Happy Lemon in Manchester

La boba de té con leche es increíble, siempre la obtengo de este lugar , la tarta de queso también es increíble u no esperaría que fuera tan sabrosa y vi la foto de la hamburguesa en la pared así que decidí obtenerla y estaba tan bien cocinada y deliciosa

Bought a brown sugar milk tea. The tapioca was way overcooked, so it clogged the straw and I couldn't drink it. I pulled the straw out and put came a big clump of goopy tapioca with it. The pearls had all such together they were so soft. My husband brought it back into the shop, the staff ignored him for a while then eventually came over to him and laughed at him for requesting a refund. He wasn't given one. We won't be coming back. There's Ohayo Tea just around the corner and there's a good reason they have queues out the door every day and Happy Lemon don't.

Amazing boba and amazing ice cream sadly there was no cakes but next time I’ll get it earlier, service and prices were good , the place makes you feel like Japan with its bright and Asian vibe , would recommend 👍👍

I was staying in Manchester for a few days for work and decided on a tea and a bubble waffle during a break from work. I had the Classic Milk Bubble Tea a Hazelnut Chocolate Bubble Waffle, both of which were tasty. I’m only giving it 4 starts due to the fact that it was very pricy for 2 items, more than £10

Tienda muy pequeña con una buena e interesante (aunque un poco cara) variedad de bebidas, pero el servicio al cliente es terrible. No ofrecen tanto como una sonrisa y parecen asumir que todos los que parecen chinos hablarán, por defecto, mandarín. Intenté canjear mi bebida de cumpleaños gratis, pero había perdido mi tarjeta de fidelidad y me dijeron que necesitaba mi tarjeta para poder canjearla. Lo suficientemente justo. No pude encontrarlo y ambos les envié un correo electrónico y me preguntaron en persona si podía reemplazarlo ya que lo había perdido. No respondí al correo electrónico, pero me dijeron en persona que tendría que pagar por uno nuevo. Como este lugar no es mi lugar favorito para tomar té con burbujas, no me molesté. Encontré mi tarjeta unos meses después, así que la tomé, junto con el correo electrónico de la bebida de cumpleaños. Inicialmente pensaron que estaba tratando de canjear mi bebida de cumpleaños para este año y dijeron que era demasiado temprano. Señalé la fecha del correo electrónico, que fue el año pasado, pero aún así dijeron que no. Si van a ofrecer a los clientes una oferta como esta, deben cumplirla o al menos escribir una fecha en la que la bebida deba reclamarse antes de que caduque. Además, el diseño de la tienda es pobre. A pesar de los grandes tableros en la parte superior, que muestran una presentación de diapositivas de sus mejores bebidas, solo puede ver el menú completo cuando está en o cerca del frente de la cola, lo que le deja poco tiempo para decidir, especialmente si hay una cola grande detrás tú.

I've eaten here quite a few times, enjoyed the egg wraps but always been disappointed by the service. Today the cook sneezed while at the hot plate cooking my food, he tried to turn away but failed, the spay managing to go over my food and many other food preparation areas. He didn't start again. He didn't wipe down. I tried to talk to him about it but he could not understand, his English being very poor. I walked off. No refund offered.

This Manchester outlet is rather small and narrow that I guess it can cater the most 6-7 people in the front ordering/waiting area. Feel very uneasy... and for the 1st time I have paid something in the UK, there's no receipt given. Even asked for it and being told they cannot give me the receipt as it's their company's policy. Not sure should we report this to HMRC as we do not allow to have a receipt after payment. Luckily the taste of the milk tea hold the usual Happy Lemon's standard !

Wanted to try a Japanese jiggly cheesecake for a while now, saw this small shop as I was walking past and saw that they sold the jiggly cheesecakes so we had to buy one straightaway, the shop itself is nice and service was ok too. The cheese was different to what we expected but was quite tasty and didn't disappoint us, its not like a traditional cheesecake but it's still worth trying, would get another if we see one again.

Go to get 2 drinks to take away need to queue a long time to order than queue even longer to pick up the drinks. And when collect the staff told me the pack the drink myself???? Even the drink is ok will not go again.

I've been wanting to try the Japanese style cheesecakes for ages when I found out you could get them at Happy Lemon I had to go. Went with a friend and bought a little one to share and go. The cheesecake wasn't exactly what I imagined but it was good. The consistency is more cake than just cheesecake and there is no biscuit base. It has a more subtle vanilla flavour than a regular vanilla cheesecake. Very cute very tasty didn't disappoint!
