Great location along the river, especially when it’s sunny and warm outside and that for sure adds a couple of points to the rating. But food was a bit average nothing special, good if you want something quick and easy.

Horrible aggressive staff. Went into the bathroom to help my friend in the bathroom as she had a jumpsuit that needed assistance with buttons & the staff knocked repeatedly & aggressively on the door whilst she was trying to wee, despite me answering every time that my friend was on the toilet & I would open the door once she was decent they continued aggressively knocking. This was at 5pm on a sunny afternoon. There was obviously an assumption that we were doing something untoward but we gave no indication that was the case

Very friendly welcome. Menu just right for lunch. I had a Classic Cheeseburger. Very tasty, with a side of coleslaw. Even better with a glass of prosecco. The waitor very kindly lent me an umbrella to get to my hair appointment. Love this place, take visitors there whoever I can.

The sun was out so me and my husband took a stroll to the harbourside. We dropped into this restaurant because of the welcoming out door patio and wanted to take advantage of the blue skies. It was 11am on a Saturday so both breakfast and lunch options were available. I had the salmon, egg on sourdough which was a good size portion and the eggs were what I call French style; done light & buttery. Husband had the full English which included one of the best sausages we’ve ever had in a fry up. I forgot to ask them where they source their meat but will next time. He also ordered a spicy margarita which was on the small side but was well balanced and suited the weather, did I mention the sun was finally out. Any who the price point was good and portions enough to tide us over to dinner. Staff were busy but when prompted brought us the bill. We weren’t the only ones who noticed the weather and made their way out that day. Will visit again when passing.

Our entire experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Sydney, our waitress. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was nothing short of amazing. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our time there. Sydney's dedication to providing excellent service truly made our experience memorable, and we're grateful for her contribution to our wonderful evening.

Tasty classic cheese burger with affordable price. The medium rare burger was very tender and served with a refreshing sauce. Relaxing outdoor seating over-seeing the harbour. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will surely go again.

It was winter and we sat inside. Very dark, just a few windows. I was uncomfortable. Service is ok

The food was very nice presented and its flavors or taste was awesome. The cider was refreshing. The young waiter was so cordial and friendly. We enjoyed the music that was playing at the background. Perhaps the ambient was a little dark.

Amazing views, friendly staff and Amazing cocktails. New cocktail menu is absolutely stunning. Lots of clever twists on come well known classics. Really welcoming and cosy atmosphere inside with some really modern and hip songs playing which is really refreshing to see. Great value for money

I booked a cinema experience here and they cancelled on the day , very poor service . They have still not issued me with a refund and do not respond to emails and say rhe phones not working . Very frustrating

Great spot for Lunch. Fish and chips were banging. visited after my graduation and was a really nice day out. They even gave me a free glass of Prosecco !

Terrible coffee. That's a photo of an iced americano, which tasted like water with barely a hint of coffee. Limited options on the menu. Hummus and pitta were okay but didn't taste homemade.

I hired the Harbour Hub for a private event, my husbands 40th Birthday. The entire booking and organising process was made so easy by the Harbour Hub team; I was even offered some bespoke options to personalise the event. Fortunately the weather on the day was beautiful, and the setting is so picturesque, but aside from that, the Harbour Hub was a perfect place for the occasion. The drinks selection was great, and the offer on the spritz’s was excellent value and the frozen pina colada’s were such a treat. The bar snacks were ideal, a good selection and options to cater for dietary requirements. All age groups from 0-70 were well accommodated and the atmosphere was vibrant, relaxed and fun. We even returned the next morning to collect our belongings and enjoy breakfast pastries and delicious coffee. We’ve had so much positive feedback from guests who attended, and will definitely be considering the Harbour Hub to host future events. Thank you Ed and team, you are wonderful.

This bar epitomises everything that is wrong with the UK pub/restaurant industry. Pushy young staff, hugely overpriced drinks and relying totally on where it’s located (Bristol Harbourside) rather than any quality product it provides. I was charged £16 for a very average pint of cider and an insipid and very small cocktail. To make make matters worse, I was charged a further 10% service gratuity (having made no food order) without my permission. Abysmal - avoid unless you have very deep pockets. Plenty of better pubs/bars on the other side of the river!

