Happy Meeting in Stafford

We placed an order from here first time trying this Chinese, Chicken was raw and wasn’t cooked and had to be put in the bin. Wouldn’t order from here again. when I called to explain no help was given.

We placed an order just to try them, there’s a large variety to choose from we thought. Our order was over £30 so we expected free ribs but you don’t get that online you have to request them. We called to let them know and you don’t get them on online orders you have to request them, about 20 mins after our call we received our order the doorbell went and prawn crackers were left on our doorstep. Down to our orders the lettuce was limp, the chips burnt and there was hardly any sweet and sour sauce. It was a first and last order,

You cannot fault happy meeting, their deliveries are always wayyy earlier then stated, for us it’s normally 15-20 minutes😍😍 and their curry sauce is amazing. I’d 100% recommend Happy Meeting

Absolutely the worst Chinese in Stafford appalling customer service got my order wrong and refused to refund or let me swap calling me a liar food that was delivered correctly was cold and not fresh at all tasted like it had been left for days and warmed up also found a hair in my rice will never be ordering from here again !!!

Popped in on way home from work. Had the munch box which consisted of 2 small sides and portion of chicken curry and rice. Also came with a side sauce of your choice,I had sweet and sour. Portion was a good size but wasn't overly keen on the curry sauce. Value for money at £5.99 Will visit again but was disappointed with flavour.

We always use this takeaway despite living 8 miles away. Have tried many and none come close. Always had a very tasty meal and good portions too

Ordered food via big foodie website stated that they deliver to our post code. I then called to amend order to be told they had cancelled our order as it’s too far!!!! It’s not that blooming far! First time trying this place. Taking my money elsewhere.

Delivery took hour and a half, for food to be cold and chips to have been reheated 4/5 times. When rang to complain, was offered a refund for food in return but was told f the food had anything missing (eaten) we would not receive the refund or any replacement food (comes out of money). The delivery driver came back to collect the food and argued with me and my boyfriend then told us to ring the company we used to order to sort out our own refund. I than rang back to see if I did have to ring them, for the woman then to shout at me and put the phone down on me. I had a call from the bigger company to tell me the refund is going to take 5-10 working days and if the money doesn’t go in then it’s not there fault and to not ring back. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Needs shutting down.

The food quality was terrible, rang to complain but they were not interested so waste of £23.60, worst takeaway I have ever had, all now in the bin, also advertises they accept PayPal etc, but only lets you pay cash, now I know why.

It's a Chinese take away.. after trying all of them in Stafford I cannot find a decent one ..thought I'd give this one a go again when we had a new menu delivered after all its probably been a couple of years since we had one from here. Delivery was about half an hour so brilliant! Food was hot but bland.. salt and pepper ribs looked lovely but the short stumps where they had any meat that was stuck to the bone and had no spice whatso ever..the crispy fried beef was soggy and chewy and again no spice at all..the mixed sweet and sour balls were OK until you got to a pork one that was huge and like a chewy brick..our freebie of chicken toast was lovely but considering we spent over the amount advertised the free item should have been some more ribs ..but based on the ones we got these were probably the better option! The crab claws were ok ..One small carton of sweet and sour sauce sent even though several starters required it! Prawn in chilli oyster sauce again no spice .. yung chow fried rice OK and finally duck in fried rice with bbq sauce chewy. So thanks for the total waste of £35 have totally given up on Staffords oriental take aways ..
