Well I have never experienced customer service like it before. Our waitress Zoe was amazing having one person with complicated allergies and one with a strange allergy she went way way beyond what I had ever experienced nothing was too much trouble. Everyone ate heartily and safely and a good time was had by all. Thank you Zoe

Called in for a quick lunch. Our waitress was lovely. Very attentive and helpful. We tried the house red wine and for me, it was undrinkable so the waitress said her manager would not charge us for my glass. Fair enough. The food was just ok. My pasta was nothing special. Bulked out with pitta bread. Probably great for families though not so cheap these days. Not somewhere I'll rush to return. UPDATE. The waitress said the manager would only deduct one glass of the awful wine so we agreed. The till had run out of paper which meant we didn't see our bill. Only later when I thought about what we paid, I realised we'd been charged for the 2 glasses. Very disappointed as the wine was undrinkable! Total swizz! I doubted I would go back, but I will never return now! Absolutely 💯% never.

Fantastic service from entrance, to service, to food 😀 Donna, the hostess, was friendly and happy to help, despite arriving early. She accommodated us and seated us immediately. Vikki, our server, was so helpful,polite and happy. She was covering a shift and had already worked all day, which would never have been noticeable as she was so bright and 100% on top of her whole area. Both ladies made our whole experience fantastic and I hope they are recognised for all their hard work.

Called in for breakfast this morning and was greeted by Toni very friendly. ordered a build your own breakfast and it arrived within 10 mins hot and cooked the way I requested. Overall pleased with my visit and will definitely come again.

Overpriced for bang average food

Overall a very good experience. Our server was Lucy, she was amazing, really attentive and very good customer service. It’s so nice to see staff with a sense of humour. I believe our chef was Leigh, my breakfast was really nice, thank you.

Today my daughter and I made an impromptu decision to go for evening dinner and chose Harvester as we try to be healthy especially after Christmas. When we arrived we were a little disappointed as the menu was limited and then the salad bar, our favourite part, was a poor show, However what was missing they tried to make up for and what the didn’t make up for Dominic and the rest of the team made up for with their super customer service. What lovely people at Morfa. Dominic was excellent with children too which is so important for parents out with kiddies. Thank you we will be back

Fabulous service from Skye, who really looked after us in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Please give this girl Employee of the Month! My daughter absolutely loved the pancakes. Never change the recipe.

Salad bar was almost empty and very dirty and looks like it hadn't been cleaned or stocked for hours.

am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Harvester Morfa. Despite the restaurant not being busy at all, the place was poorly managed Sald bar was empty was not re stocked One of the staff came across quite rude when we raised the issue of the ribs being still raw was told they buy them in part cooked. There was nothing part cooked at all Evan though While technically you can partially cook pork, it is not recommended to partially cook pork will not be going back here at all what a waste of money and our family left hungry

Christmas day was a pleasure with good food, excellent service and very friendly. The portions were generous and good quality!

Booked a table for 11:30 for 'Breakfast With Santa.' After arriving was informed by a waitress that there was no bacon, sausage, beans, toast or pancakes left. Also they had no idea what time their staff member who was sent to Bookers would be back. Was offered the lunch menu but left instead. Left incredibly disappointed on Christmas Eve, thankfully Tesco was open and the breakfast was great. Also my son and daughter were given a selection box each by the Tesco cafeteria staff. All children were, which was great and salvaged what was left of my Christmas spirit. Will never be back to Harvester anywhere! Santa wa cool though.

Staff were excellent service team amazing and food was fantastic 🤩.We will be returning very soon👍on our next family meal.

Beautiful food and fantastic service from Lucy and Dai. My husband and I had half roasted chicken with the hot honey sauce which is delicious. The corn bread is a lovely side dish served with the meal and was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to the whole team.

Once again we have had amazing service from Skye and Dai! The food was absolutely outstanding and very filling. Skye, in particular, was amazing with our toddler and kept interacting with her throughout our visit.

Generally happy with our experience, the only thing that put me off was that two of our party were asked to sign disclaimers on account of their having allergies. Not sure why that was necessary but the food was good!

Our Waitress ‘Skye’ was extremely pleasant and professional. She took our order and got our food to us in very good time, and also got everything right. She checked on us regularly, to make sure everything was ok, and that we had everything we needed and we were well taken care of by her.

