Really awful Chinese food. The worst I’ve ever had. I really don’t reccomend this place at all.

Lovely lady on the till. Dog friendly on collection. I had salt, chilli & garlic king prawn they were so good and big portions .

The meat taste like it was cooked, frozen and cooked again. First time ive been disappointed with harmony, and no fortune cookies?.

Nice fresh and hot just what we needed

Wonderful delicious meals, quick delivery, good portions at good price! Ticks all the boxes for us. We’ve had takeaway from Harmony for years and will continue to do so, they are the best in Southbourne! We love the wan ton soup, crispy duck with plum sauce and garlic shrimps. Thanks again for the lovely meal :)

satay was too salty, everything was excessively sweet and there were practically no vegetables in any of the dishes.

Was told to collect at 6:20 and my order was 30 minutes late and 3 customers who came after me got their food first and left

Sadly, the Chips were not nice, for the second time. It looks like they've changed the way they cook them. They're no longer light and crisp, but hard and earthy tasting.Also parts of the Prawn Balls were uncooked dough. This might be the last time I order from here.

The Chicken balls were good, and the sausages, but the Chips were not up to Harmony's usual high standard. Instead of being crispy and fluffy, they were pretty soggy and average. I left half of them. Hopefully

Normally our favourite Chinese but it was so disappointing today. The food was all so bland, my satay sauce looked anaemic it was so pale and didn’t taste right. The noodle dishes didn’t have much flavour either. It was a real let down and has put us off ordering again.

Lovely food always order from here and I sometimes ring the shop and the lady that answers her name is Amy is always so polite and helpful

If you love chinese food then put simply, you must try this place. First class service, fast delivery and mouth wateringly delicious food. Do not give this place a miss. 👍

Everything great apart from Wings which were dry and hard - inedible.

Ordered 1/4 duck with special fried rice and curry sauce. Great portion sizes and great taste. Full on flavor and great spice to the sauce. Plenty of meat in the special fried rice, and the duck was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside perfection. Friendly delivery. Everything about this made my day ❤

After seeing the reviews I thought I’d give it a go, well disappointed is an understatement. Pineapple and cashew rice with no pineapple or cashews! Beef with ginger and spring onions well I couldn’t taste the ginger or see a spring onion! Watery, no flavour! Best thing was the sweet chilli sauce from the bottle!

Lovely food as always, although my salt and garlic beef was cold on arrival. They were very good and took note that I can't have chilli.

We ordered late at night and food was delivered by a lovely man. It was on time, delicious and great portions. The meal for 2 would easily do 3 people.

It’s really 50/50 sometimes you’ll get a lovely Chinese sometimes you won’t. When it’s nice, it’s lovey but when it isn’t nice there’s problems. Also I wouldn’t get the veg spring rolls my partner found a huge hard pieces of god knows what in there a couple times, it was gross. Also don’t bother ringing up if you have a complaint about the food because they will just tell you you’re wrong and do nothing about it.

It’s a shame as I’ve ordered from here many times but this time is just awful. I’m missing my drink the food is all very bland and the lettuce wraps are still frozen. Not happy with it at all

Not great. Grey chicken in the chicken balls. And tiny sliced bits of meat in the special dishes. Heartbreaking when you spend good money on bang average food 😩

Really really nice apart from the reheated dry and hard chips love chips with my curry so sort of spoiled whole dish but overall everything else amazing will defo order again ....just not the chips

The beef was chewy but was decent other than that.

My order was more than an hour late. Never had this issue before, but not happy. Restaurant also refused to give any goodwill gesture discount.

Disappointed with nearly all of the dishes we ordered! Prawn crackers were soggy, the chicken and sweetcorn soup was so sweet, the chicken balls were not crispy at all and the Singapore noodles were not spicy.

Planned ahead for a night in and waited over an hour past the given collection time for poor quality food. The lemon chicken was inedible.

Very over priced and food quality was rubbish

We always order from here as they are very good. the staff are always very friendly and the food is normally on time. the plain chow mein and the egg fried rice are very tasty from here and we also like the sweet and sour sauce. we have tried the king prawn dishes as well like the king prawn chow mein and king prawns with vegetables which are also nice but a little more expensive. our experience today was a little disappointing in terms of the delivery time as we had to wait over 2 hours for our food to be delivered. this could have been due to it being a saturday evening but normally they are very good. the portion sizes are good and you always get a fortune cookie and prawn crackers.

Really good delivery, and good honest British style Chinese, but there was proper Chinese style cuisine in abundance on the menu. Next time we might be a little more adventurous.

sorry but the chips were to hard and the curry was warm i had to reheat the dish but it did not taste very nice so we had to throw it away

Been coming here for a few years and over the last 6 months food has gradually got worse ending tonight with a portion of hollow , hard , dried out chips that appear to be from yesterday or maybe the day before & the rice is no longer fluffy but a greasy stodge with strings of chicken (maybe) . The lady that’s always on phone orders and delivery drivers always lovely but that’s no good when the food is awful . What a shame time for a new Chinese we think

we had to put it in the microwave as it was not that hot

rice was a bit stodgy , i had no spice in my Singapore fried rice so it was a bit bland the meal was ok but there are better options out there like top wok , i don't think i will be ordering again. sorry to say
