Poor quality rubbery chicken, rice and noodles, can't recommend anything

Ordered at 4.30pm for delivery at 7pm plenty of advance. Phoned at 7.15pm to be told 20 mins at least from now. When explained politely I did order at 4.30pm the lady simply said thank you good bye.

Appalling service, they never keep to the delivery times quoted, when you ring and chase it's always another 20 - 30 minutes. Over two hours waiting for delivery is unacceptable.

Flavorful, satisfying and worth every penny! Stir-fry veggies were legit fresh. Generous portions with fair prices. Can't ask for more. Keep doing your thing!

Absolute rip off. £5.40 for three triangles of prawn toast?! Salt and pepper chicken chewy and soggy. £10.50 for Salt and pepper & chips..both tubs half empty.

Nice food but a complete rip off now. You're looking at nearly a tenner for 1/2 chicken breast chopped up in a bit of generic curry sauce and a few chips. All cash in hand too, no cards accepted!

Food quality is 2nd to none for a takeaway highly recommend

We were told it would be a 1hr 30 minute wait. 2hrs 45 minutes later, we call, and get told ‘it’s on its way and it’ll be there any minute’. We live 1/2 a mile away from happy panda, and it arrived twenty minutes later. Decent at best food, but would not recommend unless you want to die of starvation before the food arrives.

Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff and I'd like to note that on my 1st visit to this establishment, I foolishly didn't take enough money. I was about £9 short and they let me take the food anyway on the promise that I would return and pay the difference at a later date. They didn't have to do that for me, they did it because they are decent people running a great takeaway serving tasty food 🙏😁

Nice food but p++s poor service and they couldn't care less. Forget about delivery unless you want a 2-3 h wait. And if you collect, you won't be getting it at the time they say, they only start cooking it when you turn up. Add another 20-30 mins wait. Cash only which in this day and age I think we all know what that means! Plus prices seem to increase everytime we go there.

Lovely fried beef and tomato the ONLY problem was the chips looked and tasted like they were refried but they were very very busy

Best Chinese takeaway in the West Yorkshire district. Happy Panda is the place to go. The staff are so nice and the food is to die for. I highly recommend the special curry and the chicken batter balls. I will always order from here.

Food is average nothing great. However the wait is ridiculous. The minute they get your order wrong they have the arrogance to tell you it’s your fault and not theirs after months of regular orders. Zero people skills as you’d expect from the Chinese

Stopped going here too long to wait they take your order tell you time to collect it which is usually a really really long wait 2 hours or more and then don't start cooking it until you get there so you're waiting again 😒 the trouble is instead of turning people away they take all the orders and then can't fulfil them keep people waiting hours and of course with all the chaos and rushing what used to be nice food becomes average....shame

Lady on the phone was lovely. However our food took 3 hours, they explained we would have a couple of hours wait but 3 hours! The food was nice but not nice enough for the wait.

Had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for our food. When it came they was food missing, chicken was cold and half full and i have never seen a chicken chowmain look and taste as awful in my life. Full of vegetables and hardly no chicken or noodles!! Will not be eating from there again. When i rang to complain she didnt offer anything else and just said she will pass my complaints on. And next time they change the menu she will add vegetables into the discription of the chowmain.

First time at Happy Panda but food was great, very clean and professional with very polite staff, food took a while to prepare but I suppose if you want good fresh food it's worth wating for.

Literally the only nice thing about what we bought from here was the chips and the curry sauce! The chow mein we got with was not nice, the noodles tasted cheap, the veg was alright but i thought it was just gonna be peas with it and onions which put me off tbh, the beef was okay just some melted in your mouth and then some were chewy.

Very good quality but I find it rather tasteless. Even chilli and garlic dish are bland. Cooked well but no flavour.

The delivery is shocking, I will never go here again, no apology or hint of them been in the wrong -2 hours and still no food! Worst experience with a takeaway I have had. After several phone calls we finally had enough and cancelled the order. We ordered another takeaway and had a wonderful night without happy panda :)

Ordered a singapore fried rice about a couple of months ago and I am allergic to nuts and after I ate the food I starting to go num and been sick had to phone ambulance cos I was having a allergic reaction to the food so they must have been peanut oil left in pan wen cooking the food so they dont wash it out after making some food nearly killed me

First time I have had anything from Happy Panda tonight. It was delicious and not greasy at all. I would definitely recommend . polite and friendly staff too. I will return.

Ordered chinese for delivery at 6.30 last night and was told it would be delivered in 1hr 40 mins. Rang to chase at 8.30 to be told that my order still hadn't been dealt with and that they could provide no time estimate as to when the food would be delivered or that it would be delivered (we wonder what would have happened if we hadn't called to check on the order). The lady on the phone suggested I cancel the order or go collect, which apparently could be ready in 20 minutes. As we had waited so long we decided to collect. Finally got our food at almost 9pm. Shocking service, will not be returning.

Fed up of being disappointed with other Keighley takeaways we Tried for first time 17 May 2018 was best Chinese meal we’d had in ages. King prawn chow mein was full of prawns, special green pepper with black bean was also great and both very tasty- this will be our local from now on!

Now under new management, and called Happy Panda 🐼. Chef used to be at the Orient, and his food has always been spot on.

we live in oxenhope and travel to this chinese as it's the best we have ever had. in fact if our car is out of action we pay for it delivering.

I'm not quite sure why this takeaway scores so low.... At present it is probably the best Chinese food in Keighley and comes highly recommended...it has changed hands recently...
