Great food really enjoyed it. Our server was grace she was amazing and friendly. And chef was are. Micheal was helpful with the salad bar.

I have got a really great night with my friend who just came to the UK today, and we got a lovely waitress Grace who serves my table. Thank you very much, and I will come back next time for sure to see her again.

The food was amazing,,, great menu, kids loved the kids menu. Service was spot on, lovely atmosphere premises lovely and so clean. Went to celebrate 🎉 🍾 🙏 🎉 🎁 twins ✨ birthday 🎂 🎉................................................................................................................................... Went back again few days later for breakfast 🍳. Will definitely recommend eating here............

Great place, friendly, clean, food was amazing. Staff was very helpful and polite. Went with my family, and we all had a great time.

Walked in asks for a table the woman said they were full and couldn’t accommodate us so I walked outside and was able to book a table straight away there were places available all day. Went to the carvery down the road instead. I generally appreciate businesses get busy and can’t take any more so just be honest or get the RBM to block the bookings until you have caught up a bit

Nice enough place to eat, on the 4 times I visited over 6 weeks, it was a little dirty, food pleasant

I used to be a regular. Sorry to say, I won't be coming back. I went yesterday for a meal. I was put in a dark corner. I asked if we could sit elsewhere, was told no that's all they had but looking around, We could have been moved. The salad had not been replenished. So low on choices. The rolls were unbreakable. They used to be so nice and fresh. But noticed over the months how bad there've gotten. My meal came. I asked for extra chips which I didn't get. Good job really as they were only lukewarm. The chicken was like rubber. I didnt have any brocoli as the last time we visited my friend had brocoli and couldnt get he's knife through it. I paid £12.99 for a small portion of warm not hot chips, small rubbery chicken, limited salad, no rolls. Not good. Wasn't even there for an hour. Sadly gone very down hill.

Grace was our server, fantastic service from beginning to end. Lovely fresh salad bar, and delicious dinners and puds. Grace was amazing, probably one the best waitresses I've ever seen, pure natural at her job, patient and a real people person. I'd come back for her alone to be honest! Really put us at ease!

Had a lovely meal here the salad bar was well stocked and fresh, the food we ordered was cooked beautifully. The staff were nice and friendly. A big shout out to our waitress Grace who was lovely and greeted our little one by name, nothing was too much trouble.

Food was under cooked and when told the waiter she laughed at me and then the manager swear because she had to take my food off my bill. I will ever be back to this place

Exceptional service, the restaurant was full, we were offered a table in the bar which was quiet and clean, the service was quick, hats off to the Chef we ordered the gammon and southern fried chicken burger, the gammon was cooked perfectly so juicy and full of flavour, it's our 2nd visit this year and we will be returning very soon🤗

We popped in here on a Friday morning for breakfast in tow with our rather large and very awkward dog expecting to sit outside, when the manager said we could sit inside. She couldn’t have been more welcoming if she tried. Very VERY polite and made all three of us very welcome. Absolute blessing to the company. Thank you

Ate here this evening to make use of a 50% voucher, ordered two mains which we noticed came with a lot of chips. When we had the receipt, it had extra chips on both for us which was not what we ordered. We only noticed this after leaving. Very very cheeky of them to add this without letting us know. Update: I can see that Harvester have responded, we were never offered to double up our fries, so there was no misunderstanding there - and furthermore, it is disappointing Harvester are trying to blame ourselves as the customer despite them being in the wrong.

My tea was cold, my food was luke warm, why are the breaded mushrooms only sliced mushrooms!! the dip with chives was as thin as milk!! The bread rolls are …DRY The salad bar was very poor with very basic variety’s (it used to be second to none) The fish was spoilt because of the soggy/raw cooked batter!! Chips were not at all nice!! The lemon was fresh (bonus).. we were offered a fresh pot of tea by our host which was appreciated Some staff need to smarten themselves up and chef needs to wear whites not dirty whites. TOILETS NEED TO BE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES AND EXTRACTION NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED. I’m really sorry to give such a negative review but standards need to be kept high (like our host Sophie)

Food good, service great, only negative was they had the air conditioning on in… in January so it was absolutely freezing!

