Love going to The Britainnia for our Saturday morning breakfast. Kate our server always knows our order and has our drinks ready as soon as we arrive.She is very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Both Luke and Racheal the managers are as equally friendly and welcome. You all make us feel very welcome and relaxed. Me and my girlfriend had a lovely valentines dinner here. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic and peaceful. Our waitress Paula gave us a wonderful speedy experience. 10/10.

Had a lovely meal for my sons birthday. Morgan our server was friendly and punctual. The food was spot on thank you Chris and Gary. Our experience was amazing especially when Morgan brought out the birthday cake with Paula and Cerys and sang happy birthday, love that they do that such a happy family friendly restaurant.

This was my first time since the renovation. Had to book ahead due to the madness that valentines day can be. Came in 10 minutes early and got seated immediately. The staff were brilliant at making sure our needs were met. Paula in particular, was incredible at ensuring our experience was the best it could be. She was full of energy and just lovely to us during every interaction. She really made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Lunch for 6 adults and two children yesterday.excellent service from Boni, food very nice all round. My point refers to perhaps to management as the table of four young men behind us seemed to have no idea or didn't care that you are a family restaurant, eff words the order of the day etc. This did not ruin our experience, but something to bear in mind?

Morgan has looked after us a few times on our visits to Harvester Lancing and she is always professional, extremely helpful and lovely. We always enjoy our visits to Harvester and normally come with friends. We are always served by the delightful Kate who ALWAYS ensures we have a lovely time. She is attentive without being "in your face", helpful, friendly and professional. I do hope that Kate and any staff mentioned in such Feedback are made aware of how much they are appreciated.

Lovely meal with my friend, service was absolutely brilliant from a friendly girl called Morgan!

Stopped off for a late lunch and was very impressed with the food & it was exceptional value; 'Dish & Drink Saver', main & a drink for £12.99 (upgraded to an alcoholic drink for £1 extra) We were so well looked after by Paula that it made the experience even more enjoyable.... we'll be back :) Note to marketing dept - the advertised Tennents lager on the menu is not available in our region and there was no alternative so I was left with Carling as the only lager option :( This needs looking into.

Great food and fast service even tho we were warned they were busy.

Food excellent and staff very helpful and polite. Only issue we had was the salad bar was running low which seem to lower the mood a bit,but generally very satisfied and will definitely be visiting again.

We were served today by Paula who couldn’t have been more accommodating for my daughter and checking with the kitchen regarding her allergies and even more accommodating when the one thing she eats for dessert wasn’t available in making her a unique pudding. On another note we regularly hunt down harvesters as we know our twins will eat and I haven’t seen a cleaner salad bar, and I had the best lemon blizzard 🥰 thank you!!!

Morgan was attentive, quick, and ensured our children were happy. Thank you. Couldnt ask for much more in service. Food was tasty and well cooked. Being super critical, whilst cooked perfectly (medium rare) the steak is was a little chewy. However, overall great. Good presentation and good taste. Will come back.

I come here quite often and it's reasonable priced and the food menu is really good. The staff are great and always welcoming. I highly recommend looking out for the good offers if you sign up for their website.

Went in for an impromptu late lunch. We were more than satisfied with the meal, service and friendly staff especially our waitress Paula.

Two many children running into staff with food. Has a lot of unruly children go here. Good menu with good choice. Staff a little slow. Good food and a good price. Best to go here when children are in school.

17 of us went to the harvester for my daughters birthday staff were really welcoming and the food was great

The food came out quite cold and just generally looked sad. It's a shame. We've been quite a lot over the years and the last few times the food is just lacking and poor quality for what you're paying. If you're gluten free you sign away your rights and no alternative bread etc is on offer so you pay normal price for what feels like half a meal. Flexibility should be on offer here. There isn't much choice for people with a gluten allergy. Sorry but we've decided not to go again...such a shame as we used to go a lot and the kids liked it too especially the salad bar.

Very slow service throughout visit. Pasta dish was a microwave meal. We were sitting near to the kitchen serving area and saw one chef take some chips from a prepared dinner and eat them. Not good

Food was ready and on counter under the heat lamps but was not served for about 10 minutes. As a result the food had dried out

'Sundae Worst' rather than best. Sad to say this item has become a kids portion! And it's still £6.49! Don't waste your money folks it's a rip off

We went to the harvester this morning as a start to our weekend holiday on the way to Gatwick airport! Kate was very welcoming from start to finish! Very efficient! Drinks came quickly, food came quickly and it was all fantastic! My husband said that his 4oz rump steak was the best cooked steak he's ever had!

New look same old service. Waited over an hour for food to come out cold really disappointed and won't be coming back. Restaurant was cold to the point my kids were shivering non of the bread or salad was kept topped up

The much needed refurb has really made a difference. We used the 50% off mains promo. Our waitress was Paula and as usual she was friendly, polite and attentive but not overbearing. She also handled an unnecessarily rude customer with respect, politeness and a smile. Food was good, hot and plentiful. Will be back to try the newly added menu items.

We went here for dinner Thursday and very glad to return to out favourite Harvester . Our server was Iryna who dealt with our needs excellently. The Management member was Dan who made sure everyone was happy and covid safe . We had an amazing meal and my steak was cooked to perfection! we always have a great quality meal here and will return soon. Well done all at the Britannia.
