Friendly staff and mostly good service although I did have to ask for my chips that we had ordered as a side. Really good price too

Very nice place to go and eat. Convenient as just off the motorway. Friendly staff. Tasty food well prepared.

Booking online through the app was relatively easy, we arrived early but were met with a friendly face who said our table was still busy. We were shown an area in the bar to sit for drinks and to be honest I wish we had stayed there. Sadly the area we were taken too was tucked away in the back and the upholstery on the seats was badly damaged. Thankfully we got a member of staff who was cheerful and after having to reboot his tablet due to poor WiFi in that area took our order. The food was okay, the ribs my daughter had were uninspiring. It would be good if there were sausages available on the kids menu. The build your own sundae for kids was a great idea.

We had gammon, hot and tasted good. I had large orange juice and didn't like the taste. So food and service good, but...from the outside we noticed hanging baskets not watered...flowers dying. Weeds a foot tall in the roof gutters, customers leftovers not taken away and attracting flies. Windows and fencing needs repainting.

We stopped off on the way home during a 6 hour drive. A warm welcome from all staff, they were so friendly. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, and all food, apart from my daughter's, was well cooked and delicious. The only issue was my daughter's ribs were way over cooked and very dry, but she said they were still tasty. All in all, a wonderful, much needed visit and if we had call to, we'd go again

We were a party of 6 adults andc1 child the service first class nothing to much trouble the fish and chips I had was perfect as a disabled person we were all looked after especially as extremely busy we all couldn't fault the staff first class all the way we all had a very enjoyable time with good food and service thank you 😀

The food was good and staff were nice and friendly, however they did get an order wrong. We had booked a table, however when we arrived, we were told that we may not be able to get a table. The booking system therefore had a problem. We were fortunate to get a table fairly quickly.

No rotisserie chicken left, chips were undercooked, gammon overcooked and the steak was like a part worn Michelin. Slow service

Love coming to the Harvest, my friend and I are monthly visitors and are always served by Fiona who really looks after us and always makes us feel special. We love the food and the atmosphere is always very comfortable

Waited 2 hours for one meal that came out separate from the rest of the table when It came it was overcooked, didn't feel like there was a proper apology.whats made us upset is hearing a member of staff when I did get my meal say "well he got his refund it doesn't matter ..absolutely disgraceful as we came out for a family meal and was treated unprofessional as a customers point of view 😕

Fantastic from the time we arrived to the time we left. Food was unbelievable and the service was first class.

Venue was ok. Good salad selection although plates on the small side for this and not all were spotlessly clean when issued today. Meats were a little overcooked for our liking but generally quite tasty. Specifically, the balance bowls contained big chunks of chilli pepper and needed fewer or smaller sizes for the little kick instead of burning your mouth away. The ultimate mixed grill I went for arrived a little overcooked with the sausages being of note very hard. The meats that we were asked how we would like cooked was as requested. Service was mainly good with servers constantly flurrying about and very polite. Was seated within a minute or two of arriving. Overall a pleasant visit. May visit again.

we got served by the lovely mandy, she was very attentive and ensured our experience was to the highest degree. we felt very looked after and tended too and couldn’t of asked for a better dinner, thank you mandy and keep on being your happy and authentic self ❤️

I use this place a lot. The staff are very good at listening to your request and the food is piping hot. Great service all round.

Excellent service, superb food and very quickly provided. The salad and drinks were both refreshable and the tables were set out in such a way there was no overcrowding.

We visited on a Monday lunchtime and our server was Fiona. The food was fabulous, we started with breaded deep fried mushrooms and dip. The mushrooms were really crispy and delicious and soft in the middle. I had the chargrilled chicken balanced bowl which was lovely and hubby had the burger and fries, again, delicious. The free salad bar was as always wonderful. Fiona was really helpful, lovely and friendly which makes such a big difference to the overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Harvester at Wychbold.

Harvesters are a picey for what they are these days , for a few quid more you can go to a decent restaurant. A harvester is a harvester if you been to a harvester before you know what to expect from a harvester.

Stopped to have breakfast. Both of us ordered classic breakfast with pouched eggs. Water from the eggs was all over the plate and they were well overcooked. Beans tasted like they have been mixed with water l, flavour less. Toasts felt like road rolling machine has rolled over making them flat and flavourless. 100% not returning.

Fi our waitress was very responsive, good sense of humour and very helpful to sort the meals for the rest of my family.

We visited as a table of 11 for my daughter’s birthday, Sharon served us and as always the service was excellent! She was also on fire with her quick witt, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. We have been here many times before and we will definitely visit again.

The food is really good. We love the salad bar, and have only given this 3 stars as it is not filled up enough and containers were empty. This is frequently happening when we visit. This is letting the overall score down as this is our main reason for dinnering here is the salad.

Even though most of the staff have changed over the last year, one thing that remains consistent is the great value for money food and exceptional, friendly service. Notably, Stacey the Manager, Maxine, and the lovely lady who served us yesterday, Fi. 5-Stars.

Had a lovely meal here tonight, the food was amazing as always. We live in Kidderminster but drive all the way here as we always have a great meal and brilliant service. Our waitress Fiona was really lovely. We'll be coming back again, thanks!

