Rhiannon was brilliant as usual. Even memorises out order as it rarely changes. Lovely food was a bonus. Really busy but good was quick and service was prompt.

Nicole was our server and made our night warm and welcoming thank you so much hubby and I enjoyed our date night will definitely be back again

We came for lunch on Easter Sunday and it was a great experience. Our drinks order was promptly taken and delivered and our server Rosie was very patient waiting for us to decide from the menu! The salad bar was very fresh and well stocked. Our food arrived quickly and was very very tasty, definitely recommend, will visit again next time we are in the area. We had a lovely meal but the experienced was enriched a member of staff Liv who could not do enough for us and went above and beyond. Very polite, helpful and knowledgable about the menu meant she was able to assist us in ordering. She was cheerful and efficient also and a credit to the company. The staff are absolutely nuts. Their service is second to none. They literally do not stop. Impeccable service. Not paid enough.

Fast and friendly service, good food. Always a warm welcome. The staff are always ready to help us as my wife is in a wheelchair. We like it so much we come every week. They know what we like, the steaks are always cooked perfectly and the salad bar is always fresh.

12 of us visited the Llandarcy harvester yesterday. Katie P was our server.. she's an absolute pro at her job. We have seen her there loads over the years, and she has always been fantastic. She's on the ball from the second you sit to the second you leave. She answers all our bizarre requests n questions, remembers everyone's orders and is always hapoy polite and super friendly. If every restaurant had a Katie they would all do well. Food was awesome also and the restaurant was immaculate.

Called into harvester llandarcy for my birthday with my parents, we were served by Katie P. She was a lovely young lady, polite, professional and chatty, she put us at ease and gave us time to order. The food was lovely and we all cleared our plates.

Lovely place for a casual evening meal. Our server Cerys was quick & efficient, whilst ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was overall good and everyone was left satisfied!

We was greeted at the entrance to the restaurant by a member of staff who was warm and welcoming she gave us a table where we wanted. Then we was greeted at our table with a smile by Katie p she was very welcoming and served us professionally with what we needed we can’t wait to return.

Warm welcome from reception .When seated we were served an excellent lunch with nicely chilled Rossellini Pino by the lovely Nicol who looked after us and also the other diners near to us with a very professional approach. Remember ,call me anything but never call me late for dinner !! Nicol.

I went to the Harvester llandarcy yesterday I had to leave a review because the customer service was fantastic really lovely staff. The food was really nice I had the gammon and the salad bar was fresh, nice crunchy salad 🥗 😋 We had a baby with us and the manager couldn't do enough for us 🙂

The service by Cerys was excellent, great food. Will definitely be back again. Prices are good and plenty of food, salad bar always good.

Myself and my son visited Harvester Llandarcy on 31st March 2024 for some dinner. Our waitress was a lovely women called Tracey. She went up above and beyond, always checking everything was okay with our dinner and she was absolutely fabulous with my 7 year old son! His response to her was "she is the nicest waitress ive ever seen" I would just like to say thankyou to Tracey for making our experience so lovely and showing my son that kindness is key! Keep being you and we hope to see you here more often ❤️

Had a meal for my grandson's birthday. Everyone really enjoyed their dinners and the salad bar. One of our group had a sesame seed allergy. Our waitress Paula took so much trouble to protect her from having contamination with sesame seeds. I have never been to a restaurant where they take so much care.

Tracy was so friendly and kind serving us and had a lovely welcoming smile. She was great with the children and helping them decide what to order. Food was tasty and love the bottomless salad bar.

1st time here in a long , as soon as we walked in, we was greeted by the manager who managed to find us a table even though they were busy . Order food at the bar with Rosie . Who was very friendly Food...

We called this evening. The front of house staff were amazing despite being really busy, found us a table, took the order, very polite and helpful. The food was another matter. Both meals were tepid at best. We sent one back as not cooked properly, waitress was amazing about it and replaced it straight away. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but between a chef screeching 'service!' intermittently throughout the meal to the cold food being served, it wasn't great. The final insult was the bill totting up in such a way that meant we didn't get the evening offer and pretty much paid full price for the meals. In reality, it was only a couple of pounds but after the food we had, it really did leave a bitter taste. The front of house staff were kind and attentive despite being clearly rushed off their feet, the kitchen/food was pretty poor which was a real shame. The only other thing that was very noticeable but a real shame was how shabby the place looked, mouldy signage at the entrance, collapsed fencing outside, and door seals hanging off the front door. A little bit of maintenance would go a long way

Visited here today for a bit of mum daughter bonding and to celebrate daughter’s new job. First let me say I have always had a very positive experience at this restaurant but today it was a very different story. I ordered the chicken skewers with no peppers ( these are a pet hate of mine and can’t even stand them on my plate ) they arrived with peppers on said skewers, the waitress said she did ask the chef for no peppers but the chef said it was too much hard work to take them off. Why did the waitress not come back and explain thus giving me the chance to change my order. It also arrived without a flat bread which I would have requested had anyone checked to make sure our meals were ok which they didn’t. My daughter’s food was cold to the point of the butter not melting in the jacket potato and the chicken not being much warmer. I must say the highlight of the meal was the salad which if I had not had would I would have been starving walking out of the restaurant. I will return to a harvester but will be reluctant to return to this one.

Lovely staff and clean, comfortable surroundings. Prompt service and excellent, tasty children and adult meals. Salad bar constantly replenished which is great when you have a child who loves salad!!! Easy and reliable booking online service. Will definitely be back very soon.

Off chance visit as passing by, first impression building is need of some maintenance as it’s looking really tired. Not booked in advance & had to wait for 10mins for a table which wasn’t an issue. Once allocated a table was requested to order at the unmanned bar due to staff shortage. Eventually ordered food & once we eventually received our salad bowls ( which we had to go back to the bar to collect ) the salad selection was poorly stocked - no pasta / coleslaw or beetroot all empty…. Waited 1hr 10mins for main course to arrive. Waited a further 25mins after main course was finished for desserts which were ordered at the same time as mains. Far too busy for staff available, tables left with dirty plates everywhere, sorry but will not be returning - needs revamping asap…
