Harbour View House Bar in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

We had a lovely lunch here, some great views out the picture windows and tasty fresh food on offer. Deff worth a visit.

Stumbled across this place on our way home and I’m so glad we did. We were served by the loveliest bunch of people who were so attentive. We sipped incredible cocktails and jammed along with Jude Johnson who was one of the best singers we’ve seen in a long time! 100% worth a visit here, especially when they have music on. It’s one of the nicest places in St Ives- especially perfect for a friends dinner or a date.

We were in the restaurant: Very tasty food, good drink, but you pay for the view.

We had such a great time at Harbour View House for a 2 night stay and would recommend for staff, location, quality, etc. But I wanted to take a moment in particular to talk about the DINNER since it’s a new official venture for the hotel! We enjoyed every meal (breakfast etc) at HVH, but wow — the new dinner service was genuinely wonderful. We enjoyed every dish we had and will particularly shout out the pastas, which were delightful. Because this is so new, we hadn’t seen reviews on the dinner service, but here to say it is absolutely worth your while whether you’re staying here or not! Excellent food, great location and views of St. Ives, and wonderful service. A+

Visited for breakfast this morning. Beautiful space. Huge windows overlooking the Vegetarian breakfast was one of the best I've had. Delicious coffee. Excellent friendly service. Thank you

Great spot with a lovely view of the harbour. The happy hour cocktails were really delicious and great tapas too.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time working in St Ives, and I've tried just about every coffee shop I can find. Harbourview Cafe stands out, not only for serving the best coffee in town but also for its warm, welcoming staff who make every visit a pleasure. The food is delicious, and the almond croissants—don’t even get me started! They're dangerously good. If I don’t change jobs or move away soon, I might just end up the size of a house.

A wonderful little cafe with perfect views over st Ives bay. An oasis of calm away from the hoardes, perfectly positioned by the bus station.

During our stay in St Ives we have twice popped in here for a glass or 2 of wine & on each occasion have been met with smiles & friendly service. If the weathers ok, sit outside with a bottle of Pinot Grigio or 2 & watch the world go bye

Stopped off for cheeky tipple and what a lovely place. Fantastic views, nice atmosphere, great food and drinks. Can't ask for more than that

Popped in on the spur for an iced coffee... Chatted to the team who were friendly and helpful... saw they had live music in the evening, so decided to go back. Best night! Great music, great food, great wine, great vibe... even had a little dance! Was the best end to a great birthday. Felt like part of the family. Can't recommend highly enough. Keep doing what you're doing. You've got it so right. Bravo!! :o) x

We had such a wonderful stay here! Room 7 had amazing views of the harbor & bay and was the perfect cozy spot for our stay. Everyone working here was above and beyond welcoming and helpful, and made this a highlight of our trip. The breakfast was also great, with lots of options including great vegetarian/vegan options. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

This place is well worth a visit. Proper cocktails, properly well done, served with joy and lovely snacks.

Very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Clean, comfortable bedroom. Great views. Great location. Easy walk into town. We'll be back
