. It looks a lot more open, neutral in colour and brighter than it used to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The service as always, was amazing and the food was delicious! We'll definitely be back again soon 🤓🤓🍛

Went here for Mother's day for my partners mum and ordered halloumi fries and garlic bread for starters. Halloumi was fine but the garlic 'bread' was actually flatbread that was soggy and didn't taste like garlic. Mother in law and partner had mixed grill and both of them left most of it. Gammon was tough, black pudding couldn't even cut with a steak knife(!), mushroom full of water, onion rings disgusting and stodgy, the sausages were tiny and burnt.. very disappointing overall. We complained and after much back and forth got the cost of one of the mixed grills taken off as well as the garlic bread, but we won't be rushing back. Was not worth the 21.99 price per mixed grill!

We sat outside with our dog on a Saturday lunchtime. It wasn't busy yet. The staff were very pleasant, the food was delicious and not too expensive. We both had plenty and pup are well too. I'd definitely recommend it and will return 👍

Definition of inhospitable, I'm not sure what was worse, the Food, service or atmosphere. There’s clearly ZERO passion or care in this place. No one greater us at the door, and kept walking past us until I grabbed someone’s attention. Once seated, menus were thrown a on the table and the waiter said he’ll be back soon, we were left waiting to order for 20-25 minutes until I grabbed someone’s attention again. Once they came to take our order two of the items that we wanted to order weren’t even available, we didn’t even have a drinks list yet. Honestly there’s so much to point out and I can’t be bothered to spend more time on this review. Dirty Menus Dirty cutlery No salad in the salad bar unless you ask to refill it. Cold food No checking up after food arrived Unhelpful staff, everything seemed like an effort. Even just answering a question.

Decent venue for something to eat. Nice staff. Easy to find. Alittle tired in places.

So pleased with how Kate served me. I’m gluten-free and can’t eat onion/garlic. A salad was sorted in the kitchen to avoid any cross contamination with the central isle salad bar. Steak was spot on and cooked to perfection. Well done Harvester b

Was here today 8th March 2025.service was good food was OK.my wife had haddock and chips and peas when it was brought over there was literally a table spoon of peas,however we didn't moan.my meal was OK,upon leaving we either pay the front desk or the waitress,as waitress was busy we went to the front to pay we saw friends there and was talking to them for a while,went to go to front desk then I was approached by the waitress who served us said I was going to pay at front desk(virtually accused me of trying to leave without payment,so annoyed I have never done nor will I ever.you have lost some custom now I'm afraid.my family come here more then me but after today they won't be returning absolutely fuming.

A typical Harvester restaurant with the same menu as all of them. The restaurant was a lot cleaner than our last visit to a Harvester in Surrey. Food was well cooked and presented except the jacket potato, which had hard skin from being left under a heater for too long. We informed a staff member who was apologetic and spoke to the kitchen staff. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick to serve us. Only had soft drinks as were driving. We would certainly go back and use this venue again.

Turned without booking. ... during school holidays. Met by Kate, who found us a lively quiet seating area. Looked after us and two grandchildren.... will visit again ..

Turned up at about 6:30pm without pre booking. Initially unable to take us until 7:30, Paula found us a little nook near the front entrance and changed one of the low seats for a higher chair for my mother to be at a more comfortable height. Ordered food and drink direct from the bar......handy 50% off voucher available from the harvester Web site (thanks again Paula). Food was fresh and hot, ribs were the best I'd had for a while in harvester...not dried up, and the meat fell of the bone. Paula kindly brought us a doggie box for the remaining food. All in all an excellent visit, many thanks!

Great service today. We had a table booked for 22 of us, 12 of them children. But our waitress Rachel was brilliant and coped so we'll with the craziness of them all. All the food came out at the same time, was hot and none of it was wrong! Always daunting with that many kids but Rachel made it feel like a breeze! Thank you!

Paula served us tonight at the Harvester. We were welcomed and she remembered us. Served us with a great dinner. Very experienced and presented our 83 year old father with an ice cream and candle, while Paula led us singing happy birthday. Thank you for giving the whole family a lovely relaxed evening celebration.

Love going to The Britainnia for our Saturday morning breakfast. Kate our server always knows our order and has our drinks ready as soon as we arrive.She is very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Both Luke and Racheal the managers are as equally friendly and welcome. You all make us feel very welcome and relaxed. This was my first time since the renovation. Had to book ahead due to the madness that valentines day can be. Came in 10 minutes early and got seated immediately. The staff were brilliant at making sure our needs were met. Paula in particular, was incredible at ensuring our experience was the best it could be. She was full of energy and just lovely to us during every interaction. She really made us feel welcome. Thank you.
