pricing if the food is good, and the service is friendly and the helpful lady who took my order even laughed at my joke - I felt very at home!!!

I wanted to place an order but the lady at the phone refused to take it as she said I was racist this false accusation has left me hungry and now I am going to find another restaurant to purchase food from.

Happily used this for years and never had an issue. But handed a £20 note over for one dish and soy source. But for £2 or so change. Disputed this the next day to get a blank no way it’s not our fault. So avoid this place like the plague as they will scam you. And that was the daughter that took the order and the other member of staff said that agreed the overpayment was not there issue. Sorry you’ve now lost my custom and not ever be recommending you again for that remark tonight. - In answering you rather late reply of 20/4/24 you most certainly did not check the takings when I was there. As soon as I mentioned it, you said you had checked the takings and you were down and there was nothing I could do as if it was a common occurance and a reply you give to anyone whom disputes anything.

Very good quality food. It seems to be a family run business, which is great to see. The prices are very good for the quality of the food they serve. The best Chinese food I've tried in my life!

First of all our last delivery was wrong so they said they would give us a credit seafood wonton soup ,we ordered again , our food was longer than an hour and a half , we ordered the kids chicken nuggets and chips , the chips were raw and the chicken nuggets burnt ,food delivered cold too ! Duck was not even edible! When I called back to say its not acceptable they eiether hung up on me and was told they would refund if I sent them the food back , considering it was delivered! I'm not one for complaining but the attitude from the manager and staff absolutely disgusting, please don't complain as you get told your not entitled to a refund, even though they made food bad , delivered late etc, please don't use these guys , more importantly they think it's OK to treat customers wrong, serve cold food, under cooked chips and really burnt chicken nuggets and leave out some of your order or cheaply replace something with nothing you ordered ! Please avoid at all costs, the manager didn't even care or wasn't even intersted

My order came as wrong item. Called and they did not want to send food out again. The food was very cold when delivered. Really unacceptable

TERRIBLE. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would rate a zero if I could. I phoned up to Oder and gave the man on the phone my address, he claimed his computer couldn’t find my address so I explained where we were located he said no we don’t deliver there even though we’re a five minute drive from Rusthall. I asked him several times if he could try typing in the road name instead of the postcode, he said no and told me to go order somewhere else and hung up. Disgustingly rude wouldn’t recommend.

We used to love the Chinese from here but I’m not sure what has happend the pancake roll used to be large and full of bean shoots meat and prawns but ther small and empty nowalso the salt and pepper chips ther was hardly any garlic or chilli in them so sad it seems to hav gon down hill

Best Chinese restaurant in Tunbridge Wells, we have tried other restaurants in town but always disappointed. Never had a problem with deliveries or food since we discovered it. Always our Chinese to go in TW.

Wonderful to have such a great take away so close. I can recommend to all for great food just get your order in early as they can get really busy.

Was a bit difficult to communicate because I'm a foreigner and was talking to a foreigner, in English 😅 we got there in the end, delivery despite being a long way away was still hot. Food tasty but not exploding with flavour. Overall pretty good!

Food is excellent but delivery time estimates to use have always been grossly exceeded. A 50 minute delivery promise typically turns into 90 minutes. A shame.

I agree with previous reviewer. It must have changed hands because after a few years of good Chinese last time I went 3 weeks ago it was rubbish.

Must of changed hands recently. Used to be really good. Now nothing has any flavour to it. All very bland. Very disappointed. Won't be going back!
