Friendly staff service with a smile. During busy periods can feel uncomfortable cramped. Maybe is better to reduce the table and chair count rather than try to cram them in.

Rubbish customer service from the store manger

I had a fantastic experience at shepherds bush costa . The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They were knowledgeable about the menu and crafted my drink perfectly. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting for both the great coffee and excellent service

Nothing makes me feel better then my favorite coffee in costa :) this particular shop is very clean, not too crowded, with very very friendly staff. Consistency in coffee taste is what makes it worth spending money every morning. Thank you.

The place is good and clean, but recently the outdoor seats for smokers were removed, perhaps due to problems or something else.

Much worse than other costa's, the coffee here always more bitter than other's. Better off going to the nearest Costa in shepherds bush (or better yet, one of the amazing coffee shop nearby)

Since costa at askew road has been closed at the beginning of this year, I drink coffee in here almost every day. The girls behind the counter are fast, kind, smiling and always make my flat white the way I like it. Taking to consideration how rough this part of town is, and the type of degeneratas that are around, this Costa is exceptionaly nice. Clean toilets, clean coffee shop, and very well adjusted coffee machine makes me back for more every day. The only thing maybe missing is AC , and that's probably more then for the barristas that works there all day, then costumers sitting for 15 minutes coffee break.

I used to use this Costa all the time. But the staff has changed and it's not the same. I popped in for a drink and to use the toilet a while ago and the toilet was out of order - no signs up. It's a small Costa with limited seating. If you have mobility problems, you might struggle to get down the stairs to the toilets.

Great service from the two ladies working here. I had hot chocolate and a mocha, and both drinks were made correctly. Nothing wrong with the store. But the area just put me on edge and I hate that feeling of having to be on edge the whole time.

This is a good place to stop. I used it as a pit stop and enjoy a coffee slow and quiet. Just nice 👍

Barista put the wrong biscuit on my order. Then, when I corrected her, she tried to sell me both. Corrected her again, & she tried to sell me 3 biscuits. My drink ended up coming in a takeaway cup when I'd asked for drink-in. About 20 minutes of sitting in then revealed that the staff have such poor English comprehension that they don't even bother with mugs & glasses, they just give everyone a takeaway cup because if a customer wanted a glass, then they'll be unhappy, but they won't demand their drink be remade, whereas they would if they received it in a glass when they wanted takeaway.

Staff is very rude, if you sit in coffee shop state away they will ask you are you going to order or you can go out ( guy told me this is manager order ). That's really bad. I go inside to order but when he ask me i leave coffee shop.

Visited here last week so many flies on the wall ceiling floating around in the atmosphere couldn't sit in didt drink the coffee in case their were flies in the drink. Wouldn't recommend

Expect long waits and plenty of new staff who take extra long to get your order ready… some of the senior staff members are lovely though!

Extremely rude staff! I went to get a coffee but had to use the toilet first and the staff started shouting at me like I'm some criminal! Me and my family have been Costa customers for over ten years but we will find somewhere esle to enjoy our morning coffee from now on!

Just went to buy a frappe about an hour ago. The lady who made it cut me short. If I pay for your largest, which is medium, and you up filling the cup with only 80% of the drink with next to nothing cream on it. That's a scam. I'm not happy at all with this behaviour. If someone pay for something in full, then don't short them with a smaller amount of quantity

Worst Costa branch I ever went bad customer service they are not happy to help at all. always before you just finish what you can to order you will hear sorry we don’t have we can’t do we can’t give you 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you go to different Costa branches.

This small Costa shop in Shepherd's Bush is not too far from the South East side of Westfield. There is not plenty of tables, so it can easily be filled up, especially in the busy hours. Parking in this area is a challenge. There are some limited paid parking bays if you don't want to park at

Nice environment.People can feel relax to stay here.The cappuccino and tea is delicious.But the staff won’t use the costa ceramic mugs to store coffee for eat here customer. The snack in break deal can only choose the croissant. I visited here twice the overall experience is fine.

Great location and friendly staff

What a rubbish and lazy here also impolite staff always closing early before the stated on the door. Lying about the times. They told me that they closed 19:54 when people are still sitting in the shop telling me we have to close the tills early. Giving cold not really hot drinks and always arguing with you if you ask to hotter. I'm not the only person but maybe the only to write review.

Ordered black Americano and lemon muffin. Price for muffin was shows £2.10 but they charge £2.50. When I ask staff why like that,girls just lafing and say its already couple weeks like that and they waiting new price to change. Not polite and not apologise just one girl said its only 40 pence men. I know it's £0.40 but still it's not the way how it's Works. It's kind of cheating people without putting right price.

Fake closing time and bad customer services with bad attitude it says on Google it closes 8pm but it closes 6pm which is unprofessional and misleading to customers. I drove to this after I have seen on Google but closed already.

Even 1 star is too much very rubbish customer service I been waiting for 24 minutes for one coffee the girl she did cleaning and many people waiting 2 times I been there very cold coffee Hope manger see my review I will never go back to there to waste my money 😣
