The best hot pot in London by far, the food is always fresh and the staff are always super nice, the price is pretty cheap too for the quality of food

My boyfriend was very excited about trying here and he wasn’t disappointed. He ordered a broth maybe a little too spicy, but this balanced out with my milder broth to dip what he wanted into. The presentation of the food was amazing and there was so much of it, you could explore lots of different combos and flavours together. This wasn’t my kind of thing, but I actually enjoyed the food and the experience very much.

This was our first time trying a hot pot which was a nice experience. The food was tasty and well-presented. Unfortunately, the service was not great. We arrived and were seated, given a piece of paper which was the menu but no explanation on how to order. We figured it out and ordered our food. They did not ask whether we wanted any drinks and we had to ask a few times. We waited 20 minutes for our drink which never arrived, I then went to the bar to get the drinks. 15 minutes later a waiter came with our drinks which we turned away as I had to get our drinks. They also charge a discretionary service charge which I did not pay attention to and paid. On reflection, I would have asked for it to be removed as I felt the service was not the best.

My son wanted to try hot pot so when in London we found this place when we were in the area. We got a guide on how to order and the menu and went ahead. You can order multiple broths but we were really keen on the spicy one and got that one. The ingredients is served really beautiful and our mini octopus were really good. Everything was good and the broth was amazing. We were happy and pleased after our lunch.

My first experience of Chinese hotpot and I loved it. Really delicious, fresh and tasty ingredients which tasted delicious. The broths were very good. I'll be coming back here.

Food was great, fresh vegetables and meats. Very reasonably priced. We had quite a few drinks, beers and bottles of wine. 6 people - bill was £180. Everyone left happy.

Went as a family, enjoyed the yummy food, gorgeous suality meat. Service is quick and the hour and a half we had the table for was therefore more than enough to have a non-rushed meal. They need to impose time limits as it is very busy.

We were lucky to get a table on spur of the moment at this popular spot with Asian foodies who socialize over the broth pots while dipping unbelievably fresh and beautifully arranged food for cooking in boiling broth at the table. It looks like a ton of food but it cooks down to a reasonable portion. The mushroom platter was great for vegetarians and meat eaters will be happy with the lamb. I’m clumsy with chopsticks, so a waitress asked if it was my first time. Actually, there are similar places in the Asian neighborhood I’m from in California and this was great. Only issue is that servers disappear after bringing the food, so it was hard to order something else or pay, otherwise 5 stars.

This is a good spot for Hot Pot. You cook the meat and vegetables yourself by placing the food into the hot pot. It was delicious. I don't know if my lamb was happy, but I was happy dining here.

Véritables fondues chinoises où vous choisissez le bouillon et tout ce que vous voulez y faire cuire : viandes, poissons, crustacés, légumes etc. Tout était frais et goûteux. Un service rapide et agréable aussi.

AVOID. Extremely rude service. Was greeted by a surly-faced person on the door. The only thing she said was "we need the table back in an hour and a half" That's not normally a problem if the service is efficient but it wasn't - it was slow. It's also quite cheeky when you are paying so much - £180 for 4 of us - for the first thing to be told is when you have to leave by! After an hour and 20 mins she came over to our table to remind us we had to leave in 10 mins, again in an unpleasant and rude tone. We were still waiting on food! The hot pot experience was just about okay, no better than that. I have eaten in a lot of hot pot places, in London ans elsewhere. There are much better places to go for hot pot in London, with friendly, efficient service.

I went with my daughter. She was raised with us in China in her early years and wanted a real Chinese food experience. The broths were incredible (we did a double). The meat and seafood platters were amazing. It was a real taste of China. The only surprise was to be told we only had the table (which we booked) for 90 minutes. Thankfully, we had chosen what we wanted before we arrived, and the service was quick. Still a great culinary experience.

Our first visit to this restaurant! Delicious hot pot experience with a large selection of food to choose to cook yourself. The highlight was our wonderful waitress called Princess who was so welcoming, informative, professional and delightful. She was so helpful explaining various points and helping us choose the best food. Princess patiently listened to what we wanted, and what we didn’t want, including our request of gluten and dairy free, in a professional and informative way. It was an enjoyable meal that was also a lot of fun!

This place is great! You need to book for sure but it has a sophisticated, clean atmosphere with spotless toilets and friendly staff. It's so luxurious inside and very professional. The food was fresh and tasty, with a wide range of hotpot ingredients to choose from – which the staff helped us with. Will definitely be returning, it was a fantastic experience!

The reason I keep going back here is because the food is so good! I love this hot pot chain. The choice of food isn’t as large as Haidilao but it’s still worth eating here. There can be a wait for a table but I’m always willing to wait if the food is good and it most definitely is here. I actually also hate lamb (it’s fatty and has a strange aroma to me) but I’ll eat it at this restaurant! Whatever spice or marinade they use on the lamb here should be sold in stores because it makes the lamb taste good and removes the rancid smell it has. The service isn’t very fast at this pace but that does mean you aren’t hassled every few minutes and can enjoy a leisurely meal, chatting to your friends and just having a good time. Would definitely recommend this place if you like hot pot.

This is a great hot pot please to gather with friends. Atmosphere is great and the food is very fresh and tasty. Service is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful.
