food was delivered early and very hot however sauce in the dishes was watered down and didn't even cling to the chips also not clear on allergen info resulting in some dishes being inedible

Placed order at 6:30 - didn’t arrive until gone 8:15. Food was lovely and hot though

Took two and half hours for food

We were unable to eat the chips or sauce due to an awful taste. Both portions of chips were absolutely horrible.

Had a delivery tonight food was hot tasty and really enjoyed and delivery wasn’t long at all ,lady on phone was really helpful also when placing order

The chicken was mostly a bread crumbs, you have lost on quality. I love your salt and pepper chips though.

Ordered crispy beef but was soggy, must have been with the delivery driver for an hour at least.

ordered my food at just gone 8pm. at 10pm I then get a phone call saying that they've ran out of produce and can't provide me with the food I ordered it was a £50 order to say I'm not amused is an understatement! I highly recommend that you dont order from here and take your custom else where

Placed my order at 9.38 I rang at 11.13pm to be told my food won’t be long I told them it’s unacceptable and I’ve already been waiting a hour and 30minutes I’m currently still sat here at 11.25 and mu food just been delivered very upset customer and my first time using just eat not a great experience so far

Honestly this is easily the best Chinese in Cardiff. The lady who is always at the counter has the most contagious smile and is just the friendliest person. Not to mention the food is by far the best Chinese takeaway I’ve had in a long time anywhere! Literally go here!!

Food arrived 45mins earlier than app advised. Food was delivered by friendly driver, food was warm and tasted freshly cooked. No complaints here. Only tip would be to let people know prawn crackers come free at some point. I didn’t see anything on the app to suggest this, so ordered some and ended up with 2 lots. Will be sure to order from here again next time in the area

I had been ordering from this Chinese for 20+ years from the previous owner and I can say from tonight's experience it will be the last, I made a order and the driver couldn't even find my address considering I live less than 5 minutes away near elm street, the driver was rude and so was the lady constantly forgetting items from orders in the pass and we'll tonight that is just ridiculous, takes over a hour to find a house that's literally down the road, If I was able to walk down and collect myself I would had, I even sent them my location on text and then they went to a house somewhere else, last time I will be ordering! P.s when you make a mistake you fix it, not be rude to your loyal customers.

Always order from here. Staff are lovely. They do a lovely beef chow min and curry is lovely. Food always arrives hot and fast service. Yet to have a bad meal. Highly recommend. Why do these takeaways go bad? Hit or miss here, last meal was lovely and ordered tonight and bland. Egg fried rice bland and overdone. Chips stale, curry sauce bland. Spring rolls overcooked. Won't be ordering again.

Just had our first Chinese from here was lovely hot and fresh definitely be ordering again.

Below average. Ordered 3 dishes- Salt&chilli chicken was good. Sweet&sour chicked was disgusting, had a strange smell and it had almost no sweet&sour sauce. Last item-banana fritter came only with a tea spoon amount of sauce. Delivery? almost 1 hour and the shop is 1.5 miles away. Will not order again and would not recommend, waste of money

Really tasty and affordable food. Arrived quickly and was fresh and hot. Portions are nice and big and come in reusable tupperware. Quarter hoisin duck was my fave!

You are not a happy wok, you are an absolute shambolic excuse of a business. IF YOU WANT FOOD, Don't order it from here, it won't show up!! Placed my order at 9:10pm. Told delivery will be at 10:30pm. Bearing in mind I live 2 miles away, I thought this was excessive however I was happy to wait. Only to be then be told my order has been pushed 25 minutes back. Not the end of the world but 1 hour 45 for a Chinese that is 2 miles away! So could you image my anger when at 10:45 pm they cancelled my order. No phone call, no explanation, no sorry. Just a stupid just eat notification. I am now walking to McDonald's very P**sed off as no Chinese will deliver now as its too late to order. I hate you with a passion right now.
