We came here for my birthday meal and our servers Danny and Isaac were very attentive, polite and made us feel welcomed and valued. Our food was cooked to perfection, the chefs Greg and Dale both also deserve praise. My steak was cooked perfectly and my son said his chicken was amazing too.. there was only the bones left lol... I thought our meal was very good value for money too especially with everything being served so well too.

Had a great meal,and complements to the Chef Haydn. We were served by Hannah who was pleasant and provided an excellent service. I recommend going to a Havester you will get value for your money.

Had a breakfast with the family. Fantastic value for money and really good portions. Food was well cooked, well presented and came out to the table in good time. Staff were genuinely brilliant. Helpful, friendly and attentive. Very easy to reccomend. Restaurant was clean. Good parking on site.

We waited an hour for food to arrive. Thank god for the salad bar. When it did my son’s steak was very fatty. My corn on the cob was ice cold and soggy!!!! When the plates were collected I stated this and the waiter said ‘aww sorry about that.’ My dessert arrived which was apple pie and custard. The centre of the pie was once again ice cold!! I complained and a new one was brought. By then I was eating dessert alone as everyone had finished. When asking for the bill I asked for a discount due to all the issues. The bill was brought with no comment and I had to ask what had been done. The apple pie was free but there was still no apology and I didn’t feel that the £125 bill that I paid in any way reflected the food or service!

Went for a late lunch, got the Easter set menu. Server TJ was very attentive, very good service. Food came out pretty quickly and was hot and fresh which was fab! Only thing to say is this restaurant is quite cramped, we struggled to maneuver with our toddler!

Fantastic service on Easter Monday (my birthday!) From TJ today. Attentive but giving us our space to enjoy our meal which was delicious. Set menu choices were excellent. Thank you

We were served by Hannah, who was brilliant. Polite, attentive, and very helpful. She was clearly very busy as we arrived at a peak time, but didn’t make us feel that we (including our two children, who aren’t exactly quiet!) were too much hassle. The food came quickly and was warm, the salad cart was surprisingly well stocked (which is sometimes definitely not the case) and the drinks machine was in working order too… on the whole a great start for this particular branch. The only thing that does let it down is the overall cleanliness of the place - not easy I know when it’s 1) busy, (2) school holidays, and (3) only waiting staff around who were juggling a lot. That’s the only reason for not full stars! Thank you Hannah, you’re great!

Somewhat of a mixed review. This is my regular haunt for breakfast date with my bestie. The food was perfect! Freshly cooked and all the little extras were no problem. However what let it down was the pushy staff to get the order, then clear the tables and make you feel rushed. When we were in there was 3 tables in use, wasn’t busy at all! Was rushed throughout and spoilt the catch up time that we had!! Keep up the great work with the food. However need to consider staff overzealous attitude I have received an email direct from Harvester who have taken my comments on board and hopefully will see an improvement on my next breakfast catch up!

Our server Hannah was amazing went above and beyond to look after us and give us amazing service. The food was also great as always 😊

Coffee cold had to send back starter mushrooms over cooked mains chicken burger bun burnt will not be returning and wouldn't recommend 🙃

Disappointed with our meal on Sunday. Harvester are getting too expensive £72 for 4 of us which included 2 kids meals. The drink refills are disappointing especially the apple and blackcurrant squash. There was a funny bleach cleaning smell in the restaurant and it actually seemed like my food tasted of it. I will not be visiting a harvester again.

Good value, nice food and great service.

All was fabulous. We were seated quickly and received very friendly service from TJ who looked after us throughout our visit. Food was fresh and arrived in good time.

Family of two adults and two kids eating dinner on a Friday evening. We had amazing service from Lauren. She spent a good amount of time with us making sure our requests for fussy children were heard and took time to ensure the kids food was bought out quickly. She understood that one dish we had ordered for our daughter would be served on a hot plate so came back to advise us and had already advised the kitchen to serve it up differently. Ordering with children can often be tricky but she made us feel welcomed. Thank you Lauren !

Very good service from when we arrived up and to when we left nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful when we asked on two separate occasions for extra items .

We booked as a family of 8 for a Sunday, 12.15. Seated promptly. Seats were sticky as was the table, the needed glass in the cubicle partition was filthy, you could see where a grease laden cloth had rubbed it. No draught beers. Two over priced bottles of Doombar ordered and poured. Both immediately flat, either a dodgy bath or more likely dirty (greasy) glasses. Hard to tell as do dark. No vegetables available to order. Sald bar was OK, other than the customer who seemed to have to stir everything around, lift it up and drop it! Food averageat best, chips in a bucket tepid. Wr didn't bother with desserts. I will never enter a Harvester again especially the one at Meridian, Leicester.

My first time at a Harvester. It exceeded my expectations. The food was tasty, the salad was very fresh, even though it was close to 9.00pm. The service was good and the staff were friendly. All in all a good experience.

Great place yo go out with the family. I love the ribs and always order Mega ribs with Sweet Potato fries. I'm happy with the main meals but I feel theres too much fried food in the kids section and more healthy food is needed. The deserts are a hit with the kids...

Elo All, Food & service I haven't tried it, so I can't rate them. The atmosphere is totally like a gaming den where you can feel that this is an arena to play.

Bread roll on salad bar was very hard and dry. Salad selection is a lot smaller than it used to be. Starter overcooked and dip extremely runny. Chicken main was like rubber. Sweetcorn sat in a pool of water. Main was only luke warm. Ridiculously small amount of coleslaw (approx 1 teaspoon) No napkins or salt on table. Not enough cutlery on table. Only good thing about the visit was the friendly waiter.

