I visited this shop with my husband and two children last month and I had only been in for a few minutes and I commented on a beautiful hairband for my daughter. Before I even picked it up or looked at the price the sales advisor shouted over “that’s very expensive”. I was horrified she said that and I just smiled and walked out of the shop with my family. I am Pakistani and was deeply offended as the sales advisor was nothing but polite and attentive with the white customers in the shop. I will never return to this shop again. I received nothing but respect and great customer services of all the other shops in the area.

Enjoyed coffee, cake and a browse in the gift shop area of this lovely café. There's an appealing and interesting range of cards, gifts, scarves and clothes, books and giftware for babies and children. If you're looking for something special abd different, for any occassion, this is the place to go. Wish I lived closer so I could make regular return visits.

Visited this lovely little coffee shop/gift shop several times during a week's holiday in the East Neuk. The selection of home baking was great and the quality impressive. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful on every occasion. Will definitely be back!

While holiday in the nearby kilconquar castle estate, my mother, grandmother and I decided to go for a coffee after a walk on the beach. The staff didn't even look up from their mobiles behind the counter as we entered, when I moved a chair to fit my son's pram in i was glared at (still no hello from anyone) before they looked back down. Not a single appetizing cake on the counter and when we asked if there was any scones she replied "No, sold out" quite abruptly before her colleague slammed a gingerbread wrapped in cling film down. Needless to say we got up and left still hungry, and both shocked and dismayed that for some tourists this may be their only impression of Scotland. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Surly service and over-priced coffees do not sound like a recipe for a good place to stop. I've mistakenly tried Harbour House before and sadly little has changed for the better.

Been here several times when staying in Elie. Coffee and home baking are excellent and staff really helpful. They also do gifts and have a wide range, with more available on the website. We recently took our granddaughters there for a snack, and one of them was really keen to buy a mermaid doll. By the time she had decided, someone had bought it but staff organised to get a similar one to us by post later, which will really make a little girl very happy.

I popped in for two pints . It was clean and busy . There was a singer on stage later . We left to go for something to eat and never returned . I'm glad we visited it though as it was handy for the bus station and the toilets were clean

We have visited Brewdog many times sometimes good and sometimes mediocre unfortunately today was very disappointing and won’t be returning. Food took over 1hr to arrive, we had to say to the staff as people who came in 30mins after us were being served their food. After advising the staff our food eventually arrived and all dishes were absolutely smothered in sauce to the point it was difficult to eat. The Korean chicken tacos were literally dripping in sauce and unable to roll up & eat like you would a taco & I finally attempted to cut up and eat with knife & fork. We then made the mistake to order 2 deserts that never turned up and finally just said to the manager can we have our bill.We did tell them about our issues and he apologised and we did get a discount off the bill. We go to brewdog because it’s relaxed we take our dog and my 12year old son normally enjoys but I’m afraid we won’t be back. Too many better places in St Andrews to go.
