We came to the Amesbury site for lunch with a boisterous 4 yr old our server Keira was wonderful from start to finish nothing was a problem for her and she entertained our monster as we could not trap him in will defo be coming back.

We tried to book online and there was every time available but we never got a confirmation which we thought was strange, we arrived and there was no spaces available and our booking never went through as there was an error with there website. There was space at the bar which we happily accepted as it was quiet. We tried to order through the online using there offers but it did not work, so I went up to the bar and even there, the kids eat for £1 or the 25% off did not work. Luckily we used blue light discount so we did not miss out completely. When the dinners arrived it was not a pritty sight. The larger children’s chicken goujons meal arrived and there were two skinny strips of chicken a few chips and corn on the cob. When I asked if this was normal I was told this is what you get. That is crazy for £7.95. The burger meal was dry and the scampi arrived with a tiny amount of mushy peas and no tartar sauce. Unfortunately I won’t be back as the value for money is no longer there

We enjoy to have our breakfast at harvester Amesbury. The food is amazing and stall it’s so welcoming. Thank you to Jo ( za201057-p0s-03) who served us so nicely and professionally.

Hugely gone downhill. As per other avenues here sadly. Poor customer service all 4 stood by bar staring and acting oddly towards us, then proceed to continue to stare at food we were eating… untrustworthy and extremely unprofessional staff. Average and overpriced food too.

Had a great last minute family lunch there. Food was good. Jo was super friendly and helpful. My 6 year old son enjoyed his pasta and sundae.

Service was very quick and friendly. Great for the kids with the salad bar while waiting for mains, although a very short wait. Server Isobel very polite and attentive.

The service was so slow and had to repeat the orders, we got are drinks after we finished the main dish that we ordered as soon as we got to the table

Pip was a fantastic waitress. I will be back again very soon. Super friendly and efficient - won’t hesitate to be back for super service!!!!

Lovely meal in the harvester as per usual. Our server Pip was very friendly and helpful, 10 out of 10 experience and always a nice atmosphere.

Had a lovely meal and was served and looked after by PIP , A lovely and friendly waitress who was very attentive and helpful . However her only downfall was her competitive streak asking people to leave her reviews to beat her colleagues in order to win a bonus

We all arrived tired after the end of our holiday at hour harvester. We had a really warm welcome from all your staff so well done for that, We had loads of time to talk and select all the items of the menu. Bottomless coke still a winner. On the menu we had mushrooms they were found to be a little wet inside the mushroom coating. The nachos good. The free salad bar always a winner. The dirty burger good. Onion rings could be a little crisper and the hash brown little more cooked, however the dirty fries more than made up for that. The half roasted chicken still a real winner all cooked well and all plates cleared big well done. On the whole the best visit I have had at any of my recent visit to any of you harvesters. On all occasions the best is always the warm welcome you get from all your hard working staff please keep it up

The food was delicious and cooked well but that is where the positivity stops. The salad bar was messy with food all over the floor. The restaurant temperature was about a million degrees and when asked if the AC could be turned up or a window opened was told that we might have to "deal with it". The servers were rude and brushed off most requests. Shall not be coming back to this harvester. The Salisbury one is much better

As a family we have been coming to this Harvester for years. Service is always good and the food is always tasty. It can get busy at times and the servers always have a smile on their faces. Nice little garden area and the pub allows dogs too!

This place is great for a casual dining experience. Extensive menu, reasonable prices (especially when they have promotions on) but most of all, the staff are great. Jo looked after us this evening and did a great job of blending efficiency with friendliness.

Stopped here for dinner, after a long walk and we were definitely hungry. We ordered off the two courses for £17.99 We both had chicken goujons to start (delicious) and for our main, I had BBQ Chicken stack and my friend had chicken Rotisserie. I have to admit, after having the starter, it was too much food and so got a takeaway bag. You always know what to expect at Harvester. My friend is Gluten intolerant, so, it is always a good choice for her.

Food and service was spot on, salad bar was nice ....but toilets let the place down, no soap and hand dryer not working in gents.

This place is awful, avoid like the plague! Steaks are inedible, sauces are cold,chicken portions look like they came from pigeons and the peas are like bullets! Toilets aren't cleaned/checked, you have to use napkins when they run out of loo roll. Don't bother complaining...
