Sharon is awesome and always looks after us.

Where does one start drinks where added for children then ordered stuff that was not available some of the salad bar was empty then when the food came out there was a long hair on the chicken and it put my wife and her daughter off there food and the only £10 taken off the bill it was a degrading offer for the dinner to be taken away my step daughter didn't tell me until afterwards that she did not eat any food other than what salad bar was available at the time

Great place for the family, staff were very helpful. The food was fresh and hot.

Arrived on time seated straight away, took 20 minutes to get drinks , 1 hour 10 minutes to get our meals , salad bar was mainly empty ,had to collect out own salad bowls , there was no thousand island dressing and had to ask for some , we have visited the harvester a lot for many years I think that was the last time

Seated us and took our order very quickly, and starters came out in acceptable time. However we had to wait, with 2 chases, over 50 minutes for the main and when it arrived no apologies at all. Servers didn't check on us aside from the starters and generally we felt forgotten. Food was good however, though we think our food was on the hotplate as the gravy wasn't great on arrival.

Brill Its the place to grab a good meal at good value. Salad bar is not bad. Service is good. Staff , you just have to love them . They are great

Christmas Day lunch was exceptional. Staff, in particular Fiona, both welcoming and courteous. The expirience made our day.

This is a popular and friendly restaurant where staff are very attentive and service is quick. I just wish the chain managers would buy some better peas. Despite that we will return.

Visited this evening for dinner and had fantastic service from Jo, she couldn't be more helpful! She had everything we needed before we asked for it and all with a fab sense of humour! We arrived close to closing time and with a baby, but nothing was too much trouble. The food was hot and we all had fairly big portions (we had to bring some home!). We will be returning again soon!

Always good food and service (served by Jo today) we visit regularly and always enjoy it. Their ribs are delicious, they accommodate food allergies and requests to amend dishes. Love their sundaes.

Great place to eat, with the infamous bottomless salad bar. Ana was the most fantastic server, very friendly, had a great sense of humour and made sure we had everything we needed. Very reasonably priced. Only down side is you end up eating far too much!

We visit 3 or 4 times a year on our travels up and down the M5. Food never disappoints but the service can be a little underwhelming. However Ana on Sat evening was very good, sorry exceptional! It really makes a difference when someone can be so attentive and calm during a busy period. Always smiling with humorous conversations it makes all the difference.

Had another fab meal tonight here. The staff are always so friendly and the food was delicious...particularly the steak! Our server Mandy was so lovely, even though it was very busy, she still spent time talking to us and having a laugh. We'll be back again.

Visited at lunchtime for a belated birthday meal. Greeted warmly on arrival, staff here are lovely. Special mention to our server, Liv for her friendliness and efficiency. Food ordered and delivered promptly; hot, tasty and excellent quantity. Well stocked salad bar. One of the best Harvester restaurants we have visited. Will return!

I meet friends here on a regular basis. Food and staff always excellent. Special mention for Fi who has looked after us on several occasions. Always very efficient, friendly and great at her job! Keeps a cool head even in the busy times. Fi is definitely an asset to the Harvester brand.

It was quiet so we were seen really quickly. Our server Fiona was lovely and kept checking in on us to ensure we were okay. Her allergen knowledge was perfect as we had a coeliac in our group and we felt comfortable with her advice. She made it a really easy and enjoyable lunch.

Served by the lovely Fi today, very polite and very friendly as always. Fi and Maxine are our two favourite ladies and have been for years!

15 of us had lunch. We couldn't fault the food or service. Nothing was too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this restaurant.

Service, food quality and general atmosphere significantly better than other Harvesters. In future, we would rather drive 10 miles up M5 to Wychbold, than go to our local Harvester 1 mile away, where the service is frequently dire. Jo looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left. Always attentive and clearly goes the extra mile.

Our service was made particularly special by mona who was a natural with children and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Nothing was too much for her and she checked in to make sure everything was good for us. I actually asked if we could have a card to leave a review as I thought her kindness stood out, Thank you so much! (I’ve provided a pic of the card with name as I wasn’t sure if I’d made the name out correctly,sorry)

Overpriced microwave meals even with 40%voucher .

I stay in a lot of hotels, and have eaten in a lot of restaurants next to hotels, usually as a last resort. Imagine my surprise that this place turned out to be an absolute hidden gem. Food was fresh, fast and flavourful, the unlimited salad was a wonderful bonus. All of this topped off by excellent service from the wonderful Jo, who served us diligently and efficiently in a way that put us at ease and made for a very pleasant evening.

Found this a disappointing experience. Good bits- enjoyed the food. Really nicely decorated and cosy for Christmas. Bad bits- Waited over ten minutes to be seated. This was just after 5pm so the place had hardly any customers. Staff could see me but no response presumably as ‘not their area’. I understand if they are busy but just an acknowledgment that you are there and waiting would be appreciated. Another ten minute wait to take order. Different colour wine than what I had ordered arrived but I didn’t mention since it had taken so long to served! Mentioned I wanted to use blue light discount when seated and ordering and told no restrictions. When it came time to pay, I produced my card but was told I needed to produce a qr code. Tried to login to blue light website but wouldn’t load as WiFi in harvester was poor. Asked if I could step outside to use WiFi and told no as I was eating on my own. Asked again and asked to go and find manager who would be ‘at the bar’. Told the one lady at the bar that I had come to speak to him and I was told that he was in the kitchen and can’t come out. So I told her I was stepping out and finally was able to access WiFi, download a qr code and pay. A complete palava for what I had hoped would be a quick meal at the end of a long day travelling. If you are going to take the card, why on earth not accept the physical card? I came here especially because of the blue light discount, and the basic prices are elevated.

