Just amazing everything. Amazing service, amazing quality, amazing portion size, most importantly, amazing price. It's like you HAVE to try it if you want a quick lunch or coffee. They give you a lil biscuit for coffee as well like how can this get better, TRY IT!!!

Took a medium steak pasty, it’s fair to say that I would expect reasonable amount of steak inside. But all I get is potatoes and tiny bits of thinly sliced beef steak.

Great food, very friendly and fast service, parking can be challenging but that's not the fault of the establishment!

Great service and an even better pasty . Also a good range of gluten free. It's difficult to get a proper quality Cornish pasty, even at the large super markets. cafe and bakery chains. So if you're looking for one in Bristol, this venue, just a short walk from Temple Meads station is a must. Even the gluten free is very good.

If there's a better pasty in Bristol I'm yet to find it. The staff are super friendly and always cheerful and helpful which is more than can be said for some of the nearby artisan bakeries in the area. Long live the pasty emporium!

Sadly, it has gone down hill over the years, Ordered a large steak pasty that had hardly any meat inside just vegetables.

I had the bacon & egg bup. It used to be better, now is just ok. They changed the bap and it's smaller and more dense. I used to drive there specially for a bap, now only if I'm in the area.

What a great place, I can't get enough of their paninis, so yummy. Highly recommended

Great little place. The choice of pasties is really good. Always seem to have plenty of each available too. Can also recommend their breakfast rolls.

Brilliant place, very close to the Avon river, and 100% sure I can tell this is the best pasty shop in town. Moreover, if you are a frequent customer can have a stamp card, that will release a giant free pasty when completed.

At what point does a vegan sausage roll cease to be a food product, and becomes actual poetry? This was the question I asked myself this afternoon when tucking in to my surprisingly affordable snack. The delicasy of the pastry had evoked a kind of humbling awe in me, it's fragile beauty overwhelming me in the same way that Michaelango's Pietà had when I saw it in the Vatican. And then the filling conjured a kind of deep magic on my tastebuds, layer after layer of flavour unveiled itself, leaving me astounded at how such complexity to could be achived whilst keeping all elements in perfect balance. The only criticism I have is that once you have eaten here, everywhere else will seem a little bland. Alexander famously wept when he had no more worlds to conquer. I now relate to that sentiment, but I will hold my tears, for as long as the Emporium is still open, I can fest on the finest vegan sausage rolls and pasties known to humanity. Non-vegan pastries also available.

Popped in to try their vegan sausage roll, and found that they also had a vegan chickenless pasty. Both were chunky and full of flavour! Highly recommend the vegan items!

Delicious Red Thai Chicken Pasty! The pastry is so light and fluffy and makes eating the handle tasty rather than that stodgy bit that you don't want to waste. As for the filling, super tasty with a little kick. Perfect for a cloudy day when you need a quick hot lunch!

If you love a pasty there is no other place seriously

After visiting the Van Gogh immersive experience a local recommended to us the Pasty Emporium. Quality of the food and the staff are excellent. Pasties are really good and pastry not too thick. If ever we are again in the area us 3 Welsh ladies will most definitely return.

I have had dozens of pasties from the emporium and I’ve never had a bad one yet. The most authentic for miles. Their sandwiches are quite good too and also the cakes. The staff are also really friendly.

Lovely little cafe, nice to sit outside, view not great but food is. Had perfect steak pasty and delightful brie, bacon and cranberry panini. All at great value prices too, definitely worth a try.

As the title says, its not glamorous but the offerings are solid and tasty at excellent prices and the people are really nice. A good place to grab a quick lunch to take outside or to the desk; there are no healthy options though!

Pastry great, filling perfect. Correct temperature, crucial that Pasties are not hot or cold. Put some big signs up on Midland road so this place is easier to find.

Have a bacon and egg bap. You won't regret it. The pasties are superb too.

I enjoyed a large beef pasty at Pasty Emporium. I’m sure medium would have been ample but they had ran out! Loads of difference flavours. The pasty was perfect and tasty, good quality beef. Almost like a bakery with seating outdoors. Prices were reasonable and service was great. Had to be done whilst in this neck of the woods.