The food and service were excellent. The resturant is clean, tidy and spacious. There is a relaxed atmosphere and you never feel rushed.

We visited earlier today with our family which included our 3 year old grandson, the salad bar was fab, the waiter attentive and the food arrived hot, on time and was very good value for money

Was over charged for my meals and the food was not up to standard. Arrived an hour after ordering when other people received their food a lot sooner and sat down after us. Could it be because I am a person of colour? Just saying..

Jamie was absolutely fantastic Kept an eye on when glass was almost empty and topped me straight back up. Every time we go there Jamie makes our experience one to remember

Service was very good. Food was expensive for the quality and portion sizes.

This was a great experience, food was very good and service excellent at a reasonable cost. Ample parking (don't forget to put your reg in for free parking). Also liked not being drowned out with canned music. Would certainly visit again

Yeah what can I say we visited this restaurant 3-4 times a month , we had booked on the 18/12/24 at 13:15 , all I can say is my wife and I will never step back into this place ever again.on arrival my wife ask if we had a booth because we had booked it , then only rudely been told by the waitress that we can’t hold booths just for you sarcastically we have tripped this waitress every time she has served us and if she had told my wife professionally in a nice manner it wouldn’t have been a problem we would have come back another time so this restaurant has missed out on hundreds of pounds a year in custom also I shell tell all my family and friends who do visit this restaurant 👎👎

Food good, cooked to perfection

Ate here last night for a family christmas get together. Very very dissapointed. All 4 meals were just about warm. Steak was 50% fat and totally uneatable. Waitress was very rushed. Salad Bar was ok. Overall value for money was horrific compared to the lower priced pubs this is a definate avoid place.

I had especially asked for a table that could hold 20 , possibly two tables together as this was a special family meal, in the end we all had seperate tables, making it very difficult to talk to all, - I also emailed the meals everyone was having, including names to make it easier for the staff, There was a mix up with two meals, which should not have happened, - also there were at least two other parties that had booked,- the waiter was very stressed and overwhelmed, which was not nice to see, we did give him a nice tip at the end, - but seeing as though my booking was booked at least 3 weeks in advance, it would have been better to have at least one other member of staff on duty, to help cope with the amount of meals, as most of us had starters, main meal and desserts, plus drinks, This was the third year running we booked tables at the Arden Oak harvester, for our family get-together, next year we are going to look for somewhere else, - no complaints about the food it was delicious, but we were let down with the seating arrangements, we had quite a wait for the main meals also, I would advise a large gathering to look elsewhere, for that reason.

Came to harvester for a Christmas due for marie curie great service and good atmosphere the manager is amazing on how he does his job and the staff are wonderful 😀

Amazing family night at the harvester. Server Grace was do friendly, funny and made our night even more special. Chef Arek made delicious food. The pork belly and sausage dish was beautifully cooked and presented. The mixed grill was also delicious and we took home what we couldn't finish. Love the salad station, great selection. Will be back soon

Had a lovely breakfast with Santa today 1.12.2024 - Izzy was absolutely fabulous and took care of us (14 altogether) very professionally and without any fuss plus the food was well presented and delicious! Thank you and well done all

I was very annoyed last night ,I had a meal with my son the food was good but cold after I spoke to the waitress she said the boiler has broken, the staff were walking around in coats . Me and my son were cold too I object to paying £41 for a cold fish and chips,I could have gone to a chippy for the same meal but knowing it will be hot. M Lakin

Went for lunch with a group of 10. Looked after by Grace who was so charming and enthusiastic. She brought all the drinks and meals and knew exactly which went to whom. Food was great, I had the chicken skewer which was really tasty, so many thanks to chef Lucas. Definitely be back soon.