We visited Harvester Morfa Parc as we often do on a Monday evening and as usual we weren't disappointed. This time we were a party of 4 adults and one five year old. The salad bar was well stocked and our meals were delicious. We were served by Skye who was very friendly and polite and that made our experience even better.

The resturant is usless. I ordered food for delivery, it was delivered 2hrs late and was missing items and stone cold. I spoke to the store and they told me it was waiting in the resturant for over an hour after cooking before being sent for delivery. The manager agreed to call the delivery and orginised a refund and promised to call back, this was lie and I never recieved a call back. They did not care once they had my money.

Skye our waitress was very helpful and the festive pulled turkey burger was delicious.🎄🍔. Five star ⭐ service.

We arrived at the Morfa Harvester in Swansea at about 10.30, and we're seated immediately. Skye was extremely pleasant and after seating us asked what we'd like to drink. Having a dietary issue with milk I asked if there was a possibility of oat milk, and whereas usually I'm told no, or that it will cost extra, Skye told me that it wouldn't be a problem. She arrived back promptly with our coffees and took our breakfast orders - a classic breakfast, and a vegan breakfast, and we were asked what bread we'd like for our toast. (She also told us she'd be back with our bowls for the salad, promptly realising it was breakfast we'd ordered - we all had a little chuckle at that! 🤭😅) In almost no time our breakfasts arrived and we tucked in. Very tasty, beans came in a little bowl, always appreciated as it stops the food being soggy. Both eggs - fried and poached - were cooked well with no sign of being even a little undercooked as I have found in other establishments, hash browns were not so crispy that they did a "Pretty Woman snail moment (flying across the restaurant because they are overcooked), both lots of sausages, standard and vegan were lovely, and the vegetable fingers on the vegan breakfast is a nice addition. Kudos to Dai - who was the chef. Refills of our coffees were readily offered, and accepted as the coffee really was very nice All in all a very enjoyable morning of food, and we were not made to feel rushed in any way. Would definitely go again 👍🏻 Cheers to Skye & Dai! P.S Sorry I'm not one for taking photos of my food, never really enters my head as I'm normally too hungry to not just dig in 😆

We have visited Harvester in Morfa Swansea Skye was very patient pleasant and helpful She explained all about allergies as we have cheese 🧀 intolerance , Skye explained the alternative we can have jacket potato and mushy peas! Great half roared chicken best meal I had here!! We will be back soon

We have not been for a while but had a voucher for my wife's birthday, so the young staff that dealt with us, were outstanding, very polite and helpful. The salad bar was it's usual, very tasty and fresh. Then it goes downhill, fast... We ordered rib eye steaks, when they eventually came, my steak was swimming in its juices, not a massive problem, I asked for a new plate and moved my food onto it, then started to eat. Unfortunately..the peas were cold the grilled tomato was cold the mushroom was cold The best thing on the plate were the bland tasting chips. Overall very disappointed.

OK, it's not nouvelle cuisine, but we had a lovely, relaxed meal here, the food was tasty and good value, the restaurant is clean with a nice ambience, and the staff extremely welcoming and friendly. It's been a while since I have been to a Harvester (we went more often when our children weren't adults), but I look forward to coming back here again soon.

Excellent service from Zoe and she couldn't do enough for us. Even made sure the children's plates weren't too hot for our little one. The food cooked by chef Dai was beautiful and came out lovely and hot.

Called in for a quick steak 4 days ago and had the best ribeye I’d had in Swansea in years! Cooked by Chef Dai to perfection it was absolutely beautiful, so good that we’ve just called in again for another one! Cant recommend enough and thanks to Dai and all the staff at Harvester Morfa.

We go to morfa harvester regularly but after yesterdays meal never again. The service was really slow despite it being empty. The chicken i had was black burnt and dry inside. The peas were still frozen and the mushroom was black. The waitress that seen to us was lovely she asked if we wanted a new meal but we waited long enough for that one. We wont be returning here.

Feels quite 'tired', salad bar does not seem to be that fresh - I'm sure it's all fine but feels a little drab. Food was decent, selection of sauces is great to be fair. Service was decent although a bit of a wait during a lunch time meal. It used to be cheap at Harvester but for a family of four, it's quite expensive now and there is a lot more choice out there for this price point.