We took the kids here after visiting Webbs Christmas displays. The food was exceptional! All of the kids enjoyed the salad bar, and the choice of food for both adults and kids satisfied even the fussiest eaters. Maxine our server attended to our every need

Really disappointed with this Harvester, we didn't even get the opportunity to eat! Went in on a very quiet Sunday afternoon for just 2 people, got told if you haven't booked you can't have food this evening. I then stated I'd like a table now for late lunch not this evening and I suggested we could just sit in the bar if it was because they were full (even tho it was very empty) .Then the man FOH changed his story and said well we have a technical issue in the kitchen anyway so can't seat you, so what excuse is it.. I could have booked there and then online for availability for 5 mins time then every 15 mins after as it was so quiet. More tables of people then got seated that had booked. I just thought this was terrible and extremely rude. Why have a job on FOH if you have no common sense or social skills? We then booked the Worcester harvester for 15 mins later, got seated great service and food.

Salad bar was disappointing but food was tasty. Service was a little slow considering how quiet it was.

Good standard of food you get free salad bar with every main meal ordered staff were very helpful would recommend and use again

The food was okay, but could have been a bit better considering the amount of time we went, nor was it that busy. Had to track down a server multiple times for sauces, the bill, etc.

Dined here on two occasions in the last few days and we were served with fantastic food on both occasions by two very knowledgeable and attentive waitresses. Couldn't be better

Mandy, our server, was so lovely with the 3 year old we had with us. The salad bar looked fresh, plenty of variety, main food was plentiful and tasty, all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

mix up with our seats ? we were seated by the waitress ! then went to get our salads after ordering our food and came back & a family were seated where we were ? then we were told it had been reserved and we needed to now move ? rude !!!!! then there wasn’t another table ? still stood holding our salads bowls ? when eventually they found another table the food came and i had the sirloin steak ! it was very fatty and dry & burnt cold onion rings ! cold mushroom ? very disappointed ☹️

I recently visited the Harvester in Droitwich and had the pleasure of being served by Ella. Her service was exceptional from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Ella’s friendly personality and professionalism really stood out, making our experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Service was quite slow but food was very good

Our table was almost in the toilet area . Food = awful. Children running & shouting everywhere. Table was dirty and salad looked old and very unfresh.The food we wanted from menu was not available so we had gammon which was VERY over cooked and chips not nice.Staff were friendly and pleasant.NEVER AGAIN go there

Called in on the off chance, it was busy, but managed to sort us a table 15 minutes after arriving. No surprises here, its a Harvester. All the staff we had contact with were lovely, our waiteress was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Would visit again.

Booking online through the app was relatively easy, we arrived early but were met with a friendly face who said our table was still busy. We were shown an area in the bar to sit for drinks and to be honest I wish we had stayed there. Sadly the area we were taken too was tucked away in the back and the upholstery on the seats was badly damaged. Thankfully we got a member of staff who was cheerful and after having to reboot his tablet due to poor WiFi in that area took our order. The food was okay, the ribs my daughter had were uninspiring. It would be good if there were sausages available on the kids menu. The build your own sundae for kids was a great idea.

We had gammon, hot and tasted good. I had large orange juice and didn't like the taste. So food and service good, but...from the outside we noticed hanging baskets not watered...flowers dying. Weeds a foot tall in the roof gutters, customers leftovers not taken away and attracting flies. Windows and fencing needs repainting.

We stopped off on the way home during a 6 hour drive. A warm welcome from all staff, they were so friendly. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, and all food, apart from my daughter's, was well cooked and delicious. The only issue was my daughter's ribs were way over cooked and very dry, but she said they were still tasty. All in all, a wonderful, much needed visit and if we had call to, we'd go again

The food was good and staff were nice and friendly, however they did get an order wrong. We had booked a table, however when we arrived, we were told that we may not be able to get a table. The booking system therefore had a problem. We were fortunate to get a table fairly quickly.

We were a party of 6 adults andc1 child the service first class nothing to much trouble the fish and chips I had was perfect as a disabled person we were all looked after especially as extremely busy we all couldn't fault the staff first class all the way we all had a very enjoyable time with good food and service thank you 😀

No rotisserie chicken left, chips were undercooked, gammon overcooked and the steak was like a part worn Michelin. Slow service

Love coming to the Harvest, my friend and I are monthly visitors and are always served by Fiona who really looks after us and always makes us feel special. We love the food and the atmosphere is always very comfortable

Waited 2 hours for one meal that came out separate from the rest of the table when It came it was overcooked, didn't feel like there was a proper apology.whats made us upset is hearing a member of staff when I did get my meal say "well he got his refund it doesn't matter ..absolutely disgraceful as we came out for a family meal and was treated unprofessional as a customers point of view 😕

Fantastic from the time we arrived to the time we left. Food was unbelievable and the service was first class.

Venue was ok. Good salad selection although plates on the small side for this and not all were spotlessly clean when issued today. Meats were a little overcooked for our liking but generally quite tasty. Specifically, the balance bowls contained big chunks of chilli pepper and needed fewer or smaller sizes for the little kick instead of burning your mouth away. The ultimate mixed grill I went for arrived a little overcooked with the sausages being of note very hard. The meats that we were asked how we would like cooked was as requested. Service was mainly good with servers constantly flurrying about and very polite. Was seated within a minute or two of arriving. Overall a pleasant visit. May visit again.
