Love the staff, service and food. Been busy the past two visits, but managed to be seated without a reservation

Could not believe there was no chicken for at least 1 hour

Fantastic meal tonight , very nice welcome and shown to our table , served by mandy who was really nice and polite .will deffinately use here again soon and will tell family and friends just how good it is , value for money and service with a smile .thankyou so much we loved it .wayne & julie :)

Oli, our server, was really kind and patient with our food allergies. He took the time to understand and make sure our food was allergy compliant and up to the wonderful harvester high standard ... he was absolutely amazing, thank you.

Chicken, peas and baked potato were all good, and hot. The broccoli was old and hard as rock. The salad had obviously been sitting too long. Overall we would not have reviewed the meal except for the fact that when we mentioned the problem with the broccoli, the waitress started arguing with us! That is not professional. We had kindly and gently informed her that we were not complaining, but only mentioning the problem so that she could let the chef know. But she challenged us and refused to accept our experience as customers. We will be skipping this chain in the future.

Had a lovely meal with mates on Friday 24th Jan. Harvester were running a 50% off discount. Enjoyed the food and catch-up with friends. Jo was our server and was excellent.

Friendly greeting, and Mandy our waitress at the table was brilliant, helpful, friendly lovely smile and we had a laugh she was a credit to you, we really enjoyed our meal 10/10 for the meal and 10/10 for Mandy too, we will be back.

One of the best eating out pubs in the area. Always a very friendly atmosphere and excellent service and food.

Lovely place, stopped on our way to Birmingham which was only 30 minutes away . Conveniently located just off motorway. Quick service for our food. Whats nice you can see the staff cooking. My only complaint I needed to use the disabled toilet, however the cistern was very very slow to refill after the last user, so would not flush for me. I did mention this to a member of staff who did say they would mention it 🤷‍♀️

We turned up off the cuff and we were greeted by a friendly guy obviously happy in his job which makes a really refreshing change. He guided us to our table and told us our server would be cerys and that she would be over shortly. Within a few minutes Cerys came over and took our food and drinks order and brought us our salad bowls. Cerys was very friendly and also happy in her job. The food was hot and our three mains all arrived at the same time. The food was well placed on the plates and looked as good as it tasted. This was our first visit but certainly won't be our last

Had a lovely lunch today with my partner. First timers. Lovely meet and greet and then excellent service from the team and especially Ana . Food fab. Definitely go back.

My family and I are frequent visitors, including recently, for Christmas Day lunch. We wish to thank our regular server, Fiona, for her courteous, efficient, and ǰovial demeanour, which makes our visits so pleasurable. Thank you! The food isn't bad too.

Where does one start drinks where added for children then ordered stuff that was not available some of the salad bar was empty then when the food came out there was a long hair on the chicken and it put my wife and her daughter off there food and the only £10 taken off the bill it was a degrading offer for the dinner to be taken away my step daughter didn't tell me until afterwards that she did not eat any food other than what salad bar was available at the time

Arrived on time seated straight away, took 20 minutes to get drinks , 1 hour 10 minutes to get our meals , salad bar was mainly empty ,had to collect out own salad bowls , there was no thousand island dressing and had to ask for some , we have visited the harvester a lot for many years I think that was the last time

Seated us and took our order very quickly, and starters came out in acceptable time. However we had to wait, with 2 chases, over 50 minutes for the main and when it arrived no apologies at all. Servers didn't check on us aside from the starters and generally we felt forgotten. Food was good however, though we think our food was on the hotplate as the gravy wasn't great on arrival.

Brill Its the place to grab a good meal at good value. Salad bar is not bad. Service is good. Staff , you just have to love them . They are great

This is a popular and friendly restaurant where staff are very attentive and service is quick. I just wish the chain managers would buy some better peas. Despite that we will return.

Visited this evening for dinner and had fantastic service from Jo, she couldn't be more helpful! She had everything we needed before we asked for it and all with a fab sense of humour! We arrived close to closing time and with a baby, but nothing was too much trouble. The food was hot and we all had fairly big portions (we had to bring some home!). We will be returning again soon!

Amazing food served by a wonderful server. Thank you Sharon, you were amazing and really made the visit special for my mum's birthday. We travelled all the way from Nuneaton and the trip was definitely worth it.

Always good food and service (served by Jo today) we visit regularly and always enjoy it. Their ribs are delicious, they accommodate food allergies and requests to amend dishes. Love their sundaes.

Great place to eat, with the infamous bottomless salad bar. Ana was the most fantastic server, very friendly, had a great sense of humour and made sure we had everything we needed. Very reasonably priced. Only down side is you end up eating far too much!

We were served by Fiona who did a great job, very friendly and pleasant.