Only stopped by for drinks on a hot day and when received the bill I was shocked to see 10% service charged added for the guy just to bring a couple of drinks to our table. I expect to be charged a service charge if we had a meal but not for a couple of drinks!

Told to wait outside an almost empty cafe. Obviously they were short staffed but the staff there were both brusque and inefficient. Don’t bother.

Lovely location looking over Bristol marina, friendly welcome from the staff. Bit of a sun trap so ensure you take your hat and sun glasses. Table service. Had a pint and half which was £10.01, don't know if service charge was included or was just for the drinks.

Ate breakfast here 2mornings on the trot while in Bristol for the weekend. Service was friendly and very efficient. Food was excellent. Would definitely go back if in Bristol again.

Terrible food, decent service, great views of the dock. Didn't like the fish and chips and the hummus was terrible. Drinks were decent. Also, double charged us for certain drinks which we didn't realise until later.

Front of house good,unfortunately from there it went downhill,some very greasy fish and fried calamari, ahhh,wish i would have walked past a few times to judge what other people were eatin but menu on a dinner time wasn't that varied,so its a no from us this time, Rich

A go-to stop for me and my partner. Drinks are lovely, food is great and perfect for sunny days outside. Their scallop dish was delicious, and their new music-inspired cocktail menu is fun and original. We have been served by Seb several times and he's always attentive and good fun!

Worth the visit. The harbour has beautiful homes plotted along the river, with plenty of restaurants and sightseeing for boats old and new. Local car parks, hotels all within walking distance.

A delicious morning coffee and pain au chocolat served by such kind and welcoming people. Exactly what I needed! And a special thank you to Iris for making me the perfect coffee, which was the best I’ve ever had :)

Avoid -Avoid Avoid Just been seriously ripped off at the “Harbour Hub”in Bristol. We were charged for 8 glasses of wine instead of 6, we challenged the biil which was immediately amended. We were then charged £6.02 service charge! We requested a refund of the service charge and were abused by a member of staff as we left. In my opinion, the manager was totally complicit in the rip off as he did not question the refund at all and did not apologise for the “error” For the record the two women who served us, who had left by the time we paid, were exemplary and I would happily have given them more than the service charge.

Called whist on a sunny walk for a pint. Great friendly service, clean, and very child place to eat of drink. I didn’t eat but the food looked great. Busy little pace so worthwhile booking at peak hours. Toilets a little manky but aren’t they all. Bets place to stop if you have a family as it’s out the bustle from town.

Excellent breakfast; lovely creamy scrambled egg with a good portion of smoked salmon, accompanied by sourdough and dill. So tasty. A professional yet warm and friendly service. Recommend.

I walked in on a Saturday around 10:30 and asked to be sat outside for breakfast. Who I presume to be the manager, slinging drinks behind the bar, told me to seat myself. Reading the previous reviews of poor service, I knew what I was signing up for. I sat myself at an obvious table so that I’d be seen by the one waiter, who had 3 other tables at the point I sat down. I watched for ten minutes as he brought tea out for another table, bussed a table, and popped back in and out a few times, staring off into the distance. Finally I waved him over (to, again, my very-obvious-to-notice table) and asked if I could see a menu. He sounded shocked to see me there, but returned with a menu a few minutes later. By now, there were 3 more tables sat, and several tables needing bussing - sign of more delays to my own service ahead, perhaps, but it was a Saturday, relatively nice outdoors, and I had nothing else to do. Roughly 5 more minutes passed until my waiter returned. I ordered the smashed avocado, a glass of Prosecco, and asked for a water as well. The wait was on. 10 minutes passed and I watched a table sat after me get a smashed avocado delivered. I knew it was mine, but again, was in no rush so I didn’t say anything. A few moments later, the waiter came out and asked the customer if she had touched it yet, because he meant to deliver it to me. I interjected that it was okay and she could have it (I don’t know how much she’s touched it, after all…) but customer and waiter alike insisted I have it. I acquiesced as they insisted they hadn’t touched it, and who knew when or if I’d get another… I also felt I should bother him for the water, which I never ended up getting. The avocado smash came without chili as advertised, at least as far as I could discern, which I was quite sad about. I squeezed the living daylight out of the lime wedge to compensate. Overall, subpar service, basic food for a breakfast selection, lovely location, decent prices. I might come back to try something other than breakfast sometime, since I’m a glutton for punishment, but likely won’t return for a breakfast course.