Don't be fooled by 'kids eat for a £1' My husband and I took our granddaughter for a half-term treat (22.02.2024) I informed the server that I was going to use the voucher code and was told that we would have to pay for her dessert if she had one! The children's menu at £6.49 says dessert 'free' but because we were using the voucher we had to pay!! I ordered off the lunch menu and my husband the main menu. Our food arrived promptly minus loaded onion rings, I reminded the server who then got us 'just' onion rings!! Not wanting to fuss I let it go. We had dessert, my granddaughter had the 'make you own ice-cream' which she loves. We were coming towards the end of the meal when suddenly a different server was at our table asking to clear! I said no, as our granddaughter was still eating.With this she said 'I'm done Nanny'. When we got the bill I gave the code so the server got us a new bill. It was hard to read without glasses and the lights are low but we checked the onion rings were what we'd received and paid. I then realised that my lunch offer wasn't on the billl. I found the server who said because I used the code my lunch deal was cancelled...'its in the 'terms and conditions ' I explained we weren't told this and he just repeated himself. I then spoke with the manager who again said its in the terms and conditions! Using the voucher should have saved us money it actually cost us more and the staff couldn't have cared less! Not a nice end to what had been a lovely day with our granddaughter!

The whole experience from walking through the door to leaving. Staff always do friendly , efficient and nothing is a problem . Food always good and it’s clean .

Nice food but no body in the place.

We really wanted to say how one of the workers there called T-J was amazing at his job, very polite and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

We arrived just before 12.30 and straight away staff told us that some items weren’t available on the menu due to whatever reason. Luckily we weren’t too bothered about the items listed. We were shown promptly to our table and drinks came quickly. We then helped ourselves to the salad bar. Always a bonus! Lunch was served at a suitable point and was hot and tasty. All condiments were available and we had a nice time. None of us had a pudding as we all felt so full up.

Pros - food was good and quick service Cons - nobody came to check everything ok - once we had finished eating plates etc collected, no offer of desert menu and sat for at least 20 minutes with nobody coming to ask if wanted anything else - had to go to bar to pay the bill as nobody brought that over either

Food is always good although the rotisserie chicken is often not available. Maybe not putting enough on. Place is clean but the salad bowls were not. They looked it but you could feel all the debries inside. Server's always polite and friendly. I would not personally pay full price to go here so always wait till an offer is on.

It's been a while since we last visited. Ambiance was nice and relaxed. We were seated quickly on arrival. Our order was taken and we didn't have long to wait for our food. My meal was lovely however my husband was disappointed that to the 'wings' arrived with the sauce poured over (we expected it to be in a pot). We ate our meal and decided to take my husband's home in a pot! We were asked if everything was ok...we didn't like to make a fuss

I feel compelled to feedback on my experience in the harvester. It was my 13 year old son’s birthday and we had booked a table for 8pm . We were running slightly late so called the restaurant before 8pm to let them know we were running slightly late. We were told that our table would be cancelled if we were not there by 8.15pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8.15 /8.16pm. We were told by the assistant manager that our table was cancelled as it was after 8.15pm (by about 30 seconds if that on my watch ) . The assistant manager gladly referred to the terms and conditions of the booking. She offered no resolution and lacked any good will . Since when did restaurants turn paying customers away and where has any form of common sense and resolution focused customer service gone?

Good service, tasty food and not too long a wait at all. We arrived at 13.30 and were seated no bother, the Sunday meal deal was great value and we enjoyed all three courses.

Went here for a lunch with a friend.we both ordered steaks as a main. My friends steak had no issues my steak was mainly fat and grizzle I left most of it. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she simply said the supplier of the steak sent good and bad ones, and it was simply lucky which you got. No apology was offered and no recompense. For the lousy steak was given Service is always very slow at this restaurant. Getting the bill always takes half an hour.

Birthday meal out for one of the kiddos 16th birthday and the staff went above with sorting out the cake with candles and singing happy birthday….Bev our server was fantastic and the kitchen crew run by Liam was being out some fantastic food. I would recommend harvester for a good family meal out.

We had lunch at Meridian Park. The food was delicious, large portions, the staff were so helpful, especially Isaac who was attentive, friendly and engaging. Chefs that day were Dec and Rachel and we sent gratitude to the kitchen as we were so happy with our dining experience.

Our server Rach was so helpful and fast today, our food was lovely too. Super lovely atmosphere would recommend to friends and family

Food was diabolical. Just don’t bother with Harvesters anymore they are usually poor quality food now, servers are prompt and friendly but food is overcooked, stale, lacklustre and bland. Went on a Saturday night, ran out of rotisserie chicken, substituted for a tiny piece of chicken breast. All chicken is dry and hard, sat under heat lamps too long. Salmon was off, fish smelled bad. A chicken trio arrived with 1.5 pieces not 3, triple burger only had two pieces not three. Ribs tasted bad. Lamp at table was really really bright, it ruined the setting. We did get a refund for bad meals but, it was just one thing after another. Can’t blame the staff, because none of them seem to really want to be there, it’s lacklustre budget dining where they can’t even get the basics right. Their only saving grace is the unlimited free salads you can get as soon as you sit down so you don’t starve waiting for food that is worse than McDonalds.

Excellent, especially with brilliant service from our waiter Isaac. He was great.

I'd give 5 stars if the menu was slightly more variety I have a gluten intolerance and there was nothing on the menu that stated that option but the food itself Is lovely and staff friendly wheelchair accessible too