We visit The Arden Oak once a fortnight and have always been happy with the food/service/seating /cleanliness…. Last night however we took our friends who had never visited a Harvester …. We gave our order and the drinks came promptly Then the food order arrived… 2x fish & chips 1x chicken skewers ( except it was hallumi ) promptly taken away and changed … 1x hallumi with the wrong sauce …. Took a long long time to be changed …. Our food was cold as we very slowly held out for our fourth guest to get the meal we ordered …. I don’t think they will ever return… it was a disaster…. So much for it being our treat :(

Across the road from Harvester is La Nonna italian restaurant where the food is sublime , a steak in Harvester costs £23 in La Nonna £27. The food in Harvester is over priced low quality fair, me and my wife had a burger , hers regular mine supposed to be southern fried chicken , honestly a horrible meal , sub standard deep fried crap. The table next to us had a steak and complained . When the waitress left after the complaint the lady at the table commented to her husband that her steak was the worst she ever had , I believe her! To Harvester , if you are going to command restaurant prices then please deliver quality food to match your price point . Wont be going again, not a chance , ill cross the road and pay the extra for an enjoyable experience . Ps , Im a plumber and no way affiliated with La Nonna, just referencing as a comparison as fed up of large companies/food chains cashing in on sub standard fair at the publics expense when we can have an enjoyable experience elsewhere for the same cost .

Got lost on the way and then got there late, didnt expect to get served but Grace was lovely and went out of her way to help us and really saved the night. A +++++

As neurodivergent I did have to ask them to pick one audio in the restaurant because the kitchen and the restaurant records were conflicting and one was stuck on a loop. The staff were brilliant at resolving this the toilets need work as I struggled with the locks on the doors and disabled toilets were locked, so I had to request the radar key. Staff were attentive to the dog and brought a bowl of water for him. Service was brilliant only negative was the wait for the bill.

My order was over an hour and a half late , when we received our order it was cold . It was an anniversary meal before my partner went to work , which he didn’t get to eat as he had to go to work as the order was so late .

Looking wait for mains to come out. When they did they were only warm. Staff were just standing around chatting, next table to us had to try and get their attention to take away plates and order desert. We'd waited too long to order desert so left after flashing down Staff to pay. Dissapointing

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at the Harvester Arden Oak, and I was blown away by the experience. Our waitress, Kerry, was absolutely exceptional—she truly couldn’t do enough for us! From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and genuine care. Her attentiveness and eagerness to ensure we enjoyed our meal made the entire lunch time feel special. The new menu is also a real highlight! With so many fresh options to choose from, it was hard to decide what to try first. The dishes we ordered were delicious, full of bold flavours, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The variety was impressive, and you can tell Harvester has really stepped up their game with these new offerings.

Visited tday,usually food is exceptional.,but tday was barely warm.We ordered 2 full racks of ribs,and a burger.Waiting ages for our food,I went to the grill,and our food was waiting on the grill.10 mins later,I approached two ladies talking,our waitress,and a blonde lady.,talking in front of our food.I said is that our food,said yes,carried on talking.It arrived,warm,even chips were going cold I didn't say anything,as the older lady,asked me not 2,we ate it,for respect to the elderly lady,who was looking for a day out in many mnths I'm not one to complain,but this was unexcetable Date tday.Time 12 Guests 3,the other lady was unable to come,due to ill health.

My partner and I visit here frequently and we are always happy with the service we receive. Jon and Grace and always fantastic and are always happy to go the extra mile.

Don’t bother the service is rubbish visit regular but Sunday was not up to standard slow service cold lunches waitress just vanished no table service had to struggle to pay

Always have a great meal at the Arden Oak, the chef knows what he's doing unlike the ones at the Fort who always over cook the chicken

The food was superb, chicken just fell off the bone, great value at £8 per meal,our sever was Emily who was first rate, she was efficient, cheerful and answered any questions we had with excellent product knowledge. Overall a very pleasant experience.

From being welcomed on our arrival & shown to our table we enjoyed lunch served by Kerry. So nice to interact with someone who has a sense of humour, is very polite & pleasant & makes sure you have all you need. Compliments to Chefs Arek & Lucas for presenting a lovely meal. Well done all.

Dry hard coating on chicken strips, prawns and mushrooms. Smaller portions than normal. Cling film instead of lids covered the bowls of salad, coleslaw & potato salad made contents fall into main bag. Dip lids were flat and didn’t cover pots so contents spilt all over the bag so all in all not a good experience. I took photos
