Harvester in Swansea

We booked a table for 7 for breakfast and a few beers as we were going to watch the football on a lovely bank holiday weekend.on arrival the que was 3 deep out of the door but passed the que and as we had booked managed to get seated quickly in the restraunt area.we were served very quickly for drinks by a lovely young lady with a lovely smile.as the place got busier it wes still no trouble to take our orders and several others for drink and food at the same time on multiple tables .the young lady mustv had 50 to 60 people to serve on those tables wich she done with ease on her own.customer service was amazing and the food was excellent we will be back soon

Toni was a great host and waitress for us today at the morfa restaurant. Food was delicious thank you chef Sion. There was a little incident at the restaurant and the staff handled it discreetly and professionally and were great. I visited today with my mum and my 17th month old and we all really enjoyed our visit. Thank you team.

From the warm greeting to the final bite, everything was perfect. The dishes were rich in flavor, and the staff was attentive. A perfect spot for a relaxing dinner out.

Bueno, comida, vine con mi esposa. El peor servicio jamás por “Ellen”. Ella era agradable, pero seguía mascando chicle y siempre estaba riendo y gritando alrededor del bar / cocina. No parecía que le importáramos. En general la comida era buena y el servicio era malo. El bar de ensaladas era agradable también

Havnt sido cosechador durante un tiempo y había visto la oferta del martes £ 8 para platos de pollo ooh genial y justo antes del día de pago tan asequible. Habíamos reservado para las 6 de la tarde, así que directamente desde el trabajo. Estábamos sentados con bastante prontitud y bastante amable servidor todo estaba bien y las bebidas pedido tomado. Leímos el menú de ofertas que estaba sobre la mesa, pero cuando se pidió se dijo que no había pollo rotisserie o 45 minutos, decepcionante, pero no se puede evitar bien. Así que cambiamos u ordenamos ya que tenemos bastante hambre y hicimos nuestros pedidos de comida... Conseguimos nuestra ensalada y la terminamos. La comida todavía no había llegado. Finalmente llegó a los 40 minutos si hubiera sabido que había un retraso. La comida era terrible, ninguno de los dos comimos mucho, así que cuando otro servidor se acercó y preguntó sobre los postres, rechazamos, pero habíamos comprado bebidas de recarga, así que se sentó a charlar. El servidor volvió y comenzó a tomar placas llegando a través y solo en el tercero dijo lo siento, déjeme entender que ella recibió la factura sin que se le pregunte y no preguntó si teníamos códigos, así que en el pago dijimos que tenemos códigos que se resolvieron. Me alegra que no pagamos el precio completo y definitivamente no volveremos a llamar a esta cosechadora. Entiendo cuando las cosas están ocupadas, el servicio puede salir por la ventana, pero ni siquiera estaba tan ocupado en un momento en el que ir por comida es un lujo, esa no es la experiencia que espero.

Zoe the waitress was unbelievable with her work she was so helpful with me and my mate …got to give it to chief Dai incredible cooking skills and full credit to Jason on salad bar kept restocking

There was no blue cheese sauce with the salad bowl and the bread rolls were stale I think they had been there for some time bit disappointing this visit although the staff were great again

Rubbish!! Customer service awful ! Salad bar empty bits of food in tubs no choice ! Our order must of been sat on the pass because we felt forgotten about and when it came it was cool/ cold and to be honest after waiting so long I couldn't be bothered to tell staff , I just wanted to leave! Will NOT be returning!

My partner and I made a reservation for dinner at the Harvester Morfa Parc early that morning. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 10 minutes for staff to seat us, they failed to acknowledge us the whole time. Eventually, a staff member from behind the bar seated us near the main door, which was open due to other customers waiting to be seated. The table lacked cutlery and was wobbly, creating an uncomfortable dining experience. We waited 20 minutes before a staff member approached to inquire about our drink preferences. We promptly requested that they take our food order simultaneously, as we were eager to avoid further delays. We observed numerous customers walking around attempting to pay their bills with no staff in sight . After approximately 40 minutes, our food arrived, but my partner was missing items from his order. They eventually rectified the issue about 15 minutes later. Following our meal, we approached the bar to pay our bill, as there was no staff around and we desired to leave promptly. However, we noticed that several customers were inquiring about table availability, despite the restaurant being sparsely occupied they were told there was no availability. I proceeded to the ladies’ restroom, where I discovered toilet paper strewn across the floor and the cubicles in an unclean state. After washing my hands, I realised that the hand dryer was not working, forcing me to return to a cubicle to dry my hands with toilet roll. Overall, our experience was highly unsatisfactory.

I recently visited Harvester at Morfa Swansea, and it lived up to its reputation for consistency. However, whether that is good, bad, or just plain mediocre depends on what you order. The salad bar was well stocked, but many items appeared to have been sitting out for too long. I did enjoy the food I ordered, though it was nothing to write home about, and my dining companions seemed equally underwhelmed by their selections. Service left much to be desired as well. The staff member at the till was not very polite and seemed uninterested, which only added to the overall disappointing experience. Would I return? Possibly, if I needed a quick and inexpensive meal. But overall, Harvester falls short of being a great dining option.

Awful awful awful! If I could’ve given minus score I would’ve! Slow service - waited 45 mins just for drinks (which they got wrong) and don’t start me with the food! Ordered a chicken flatbread - didn’t come with anything it said on the menu. It was a flatbread, shredded cabbage and carrot topped with grilled chicken breast. And a tiny jacket potato on the side. When I asked about the rest of the things it was supposed to come with - slaw, pickled onion, dressing - the waitress took it back and brought it back with some kind of pink stuff on the top and covered in smelly sauce! It was even more inedible! And then I was asked ‘well what did I want?’ - I expect what it says on the menu! Kids meals were just as bad - tiny portions - luke warm - dry and overcooked. Fair to say we didn’t stop for pudding! Give this harvester a wide berth!

Booked a table for a Valentines lunch. Couldn't have been any better. Zoe showed us to our table which we were not keen on so she moved us immediately to a nicer position. Polite, cheerful and felt she enjoyed her job meeting and greeting people. Salad bar is always a great choice. Food was excellent, service was exceptional.

Well I have never experienced customer service like it before. Our waitress Zoe was amazing having one person with complicated allergies and one with a strange allergy she went way way beyond what I had ever experienced nothing was too much trouble. Everyone ate heartily and safely and a good time was had by all. Thank you Zoe

Called in for a quick lunch. Our waitress was lovely. Very attentive and helpful. We tried the house red wine and for me, it was undrinkable so the waitress said her manager would not charge us for my glass. Fair enough. The food was just ok. My pasta was nothing special. Bulked out with pitta bread. Probably great for families though not so cheap these days. Not somewhere I'll rush to return. UPDATE. The waitress said the manager would only deduct one glass of the awful wine so we agreed. The till had run out of paper which meant we didn't see our bill. Only later when I thought about what we paid, I realised we'd been charged for the 2 glasses. Very disappointed as the wine was undrinkable! Total swizz! I doubted I would go back, but I will never return now! Absolutely 💯% never.

Fantastic service from entrance, to service, to food 😀 Donna, the hostess, was friendly and happy to help, despite arriving early. She accommodated us and seated us immediately. Vikki, our server, was so helpful,polite and happy. She was covering a shift and had already worked all day, which would never have been noticeable as she was so bright and 100% on top of her whole area. Both ladies made our whole experience fantastic and I hope they are recognised for all their hard work.

Called in for breakfast this morning and was greeted by Toni very friendly. ordered a build your own breakfast and it arrived within 10 mins hot and cooked the way I requested. Overall pleased with my visit and will definitely come again.

Today my daughter and I made an impromptu decision to go for evening dinner and chose Harvester as we try to be healthy especially after Christmas. When we arrived we were a little disappointed as the menu was limited and then the salad bar, our favourite part, was a poor show, However what was missing they tried to make up for and what the didn’t make up for Dominic and the rest of the team made up for with their super customer service. What lovely people at Morfa. Dominic was excellent with children too which is so important for parents out with kiddies. Thank you we will be back

Salad bar was almost empty and very dirty and looks like it hadn't been cleaned or stocked for hours.

am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Harvester Morfa. Despite the restaurant not being busy at all, the place was poorly managed Sald bar was empty was not re stocked One of the staff came across quite rude when we raised the issue of the ribs being still raw was told they buy them in part cooked. There was nothing part cooked at all Evan though While technically you can partially cook pork, it is not recommended to partially cook pork will not be going back here at all what a waste of money and our family left hungry

Christmas day was a pleasure with good food, excellent service and very friendly. The portions were generous and good quality!

Booked a table for 11:30 for 'Breakfast With Santa.' After arriving was informed by a waitress that there was no bacon, sausage, beans, toast or pancakes left. Also they had no idea what time their staff member who was sent to Bookers would be back. Was offered the lunch menu but left instead. Left incredibly disappointed on Christmas Eve, thankfully Tesco was open and the breakfast was great. Also my son and daughter were given a selection box each by the Tesco cafeteria staff. All children were, which was great and salvaged what was left of my Christmas spirit. Will never be back to Harvester anywhere! Santa wa cool though.

Lucy was an excellent host. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Staff were excellent service team amazing and food was fantastic 🤩.We will be returning very soon👍on our next family meal.

Beautiful food and fantastic service from Lucy and Dai. My husband and I had half roasted chicken with the hot honey sauce which is delicious. The corn bread is a lovely side dish served with the meal and was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to the whole team.

Generally happy with our experience, the only thing that put me off was that two of our party were asked to sign disclaimers on account of their having allergies. Not sure why that was necessary but the food was good!

Our Waitress ‘Skye’ was extremely pleasant and professional. She took our order and got our food to us in very good time, and also got everything right. She checked on us regularly, to make sure everything was ok, and that we had everything we needed and we were well taken care of by her.

We visited Harvester Morfa Parc as we often do on a Monday evening and as usual we weren't disappointed. This time we were a party of 4 adults and one five year old. The salad bar was well stocked and our meals were delicious. We were served by Skye who was very friendly and polite and that made our experience even better.

Liam was a great and attentive server! - no sweetcorn at the salad bar, not sure if deliberate change or just ran out.

Skye (our waitress) & Dai (our chef) were great.

The resturant is usless. I ordered food for delivery, it was delivered 2hrs late and was missing items and stone cold. I spoke to the store and they told me it was waiting in the resturant for over an hour after cooking before being sent for delivery. The manager agreed to call the delivery and orginised a refund and promised to call back, this was lie and I never recieved a call back. They did not care once they had my money.

Skye our waitress was very helpful and the festive pulled turkey burger was delicious.🎄🍔. Five star ⭐ service.