Despite it being a busy Friday evening Rebecca went out of her way to find us a lovely table within 15 minutes of arriving. The food was prompt and delicious and served with a smile. Delightful atmosphere and just a great place to be.

Staff are amazing. The food was good.We had chicken but the sweet potatoes fries are overdone.This the second time it's happened so stick with the normal chips. Child food was excellent as was the salid bar..Never had a bad salad experience at Harvester. Good value food

Maxine is an absolute delight! We wanted to take her home! An amazing character and server. The day of our visit we experienced high levels of smoke from the grill, almost unbearable. Have never experienced anything like like it! My eyes were burning! It also looked like the fire alarms had been silenced/not reset - otherwise they would’ve been going off! Food was rushed. But ok.

Lovely meal this evening with an even lovelier waitress, Fiona, who gave us the best customer service and even a little box to bring my leftovers home for my partner 😂 thank you Fiona for a top service!

Visited the Wych Way Inn this afternoon and Fi (Fiona) looked after us the whole time. She made sure every table was happy and did everything she could to make our experience the best 🖤

Went for food this evening and had an amazing experience, staff are absolutely brilliant, very friendly and pay such attention to detail as one of the guests had a few allergies, Fiona is one of the best waitresses I've had the privilege of being served by, alongside her was Maxine, always smiling and making guests feel welcome, couldn't recommend this place enough even on a Friday evening at peak times, always have time for ever guest they see 😀

Service was awesome. Food was ok: 1 child dinner (steak 4oz/ice cream) 4/5 1 child dinner (pizza/brownie) 4/5 1 adult dinner (sirloin) 3/5 - chewy but edible 1 adult dinner (sirloin) 0/5 - Inedible. We were asked “if everything was ok” but I pushed through. I raised the issue at the end of the meal and the meal was credited. It was totally different looking and cutting to the other identical meal. The phrase “tough as old boots” rings true. My expectation isn’t too high for a steak at a harvester but this was below poor. Atmosphere was good. Salad bar was good. I think a fair 3/5 due to one poor meal which was handled well.

Great stop off for lunch on the way back from South Wales

The food was lovely we went for my eldest sons birthday meal and very impressed the server Becca was very attentive and served us very well.

Quality of the food was extremely poor. So much so that neither of us ate our meals. Normally use the Foxhunt at Halesowen with never an issue there with food quality. The chips were soggy and dry, steak overcooked - we had wanted a better cut of meat however told they had neither in. All in all a terrible visit and a disappointing experience of a Harvester, one we certainly won’t be attending again. We have been back to The Foxhunt and again had an amazing meal and service.

I was in area had a leisurely day off and returned solo to The Wychway in Droitwich. I booked a table and was warmly greeted by Becca who was very accommodating showing me to my table and kindly took my drink order. It didn’t take me long to decide what I wanted. I was then served by Alison today who was very polite and helpful. I opted for two courses from the lunch menu of Simply Chicken accompanied with a jacket potato & ratatouille polished off with a Sundae best ice cream smothered in strawberry sauce 🍨 and two bowls of Salad 🥣🥗 from the Salad bar. The bill was £13.49 which is is reasonable value for today. Wait on food was just right 15-20 mins so given me time for my salad to go down etc Come by bus today but restaurant has ample parking 🅿️ Look forward to revisiting in the near future.

Awesome place and awesome service.

We had a great meal here. Friendly helpful staff and manager who didn't bat an eyelid when our child knocked his milk all over the floor - cleaned it up and brought him a fresh glass without us asking. Updated for 2023 another lovely meal here - friendly efficient staff, quick service. And thankfully this time the small child (not quite so small any more) didn't spill his drink! Further update April 2024 - another lovely meal plus friendly service from Harvey - thanks very much again

Visted for an unplanned lunch. Staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The food was good, especially the salad bar. Far better than my local harvester in worcester. After our meal, the waitress asked if we had the app and advised us to download it to receive a discount. Upon paying, i offered to add a tip to which the waitress replied, "I've gone past that bit, just add it next time" By far, the best service i have received from any Harvester, will definitely vist again.

Lovely place to bring the family, cost isn't extortionate at all and we where served by Harvey and I can safely say with 10 years in the industry myself that the man is in the right job, fantastic people skills and service with smile no complaints here at all, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Have been coming to this harvester for many years and have never had a bad meal. The waitress Sharon went above and beyond, made conversation with my daughter, and ensured what she ordered was tweaked because she's a fussy eater. Thank you .

No problem with the food but by using a £10 birthday voucher, you increased your prices by £9 as apparently this was the terms and conditions of the voucher. I only selected Harvester due to having the voucher so felt totally conned and spent considerably more on my lunch with my mother than I would otherwise have done. To be fair to Harvester, their customer service contacted me and resolved the issue, so I thought it only fair to update accordingly.

Harvey served us early this horrible Monday morning. Despite being the only server and the breakfast service being quite busy, Harvey was superb! Extremely professional, friendly and hilarious. His chilled out vibe yet urgency to please all customers is outstanding and would 100% come back again. The only downside was the kitchen are unable to fry an egg properly. Everything else was incredible.