We called in on a busy bank holiday, lovely evening in April and got a table. Ordered the fish and chips, which apparently is not normally on the menu and it was delicious! Service was fab, location great. Throughly recommend this restaurant.

Rude, entered as menu said takeaway 8.30 onwards, staff rude and dismissive. Won’t bother trying here again!

Restaurant claqué au sol le serveur incompétent a perdu 2 fois notre commande après 30 min ignorance. Les plats sont arrivés décalés. Point positif après avoir bien mangé nous avons reçu 6 des 7 boissons commandé.

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews? Food was not great & expensive for what it was, and the service was shocking. Overall a disappointment.

Looked like a lovely place, was referred to us by several people, but unfortunately we never got to find out as after being seated by the staff we were then ignored for over 20 minutes and never even got the chance to order while people seated after us somehow got their orders taken and fulfilled. It’s a shame because the menu looked lovely and all it would have taken was for the staff to be assigned areas of the floor to cover

Lots of good places to eat and drink

I was wondering for a wow restaurant to dine with my friends and family last week. I decided to try something new at Harbour Hub at harbour side, Bristol city centre. We experienced wonderful customer services from the staff and the cuisines were great with very good price. The location is ambient and had a good dine experience and definitely would advise for anyone to give a try. Well done harbour hub team!!!

Last week I went at Harbour hub for the dinner. The foods was delicious as well as drink was so good. I will go there for the second time with family for dinner.

First and foremost staff were really friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Most importantly, food was really delicious. I will definitely visit more often with my family in the future.

The food is very amazing especially the Thai green curry which has a very savouring taste. On the drinks I had a cocktail.

I was visiting Bristol for the day and saw the sign for 2 frozen Pina coladas for £12. They had only just put a batch on and that would have taken 20 minutes, so I ordered an espresso martini. When it came it was only half a glass. I asked for a full glass given it was costing me £10. They remade it and it is the 2nd worse espresso martini I have ever tasted, to give you a comparison the worst was made by a trainee on her first day and they used coffee liqueur rather than cold coffee. Every mouthful made me make a face, which my bf said can't be captured in words. Biggest waste of money ever.

Great little bar down by the Harbourside with fantastic views across to the S.S Great Britain. I went along on a sunny Friday evening for drinks with some friends and was impressed at the quality of the cocktails (the Harbourside wouldn't be my first choice of location for proper high-end cocktails) however Harbour Hub seems to have changed this. You have the crowd pleasing frozen Pina Coladas (which are amazing!) alongside a selection of imaginative and very tasty cocktails. After trying a couple of the cocktails I went for a cold pint of Korev Cornish lager which was appreciated on a hot sunny July evening. We had dinner plans later in the evening but the chips and dips from the snack menu looked too good to resist (the cocktails may have contributed to this decision). The Bloody Mary ketchup is yummy and the chips are rustic. On a final note, a venue is only as good as it's staff and the staff here were very friendly and attentive. Will be going back, and not just for the view!

Was here yesterday, whilst the person who served us was polite and attentive - an alternative person came and almost 'demanded' payment when we hadn't even finished our drinks (after eating). The person who came and asked for payment also appeared to have been kitchen staff with a very stained tshirt. Being asked for payment before finishing came across as pretty rude and made myself and my colleague feel uncomfortable. Whilst the food was nice enough, the experience with this staff member has put us off coming back. I can't even give any leeway for if it had been terribly busy - because it wasn't. Apart from us, there was one other customer. My honest review is that its probably a better evening bar than it is a restaurant or a place to eat. Final comment, inside you can smell the toilets every time the doors are open.

Lovely outside sitting area with indoor space if it is wet. It has fish and chips as well as other good food and drink options. It opened in June 2022 in some of the space previously occupied by Spoke and Stringer. It has been refurbished very well.

Popped over last night for the opening launch party, and it was honestly amazing. Best fish and chips in Bristol hands down! 10/10

Happy I got to be present at the grand opening party event of Harbour Hub Bristol, plus having my complimentary prosecco and Pinacolada! Which by the way is DE-LI-CIOUS! You should definitely try it out!
