Harpo's Pizza in Leeds

Actualice el menú de su sitio web: dice que los artículos con parmesano son vegetarianos, pero llamamos y dijeron que su parmesano no es vegetariano. Muy molesto porque somos vegetarianos estrictos y habíamos pedido artículos que estaban etiquetados con V y dicho parmesano en ellos antes.

La comida está bien, pero solía ser mejor. Pero el personal es ignorante y grosero. No sé si creen que son graciosos, pero parecen arrogantes. Me iré a otra parte a partir de ahora.

Have ordered here a few times now and always had issues - either they hadn’t seen our online order or only made 2 cheese pizzas instead of three… But today takes the biscuit: According to their website/app (and google)they were open until 11pm. I ordered through THEIR OWN APP at 23.30 for collection. Got and email that said ‘Thank you for your order’ and that it would be ready to collect at 22.50. Got there at 22.40 to find it closed. Shambles!

Ordered a margarita pizza, nothing like one. It was a poor cheese one. Chef said he’d been there 17 years and said he used grated cheese. I had 2 slices and had to eat the chips in a sandwich. No suggestion to replace and reimburse, they probably look to delivery agent for their main business and not telephone pickup orders (more profit) as we haven’t got the clout when getting satisfaction. This was second time in 3 Months and that one was no better. Harpos was always renowned for their Pizza not so sure now. Even the person taking the order was embarrassed she didn’t know what to say when I asked were they letting their standards slip. One last thing I rang them first so they knew the food was sub standard.

Pizzas were very nice, but they missed half our order and were unwilling to give us a refund for the missing items saying the fault is with Just Eat and there's nothing that they can do. They have willingly entered into a partnership with Just Eat who are saying they didn't get the items, we have just paid for about 5 items we didn't get, so I won't be trusting Harpo's with my order again.

By far the best pizza in Leeds!!! Outstanding! Crisp crust and base and loads of toppings. I will never order pizza from anywhere else now 😀

Harpo’s pizzas are a Leeds classic so we keep going back in the hope they will improve but it’s time to give up. No other pizza place would think it ok to send out burnt pizza. No one else would expect you to take a pizza back yourself when they sent the wrong one out with no compensation and barely an apology. And last night when I went to pick up an order called in 30mins before to find it hadn’t been started marked my last visit. I had to pay £9 for them to make my friends pizza while I sat in my car & ate the burger I got elsewhere on my own, evening ruined. Thanks Harpo’s

We ordered for collection on a busy night and despite some delays Maz and the two trainees were ace!

Excellent pizza. Highly recommend this place. Such a great addition to the area, top quality pizza and lots of great varieties to choose from.

Excellent pizza great ingredients amazing value. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the speed is very good.

Crispy handmade base, thick toppings, friendly staff and immaculately clean shop. What more can you ask for? I won't order from anyone else. Best pizza in town. ❤️

The base is probably one of the best pizza bases around. The toppings are not as plentiful as they used to be when it was in headingley which is a shame.
