Tiny problem of one of the sharers we specifically went there for wasn’t available (so cost us more money than we expected to spend) despite that service was fantastic by Tomi and we were checked on by the owner too 🥰 food was fantastic as always (I visit often) can’t fault the place.

Really like the live music nights, especially the live acoustic acts. Landlord really helpful and personable. Becoming a bit of a regular x

The service was very good, the food was fresh, although I didn't get to eat the fish and chips, but the beef lasagne was also good. I saw many people ordering steak, it felt good, I'll try it next time

Really poor service. Not busy at all and still had to wait nearly an hour for food to finally arrive, only then to find the food ordered to come out together had been split without asking, so one person got to eat a starter while no one else ate. Didn’t fancy waiting another hour for food, so left with a refund. Having not eaten! Will never be back God forbid that you should go when it’s busy, or hungry!

First time back at the Harrier for 6 years, its changed a lot but still has a vibrant atmosphere, lots of different types of people, food was nice and at a reasonable price, we took our dog with us as well, the staff were really friendly and attentive, it was a Friday evening so was quite busy, would recommend if your a family or happy with the hustle and bustle.

We’ve not been to the harrier for ages so thought we’d give it a go,especially as we live 5 minutes away. Perfectly clean inside and playing some decent 80s music. The food we ordered arrived quickly and was really tasty and pretty cheap for the portion sizes. Service was good. Happy we came and it will be a bit more of a regular thing from now on.

tragedy I do not recommend drinks are without alcohol and as for food it is also not great. dirty plates I was there for the first and last time

Ordered 6 steaks, 2 kids burgers, sent 2 steaks back, burnt. Kids complained that their burgers were hard. The first steaks came with tomatoes. Second steaks no tomatoes. Over an hour, wait for second steaks. Kids like the chips. Madri larger is not to temperature. Advertises a cashless pool table on google....no pool table. Darts flights are all chewed to bits. STAFF Were fantastic, couldn't do or apologise anymore. They were all out of depth. The people on the next table had a show booked at the cresset and left due to the bad service being given. I won't be returning here for a while. All in all, it was very expensive for an under average meal.

Food was burnt and took 40 mins to arrive kids were starving even their burgers were burnt refused to pay

1 hr 30 mins for ordered food, daughters burger hard and cremated What's happened to the Harrier I brought my friends here for the first time for a birthday meal as I've always found the food and service here amazing so unfortunately my friends won't be returning I'm disappointed to say ☹️

After waiting for an hour for food, the steak was very burnt to the point of it was not edible. The floor staff apologize. But this did not make up for it

Booked a table snd it was very well presented. Ordering at the bar was easy, and so was the serving of our drinks. Purchased the BOGOF ther Steak for me and my Husband had the Gammon with egg and was the meals were very tasty and I did ask to swop the peas for a bit of salad . Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all the Harrier Staff for making our visit so so lovely , we look forward to our next Visit Judy Stratton

Atmosphere only 4 as very quiet as we went early. But meals were half price in January

Amazing customer service from Suprya, she was fantastic! We had an issue with our meals as some food we ordered which they were out of stock on and a burger came out uncooked. She did her best to try and rectify this issue for us but unfortunately the kitchen was closed. We ordered our food at 20:45 (kitchen closed at 21:00) so we could not get replacement meals. However she did offer us a full refund and free drinks and her amazing hospitality made it so we did not even feel mad. Despite being hungry looking forward to what usually is a lovely meal but yet this lady made the bad experience to a good one! She made me and my partner feel heard and respected. 😊 Lovely staff member

Went for a meal for 10 of us (6 adults 4 kids) on boxing day, of the festive menu, the food was great and all brought out together, service was excellent, with them checking everything was okay on all 3 courses along with happily allowing us to have a break between mains and dessert. I haven't been here for probably over a year even though it's on my doorsteps as the last couple of times it hasn't been great, but the new running of it since then definitely shows.

We had our work Christmas meal there last week. One of our ladies had prebooked our table and the meal choices. The table was set nicely and locayed in the corner, which was appreciated . My starter and main course were both very lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will come again!

What an amazing place! It’s my first time in England and this was the first place I had a meal. Just incredible! They have a great selection of beer, delicious food, and the decor and ambiance make you feel at home. Thank you to BELINDA who helped with beer selection and food choices!

Grand daughters pudding was over cooked. Once we made them aware they were very quick to rectify offering a larger portion which made her feel special. Overall a good experience.

Had a wonderful experience. Every time I come here with my gf we always order the xl mix grill, always on point. The team are always friendly and make you feel welcome.

Walked in at 1230 on a Sunday lunchtime. Two bar staff working slowly and when I asked if a table for 2 was available bartender had to walk around the empty tables looking for one. Came back looking doubtful saying we could take it but would have to be gone by 530!!! Didnt show us to the table just left us standing there. Asked for a NZ sauvignon blanc and was told they don't have any. Menu says different. Asked for a prosecco instead but he couldn't understand the till so plumped for option 3. Lack of staff meant they tried serving regulars before me until I spoke up. Total lack of customer service here. Tiny amount of bacon in burgers. Asked for a chicken burger and they brought beef! Very slow service at bar. Never coming back. Will go back to Lincoln branch where they know about customer service.

Visited 31st August 2024. Superb!! As a birthday meal for my niece, staff were brilliant, especially Andrew, had the patience of a saint was brill with us all... Food was amazing!! Good value for money, will defo go again

Last several experiences have been disappointing given we have used the app to order our food and drinks to try to help bar and catering staff but waiting 50 mins for a burger and 35 mins for a drink is unacceptable. More staff with experience are required urgently.

A quick edit to my post. I went again last night. Plenty of staff and no excessive waiting to be served. There was the odd person trying to start a single file queue, but staff can't be blamed for that. It's 1-1 now, so I'll have to go again for a final judgement! Severely understaffed today. Had to queue 15 minutes for a drink. Also, what's with the single file queue out the door? All I wanted was to relax with a couple of drinks, but it was such a chore getting the drinks I couldn't relax. Having said that, the staff were excellent, there just wasn't enough of them

Took my family today for lunch. Yes, the food is good for a greene king pub. There was one person behind the bar serving, taking food and drinks order for the size of the bar, and you would think it would have had more staff. Also I think there is a cleaner may be on holiday as there were a few cob weds and the walls...it looks like black mould not sure If decoration.

The place has just completely gone down hill with the new manager, can see that all the staff are miserable and it seems like they're all leaving now too, even the life and sole of the place has left now, he was one of the main reasons that I kept going back as he always made my day, kev will definitely be missed, just an absolute shame about how the head guy was treating him, and to add, he's barred him too over some utter rubbish that he's made up, I wont be going again, utterly pathetic!!! The manager should be ashamed of himself and shouldnt be in charge

Service is atrocious, Over an hour wait for food and drinks ordered on the app still haven’t turned up after an hour.

Honestly would give this place a 0 stars if I could. My drinks order was messed up 4 times. I was given coke with no malibu twice and coke with a different mixer in to see if I would notice. They also forgot my partners drink too. After the 4th attempt and complaining I was advised there was no malibu and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a replacement. Ordered two dishes for myself and my partner and his came out 20 minutes before mine arrived. We waited 75 minutes for food. No communication from the staff about wait times. No burgers, or garlic bread was available. We found out this an hour after ordering food. The food we did receive was not cooked properly and the lettuce was brown. Tried to complain to staff about the service but they did not care. Nor did they try to fix any of the issues that they caused.
