For a large food chain, the service is very personable and very helpful with decisions. And then food is great and cheerfully priced!!! Recommend the Mac n Cheese with the streak.

Me and my partner had an amazing meal sharing the flat iron steak and the burger. Jonathan was our waiter who was very attentive and absolutely hilarious. 10/10 would recommend

Massive shout out to Jonathan, very bubbly and friendly throughout! Made our meal really great having him serving us, it’s not very often you are served by someone that shows passion for their job! Food was amazing, will definitely be back.

I have got to tell you about Joel……he is the best server I have ever had at Flat Iron! He is extra sweet and attentive and remembered my husband and I months after he served us.

I was at the restaurant yesterday, my experience could have been better if there were more polite and prepared people to serve you. I had difficulty placing my order and more difficulty making payment. All the waiters simply ignored me. They looked at me and pretended that I wasn't called. I had to get up from the table and ask someone to kindly come to my table. I felt very bad about the situation, everyone around me watching me being ignored by the waiters.

This was our first time eating at Flat Iron and me and my husband had a lovely time! The food was absolutely delicious and Luca, our waiter was amazing! He took care to explain the food to us as like I've said, it was our first time there!

5:5 Luca was absolutely amazing, very helpful and inviting, he made my wife and my experience here a great evening.

Wow, one of the best food experiences we had. Great customer service where the waiter explained everything from top to bottom on their menu and suggested best options. We went for daily special wagyu steak and we told that we trust chef’s recommendation how to prepare it. It was sooo tasty, and the cream spinach was something else too. As a starter they give you free popcorn and as a finishing touch an ice cream. Seriously will always recommend it and we will be back very soon

Amazing food and brilliant service

Idea with ice cream on your hand is original. Today I had a steak with a fatty edge all around!? The eggplants were completely overcooked; only ate a forkful of it each. Waitress didn't ask why we didn't eat the 2 portions of eggplant. The gratinated macaroni, however, was good.

I’m always skeptical of spots with such high reviews… but this place earns it - even when things aren’t perfect (which they usually are), they go above and beyond to make things right! 5+ stars!

Terribly busy on a Thursday night but managed to reserve our table the night before (the earliest time available was 8.45pm). Was hoping to get an earlier table but didn’t realise how busy it got! Pretty sure the price has increased but still too notch food, especially with the free popcorn to get you started. The available wagyu steak was £22 but we opted in for the usual flat iron steaks at £14. We also shared the creamed spinach and chips which were more than enough to share. Also recommend the mayo wasabi sauce (we usually order the peppercorn). Servers were super friendly as always and they offer you free ice cream at the end.

I'm Brazilian and I had an incredible reception at Flat Iron. Do you know when you're tired of thinking in another language? Here, that was not necessary. Bianca (my wife) and I were treated exceptionally by the entire team. They tried very hard to speak our beloved Portuguese. Even those who were native Spanish or English speakers made a point of making us feel comfortable. I want to give a special highlight to *Hygor*, who welcomed us fantastically right away, and to *Jonathan*, who was super attentive. Camila and Perla also showed wonderful friendliness. All in all, this place is really welcoming. Make yourself at home!

Decided to try this restaurant last minute on a Saturday night, they were very accommodating for a table of 4 with no booking. The steaks were lovely, good selection of sides and sauces but a small enough menu that it was not too overwhelming to choose. Service was excellent and free ice cream for dessert 🥰

Food was lovely.... The atmosphere was as expected (lovely) but Denzel was the star of the show. His service, humour and general mannerism was exemplary. He is truly a credit to your team & deserves a raise. We will be back.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I visited this place with my family today and received the greatest of services by a gentleman named ‘ Denzel. He was extremely polite , patient with us as we ordered. A true gentleman who took delight jn his job. I shall be visiting again simply due to the excellent service. The food was amazing too.

I've decided to go to Flat Iron after reading many good reviews and yes, the food is tasty and afordable. I went with some friends and the server, Jonathan, was oustanding. Funny, kind, gentle and he looked after us all the time. Drinks were great and the atmosphere is perfect. I'll return for sure.

I had a very welcoming service from a young girl called silan. she had a lot of knowledge on the restaurants menu and was able to guide me through my indecisive options to give me the best one possible! i was left so happy with not only her service but her choice in dish. if you do go visit make sure to ask for her!

Honestly the best experience we have ever had at a restaurant, this is not an exaggeration! Jonathan was THE BEST server we’ve ever had! So kind, took his time explaining the menu, gave great recommendations and the most incredible service from start to finish. And the FOOD!!!! May have been the best steak I’ve ever had (their flat iron) and the truffle Mac and garlic mash were to die for. The rose lemonade was also incredible. We will be back!!

Silan really made my visit to the restaurant so much better. From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Perfect basic burger and steaks That was a family gathering of 14 people .Family members wanted to hava tasty steaks and burger in one place.Therfore I took them to this place which I have been quite a few times..Ot is not really expensive and affordable by anyone . They arranged a big tank for us as we were 14 altogether.Every one of my family were very happy with these tastes as well as the service.It was a nice and gathering with the family. Staff did all their best.Food and service was really good. Thanks a lot. Recommended

Food was nice however the portions were small. I was willing to let that slide but the staff serving us was extremely rude. He was very passive agressive and was so rude to the point where he asked us to add-up our own bill because he “couldn’t see the receipt”. Just felt like he was trying his best to humiliate and belittle us in front of the other guests and his co-workers. We didn’t pay the service charge -not deserved and we will never be back here or recommend others to come here.

Came here for a late dinner at 9PM, was greeted warmly and promptly got our table. Our waitress was Camilla who was really helpful in helping us choosing a great cut (bavette) and she was also so funny. Really added to our experience. Thanks Camilla !

Went last night with the family before going to a show. We all really love flatiron and we think this is the nicest one we've been to. Would like to return.

Loved it! The steak was so tasty as were the sides especially the garlic marsh and truffle mac and cheese. The staff were lovely and friendly. They answered all questions and the service was brilliant. The food came out quickly and was cooked well.

Went last night didn’t expecting much - last minute decision. We had the bavette (recommended by the lovely Camilla who was such a sweet and great host) and it was really juicy and tender. Good fries and sides. Very pleasantly surprised!

Had such a great experience, perfect food, atmosphere, drinks, even their playlist was good! Food was delicious left me STUFFED however i still had their ice cream afterwards and omg it was too good.
