Harley Dogs in Hackney

I toyed with an 'average' score but, given what was paid, I have to go poor. First I want to say lovely people. I get the 'be nice to us and it is reflected' vibe - that's me all over. Also, I get that dogs are their thing - but I'm a chicken wing fanatic and I fancied some. So, for £14, you get 6. I get that people have overheads and things are cooked to order. It's high-end and I'm willing to acknowledge that. But here's the thing. 1. Pre-cook (oven?) your wings a bit so they aren't tough when they come off the barbecue. 2. Maybe consider that hot dog flavoured chicken wings are not what people are expecting? 3. Maybe consider that the flavours on your grill mask the flavours advertising. I felt a little let down - especially as you seem such nice people.....

I have eaten at Harley Dogs a few times and bloody love it. the passion oozes out of the food. spoken to Leon and his missus a few times and they are two very friendly and passionate people. I was at Tobacco dock on the infamous day, and the wait for food at Harley Dogs was no longer than anywhere else. people cant seem to grasp the fact that proper food takes time. Anyway,i think you do a great job , keep it up. See you at The Tripout.

A group of us tried these dogs after seeing their launch offer & I loved the “whole experience”. It was pretty manic how many orders they were getting through in a short space of time but Leon found time to offer us some bits to taste & to tell us about his plans for the business... then the dogs arrived & oh man, they were tasty! I’m sure we’ll be there again!

Harley Dogs have carved themselves an incredible niche just off Walthamstow Market; no pandering, no snowflakes,no hipsters, no wilting flowers; just great, fresh charcoal grilled burgers with incredible taste. Being a biker is not essential, but highly encouraged. They are exactly what they claim to be, and they do it very finely.

Great burgers that are worth traveling for. Really friendly guys who know how to cook Nothing left to say apart from keep it up guys

Absolutely amazing food, especially the burgers! Best in London! One of a kind, and definitely worth checking out. It's always a great experience dealing with people who are passionate about their work.

Harley Dogs, incredible every single time I go. I've been here with family and friends, absolutely brilliant with whoever you feel like bringing. The food is mouth watering and the staff are hilarious, friendly and so hardworking. It's a pleasure to see people who are truly passionate about what they do. I'm a big fan! I'm making a true effort to work my way through every delicious item on their menu, bring on the food beautness!

These guys were catering at the Bike Shed Show in Tobacco Dock , the queue never seemed to go down so we thought let’s give it a go , ordered an enormous hot dog and chicken wings for the two of us to share , wow , never had a hot dog like it , seriously this is one big and tasty dog , smothered in mini chips , pesto and sauce , chicken wings were really tasty and juicy . Only problem is you need a bib , but what a great experience, exciting , tasty and very different street food

So I was looking at a board at what’s on the menu to see a member of the staff abuse and offer a customer out side after the show at 6. After seeing and hearing this behaviour I walked away. Poor customer service. Will be informing the bike shed team as well.

After me and a group of friends qued up for 20 minutes at lunch time today, we where very hungry and looking forward to our hot dogs when we ordered them, but more waiting after placing the order which wasn’t a problem at all as it was super busy at the bike shed today. Well after 15 minutes waiting for our hot dogs one of the group went to ask how long it would be seeing as people who had ordered after us had got there food and left; That’s when the abuse started from one of the chefs telling us that we were a***hole and started swearing at us even to the extent of being told “ I finish at 6 come back and we will see who’s the big man”. Absolutely discussing treatment from the chefs while the young girl taking the orders looked absolutely horrified by the whole situation. Never ended up getting any food as clearly this company is not interested in customer service, to be threatened by staff is utterly vile and it was reported to bike shed staff, utterly atrocious service

A truly remarkable burger. Normally I prefer the thinner, juicy style of Shake Shack and initially the look of the Mother burger at Harley Dogs was too much. I decided to try one as it would have been rude not to. Even I couldn't be tempted to go for the triple so went for the double and believe this was the right choice. The Mother consists of: 2 x 35 Day Aged Beef and Marrow Patties, Home Made Bacon, Onion and Bourbon Jam, Cheese, 'Palha' Potatoes, Home Made Ketchup and Sriracha Mayo on a Seeded Cream Bun. What's not to love? Well, the price is not for the weak - £10.50 for the normal Double and £13.50 for the Triple. No Fries etc. The taste however, was absolutely sensational and I loved every bite. One of the best meals I have eaten in London! My wife loved the Harley dog and I was delighted with the huge hamburguer that the Chef Leon has made! If you appreciate good food, you must try this hot dogs!

You guys are just amazing! Had a baby beef steak sandwich....literally to die for. Cannot wait to try all your menu again soon!

Harley Dogs are immense. I've been a couple of times now, the first time having and struggling to finish a foot long hot dog and the second having and struggling to finish the triple decker Mutha Burger. I've been to a lot of burger places...