Well all I can say is they have the best traditional pasties I've had in Bristol, and better than a lot I've had in Cornwall ! Well worth a visit if you like pasties !

Great coffee, great pasties and a decent selection of paninis. All for a reasonable price! Plus they sell milk which is useful when you've run out at home as there's not a corner shop nearby

Oh my,the pasty emporium is just so awesome! I started coming here in 2004 and they never fail 👍 they just get better and beeter 🙂 today i tried a bacon and egg bap and the cost is so good.i travel a lot on the train and the shops in bristol templemeads are just a rip off,like the pasty shop and the upper crust! ! The pasty emporium is the place to be 👍👍 good cost,good staff and just overal brilliant.starred as a one man band,who i saw today and fell in awe of the staff and customers he had today 😁👍👍👍

Really delicious, had a sausage bap and it was huge. Really good value considering the proximity to Temple Meads and the price and quality of food in the station, its worth the short walk. I will be back for a panini or a sandwich, their pre made food in the fridges looked gorgeous as well. Highly recommended!

As a Cornishman living in Bristol I was starting to feel homesick from the lack of legitimate 'Cornish' pasties. This place is the answer, quick service, served hot and taste just like they do back at home!

Incredible choice of delicious pasties. Large area to queue (and you may queue for a minute or two - but this is due to the popularity and location). Covid-friendly premises, kind, helpful and friendly staff. A place to sit and eat inside and out, always plenty to choose from. Highly recommended. 5*

Fantastic food and friendly staff, good prices and all pasties are genuine cornish, good variety of pasties, panini's and baps.

Genuinely the friendliest place ever, lush pasties, really good coffee, bought some bamboo reusable cups and when I said goodbye to my server a chorus of "gooodbyeeee" came from everyone working in the rest of the cafe. Loved it. Thanks for making me smile.

It calls itself the Pasty Emporium so you know what you're getting, lots of pasties! They do pavings too, which are also delicious! Hidden away in the arches of the approach tracks to Temple Meads is this little wonder. Fantastic pasties, full of flavour and the right amount of filling. Cannot recommend highly enough. There is some seating if you don't want to head straight back to your office, and there's a range of teas coffees and soft drinks to go with your pasty or panini.

Nice food but very expensive. Rude staff; won't be going back as a result.

Proper lovely pasties. And other tasty treats inc. sausage rolls, cake, tea, coffee, etc. My large steak pasty was really fine and filling too. Smashing!

Fabulous Pastries here, always a different and very special Gourmet Sausage Roll on offer which I struggle to ignore whilst picking up one of a tantalising variety of Pasties. Highly recommended.

The place to go for pasties in Bristol! If you're getting a train from Temple Meads avoid the overpriced pasty shop in the station and go here instead. Happy to report that they are currently open and from what I could see they are adhering to Coronavirus social distancing guidelines and had hand sanitiser available.

Pies and pasties fresh out the oven! Had a sausage roll previously and recently had steak and kidney pie. Both were great and price is on point. Tried the cheese and onion pasty which was good too, I'm not generally a fan of cheese and onion pasty. They do get busy so might have to wait a little for the next fresh out the oven batch. No photos as was too eager to tuck in.

Proper pasty shop. The breakfast menu is fantastic, and most importantly, the coffee is fresh and NOT from an instant machine. Thick bacon, great black pudding and they do a mean egg.

This place is AMAZING!! Their pasties are sublime, and reasonably priced too. They are made in Cornwall, as any proper pasty should be, and then shipped to Bristol where they are cooked and sold. But The Pasty Emporium is about more than just pasties, for in the mornings they also do bacon sandwiches. And let me tell you, they are amongst the finest bacon sandwiches I have had from a cafe anywhere. Packed full of crispy bacon, on delicious white bread, and for two sandwiches (four rounds of bread) and a cup of tea, you'll part with the very reasonable sum of just £5.40. Those two sandwiches will keep you going all day until teatime. The owner is clearly a jazz fan, for the walls of this café feature formal portraits of some of the jazz greats of the last century. And jazz is always playing on the radio here. For a Bluesman like myself, this is the icing on a very fine cake indeed. Highly recommended, I cant find enough superlatives to fully describe my love of this café.
