Food was very tasty but unfortunately it was cold, I would order again in the hope that was a one off and they were very busy

Amazing fresh and tasty Chinese food!!!! Best items we’ve tried are salt and chilli king prawns, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and special fried rice! Oh and chicken chowmein. Delicious!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the food from them especially the spring rolls and the hot and sour soup. Thank you 😊 Definitely order next time again.

The food arrived late and the delivery driver handed it over to my wife and said sorry for the delay it’s probably cold now. The food was all cold and as a result we did not eat it which left the children very hungry and upset

They updated the Just Eat system to show it was delivered on-time before it arrived. Ended up being 15 minutes late

Have been ordering from this place few times already, I was always very happy with quality off food and portions and left very positive review in the past. However food I have received today was not good at all. Duck rolls are soggy and wet, with loads off other fillers inside (it use to be just pure and good quality duck) e.g carrots, onions and come cabbage. Also Hot&Sour soup was absolutely tasteless.

I’d give 10 stars if I could - perfect Chinese!!! Salt and chilli chicken and king prawns are to die for!

I ordered Crispy Aromatic Lamb which was so dry, touch and tasteless, I threw it in the bin. The rice was nice . After a long flight home I couldn’t be bothered to cook, I wish I had now!!

Absolutely delicious!!!!! Fresh and beautifully cooked. Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was amazing. Salt and chilli king prawns crispy and perfectly seasoned. Chicken chowmein was the best we’ve ever had. Plus the most scrumptious chicken satay skewers ever. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Food was delivered on time. Most of the food was very good, except the egg fried rice which was more boiled egg rice with no flavour.

Awful. The worst Chinese I've had. Dumplings not cooked enough so chewy. No sauce with the dumplings. Squid over cooked and chewy. Very salty. No free crackers despite being over the minimum spend.

Delicious food and served hot. Absolutely perfect all round.

Nice fresh and hot just what we needed

Wonderful delicious meals, quick delivery, good portions at good price! Ticks all the boxes for us. We’ve had takeaway from Harmony for years and will continue to do so, they are the best in Southbourne! We love the wan ton soup, crispy duck with plum sauce and garlic shrimps. Thanks again for the lovely meal :)

satay was too salty, everything was excessively sweet and there were practically no vegetables in any of the dishes.

Was told to collect at 6:20 and my order was 30 minutes late and 3 customers who came after me got their food first and left

Sadly, the Chips were not nice, for the second time. It looks like they've changed the way they cook them. They're no longer light and crisp, but hard and earthy tasting.Also parts of the Prawn Balls were uncooked dough. This might be the last time I order from here.

Lovely food always order from here and I sometimes ring the shop and the lady that answers her name is Amy is always so polite and helpful

Normally our favourite Chinese but it was so disappointing today. The food was all so bland, my satay sauce looked anaemic it was so pale and didn’t taste right. The noodle dishes didn’t have much flavour either. It was a real let down and has put us off ordering again.

If you love chinese food then put simply, you must try this place. First class service, fast delivery and mouth wateringly delicious food. Do not give this place a miss. 👍

Everything great apart from Wings which were dry and hard - inedible.

Ordered 1/4 duck with special fried rice and curry sauce. Great portion sizes and great taste. Full on flavor and great spice to the sauce. Plenty of meat in the special fried rice, and the duck was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside perfection. Friendly delivery. Everything about this made my day ❤

After seeing the reviews I thought I’d give it a go, well disappointed is an understatement. Pineapple and cashew rice with no pineapple or cashews! Beef with ginger and spring onions well I couldn’t taste the ginger or see a spring onion! Watery, no flavour! Best thing was the sweet chilli sauce from the bottle!

We ordered late at night and food was delivered by a lovely man. It was on time, delicious and great portions. The meal for 2 would easily do 3 people.

Delivery was 49 later than the time they said. It was like warm/ cold 😡

It’s really 50/50 sometimes you’ll get a lovely Chinese sometimes you won’t. When it’s nice, it’s lovey but when it isn’t nice there’s problems. Also I wouldn’t get the veg spring rolls my partner found a huge hard pieces of god knows what in there a couple times, it was gross. Also don’t bother ringing up if you have a complaint about the food because they will just tell you you’re wrong and do nothing about it.

It’s a shame as I’ve ordered from here many times but this time is just awful. I’m missing my drink the food is all very bland and the lettuce wraps are still frozen. Not happy with it at all

Not great. Grey chicken in the chicken balls. And tiny sliced bits of meat in the special dishes. Heartbreaking when you spend good money on bang average food 😩

Really really nice apart from the reheated dry and hard chips love chips with my curry so sort of spoiled whole dish but overall everything else amazing will defo order again ....just not the chips

The beef was chewy but was decent other than that.

Disappointed with nearly all of the dishes we ordered! Prawn crackers were soggy, the chicken and sweetcorn soup was so sweet, the chicken balls were not crispy at all and the Singapore noodles were not spicy.

My order was more than an hour late. Never had this issue before, but not happy. Restaurant also refused to give any goodwill gesture discount.
