Great and our server Chloe was brilliant. Food was hot and tasty and good size portion. Like Talbot Green fir shopping so often go here for lunch.

Lovely server, made a huge fuss of our baby. Food was served quickly and was tasty. Salad bar had run out but the chef asked me what I wanted and got that for me. Quick and friendly service from Chloe our waitress.

Called in here on a busy Thursday lunchtime. We took advantage of the special menu - great price for 2 or 3 courses. Couldn't manage 3! Food was absolutely delicious + piping hot. Salad bar as always was fresh & plentiful. Delightful staff & would highly recommend coming here. We had a great afternoon.

From the outside, the restaurant looks okay, but as soon as we were seated the problems started. Underneath the table hadn't been cleaned, there was a dirty knife and fork, food and pages from a childs activity book on the floor. Upon looking around, there were other tables with food under their table waiting for people to be seated. Upon ordering food, there was no steaks available, (we should have been notified this before arriving or atleast before the waitress came to take our order) So I ordered the ribs. They came back dry and there was apparently barbecue sauce on there, I couldn't find it for the life of me. Apart from the food being a shambles, the staff were friendly enough and the salad bar was the highlight of the night. This place doesn't give you a reason to return so unfortunately it will be our only visit. Much better places in the area, such as the fine establishments neighboured to Harvester would have made tastier food.

Shireen our waitress was perfect, very polite and helpful, nothing was too much for her Food was lovely and not much waiting at all.

Visited today with my family but my dad messed up the booking. Holly went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t be more thankful. Fully enjoyed our meal, no complaints at all. Restaurant was warm, inviting and clean. Very busy due to the 50% off voucher but still Holly was able to make it work with the best service I have personally received in the hospitality industry for a very long time. She is a credit to the company thank you and will be back.

We visited the Harvester on the 2nd of January for a quiet evening out, as I hadn’t been before. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience, and I won’t be returning. Our starters—garlic bread and halloumi fries—arrived in bowls and were not presented to a high standard. Adding a bit of salad to the halloumi would have made it more appealing. It then took the waitress 30 minutes to clear our starters and bring out the mains, though it only took her 2 minutes to serve the mains after clearing. This made it clear that the dishes had been left under the heat lamps, which impacted their quality. The chips were warm and crispy on the outside but cold and dry on the inside, and the chicken was so tough it was difficult to chew. As part of my meal, I ordered loaded chips for £5.99, expecting something better. Instead, I received an unappetizing dish with hardened nacho cheese sauce (photo attached). The total bill came to £60, but honestly, I could have gone to Wetherspoons for better food at a lower cost. Sadly, I won’t be dining here again.

Booked table as it was my sons birthday, got seated fairly quickly. Then Chloe our waitress came to take our drinks order, as we waited a little we decided to order our food at the same time...no hello..or how are you? Just stood there, half way through the order she walked off without saying anything..then a few minutes later returned without saying why she left?. Long wait for food and when finally arrived the not so happy chloe just placed plates anywhere and walked off...once myself and my partner had finished but my son and daughter was still eating. Chloe came over and started removing our plates and said ' makes her life easier "..,by this time we had all had enough of this stroppy waitress and asked for the bill. Chloe practically threw the bill on the table and just carried on walking. I asked to see the manager. When he finally arrived as he was busy in the kitchen he said he was sorry and I shouldn't have paid the bill as he would have taken some money off it. All in all she ruined my sons birthday meal. Few days later I got an email to rate my experience. Which I did and explained why. I then received a lovely email with apologies and would look into my complaint..and they will be sending me vouchers ..which I still haven't received and no reply to my email.

Lovely salad bar. Helpful staff. Little one had a special seat and the beer was ok. No Nelson Mandelas on tap so had to go for the Senorita Beater but not the good one the, the other one. Chloe was super lovely and I was far too scared not to leave this review.

We eat at harvester twice a week , midweek annd anlso on a Sunday and always loved harvester but dislike the new menu. Also bring back the evening and Sunday set menu , Don’t think I will be eating there as often now

Warm and helpful service and enjoyed new menu choices which was a surprise. Children’s menu had good choices too. Simply chicken now has broccoli instead of ratatouille so was better. New tacos interesting! Car parking can get busy as on a retail park with shops so go early rather than later.

Great service from Chloe. She was very attentive and friendly whilst staying professional. We visited as a family of 3, two adults and a toddler & all enjoyed our meals.

So today (July 10th) was special in many ways Jimmy Anderson’s last test match My birthday , my uncles birthday (8) England vs Holland in euro 24. A little girls birthday near us And harvester reopening after a refurb . We were greeted by Carmen and then Shireen took over the customer service side The food we had was lovfly and the drinks ok . I did notice one customer touch food whilst on one of the spatulas at Tue salad bar which I found unhygienic. The service provided by Shireen was exquisite. Fair play she couldn’t do enough for us Well done Shireen!!

On a busy Saturday we were able to sit at a table immediately! We were given menus and Chloe greeted us and took our order. We had a drinks voucher than wasn’t working on the system. Chloe assured us she would get this sorted! Which she kindly did. Service was quick and efficient. Food was lovely and a great atmosphere today. We actually live in Bridgend but travel here as we rate this restaurant much higher. Well done guys.

This was my first visit for breakfast at this Harvester, staff were very attentive, most of the food was hot, the hash browns were just above warm the poached eggs were over cooked and not runny the little pot of beans had a skin on top and looked like they had been kept warm from opening time, the sausage and bacon were the best part they were delicious, this was one of the most driest breakfasts I have ever had and they only had tomato and barbecue sauce, no brown

Visited Harvester in Talbot Green and was served by Chloe. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The salad bar was also well stocked. Alot better than other Harvesters we have visited. The food was nice, cooked well and came out within a reasonable time. Our server Chloe was happy and polite .

Lovely time in the restaurant today for breakfast. We all had pancakes and they were delicious! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon. The toilets were also great for our toddler who could use the family bathroom himself.

Been here a few times, food is generally good, but ordered breakfast with my daughter, she ordered Eggs Benedict, her poached eggs were overcooked and the muffin was solid, we called a waitress over and she said she'd change the muffin, never saw her again....

In all honesty the only reason my review is so high is because of the lady who served us Shireen (I would give her 5*). The food wasn’t great and I can’t really comment on the rest of the staff as we didn’t see anyone...

We reserved the table at the last minute and we were accommodated well at Harvester. We were greeted and welcomed by Eugen and had a lovely service. Eugen took our order quickly and correctly, and there were no issues with our food. We were a big party and Eugen was extremely patient and accommodating. A credit to the Harvester branch at Llantrisant!