We visit 3 or 4 times a year on our travels up and down the M5. Food never disappoints but the service can be a little underwhelming. However Ana on Sat evening was very good, sorry exceptional! It really makes a difference when someone can be so attentive and calm during a busy period. Always smiling with humorous conversations it makes all the difference.

Visited at lunchtime for a belated birthday meal. Greeted warmly on arrival, staff here are lovely. Special mention to our server, Liv for her friendliness and efficiency. Food ordered and delivered promptly; hot, tasty and excellent quantity. Well stocked salad bar. One of the best Harvester restaurants we have visited. Will return!

I meet friends here on a regular basis. Food and staff always excellent. Special mention for Fi who has looked after us on several occasions. Always very efficient, friendly and great at her job! Keeps a cool head even in the busy times. Fi is definitely an asset to the Harvester brand.

It was quiet so we were seen really quickly. Our server Fiona was lovely and kept checking in on us to ensure we were okay. Her allergen knowledge was perfect as we had a coeliac in our group and we felt comfortable with her advice. She made it a really easy and enjoyable lunch.

Served by the lovely Fi today, very polite and very friendly as always. Fi and Maxine are our two favourite ladies and have been for years!

Service, food quality and general atmosphere significantly better than other Harvesters. In future, we would rather drive 10 miles up M5 to Wychbold, than go to our local Harvester 1 mile away, where the service is frequently dire. Jo looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left. Always attentive and clearly goes the extra mile.

Our service was made particularly special by mona who was a natural with children and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Nothing was too much for her and she checked in to make sure everything was good for us. I actually asked if we could have a card to leave a review as I thought her kindness stood out, Thank you so much! (I’ve provided a pic of the card with name as I wasn’t sure if I’d made the name out correctly,sorry)

Overpriced microwave meals even with 40%voucher .

I stay in a lot of hotels, and have eaten in a lot of restaurants next to hotels, usually as a last resort. Imagine my surprise that this place turned out to be an absolute hidden gem. Food was fresh, fast and flavourful, the unlimited salad was a wonderful bonus. All of this topped off by excellent service from the wonderful Jo, who served us diligently and efficiently in a way that put us at ease and made for a very pleasant evening.

Found this a disappointing experience. Good bits- enjoyed the food. Really nicely decorated and cosy for Christmas. Bad bits- Waited over ten minutes to be seated. This was just after 5pm so the place had hardly any customers. Staff could see me but no response presumably as ‘not their area’. I understand if they are busy but just an acknowledgment that you are there and waiting would be appreciated. Another ten minute wait to take order. Different colour wine than what I had ordered arrived but I didn’t mention since it had taken so long to served! Mentioned I wanted to use blue light discount when seated and ordering and told no restrictions. When it came time to pay, I produced my card but was told I needed to produce a qr code. Tried to login to blue light website but wouldn’t load as WiFi in harvester was poor. Asked if I could step outside to use WiFi and told no as I was eating on my own. Asked again and asked to go and find manager who would be ‘at the bar’. Told the one lady at the bar that I had come to speak to him and I was told that he was in the kitchen and can’t come out. So I told her I was stepping out and finally was able to access WiFi, download a qr code and pay. A complete palava for what I had hoped would be a quick meal at the end of a long day travelling. If you are going to take the card, why on earth not accept the physical card? I came here especially because of the blue light discount, and the basic prices are elevated.

We took the kids here after visiting Webbs Christmas displays. The food was exceptional! All of the kids enjoyed the salad bar, and the choice of food for both adults and kids satisfied even the fussiest eaters. Maxine our server attended to our every need

Really disappointed with this Harvester, we didn't even get the opportunity to eat! Went in on a very quiet Sunday afternoon for just 2 people, got told if you haven't booked you can't have food this evening. I then stated I'd like a table now for late lunch not this evening and I suggested we could just sit in the bar if it was because they were full (even tho it was very empty) .Then the man FOH changed his story and said well we have a technical issue in the kitchen anyway so can't seat you, so what excuse is it.. I could have booked there and then online for availability for 5 mins time then every 15 mins after as it was so quiet. More tables of people then got seated that had booked. I just thought this was terrible and extremely rude. Why have a job on FOH if you have no common sense or social skills? We then booked the Worcester harvester for 15 mins later, got seated great service and food.

Salad bar was disappointing but food was tasty. Service was a little slow considering how quiet it was.

The food was okay, but could have been a bit better considering the amount of time we went, nor was it that busy. Had to track down a server multiple times for sauces, the bill, etc.

Mandy, our server, was so lovely with the 3 year old we had with us. The salad bar looked fresh, plenty of variety, main food was plentiful and tasty, all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend
