Harris + Hoole in Hammersmith and Fulham

Place needs a good clean!dust and crumbs on tables and chairs- asked staff if they could wipe my table and was shown the spray and cloth to do it myself’if you want’ Food ok,wait not too long-incorrect tea order but by that time I was so disappointed with my visit I didn’t have the energy to complain-shame

Tesco Guildford branch - paper cups only ! No mention when drinks were ordered . There was no shortage of cups or tea pots and some Some customers were given them, Very poor service

The Harris and Hoole website for this cafe today said that Fulham Reach was open. I walked there from the bus stop at Charing Cross hospital only to find that the cafe is very much closed and in the dark, with a notice on the door stating they were closed. Although I realize that at this time, due to Covide, some places may close for a period, it should not be difficult for a company of this size to make it clear on their website against this specific cafe - so as not to waste potential customers' time

Nice to meet for small business meetings and a coffee mid afternoon. Good staff, nice treats, great choice of teas and coffees.
