Happy House Chinese Takeaway in Fife

Avoid at all costs!!!! Sarah who I spoke to on the phone at first seemed friendly but when I called to tell her that my aunts dish was wrong it all went down hill… she luckily agreed to send the correct order out. My uncles order was a rice dish with chicken and prawn (with extra prawns) had one prawn in it. I called back to explain and was told ‘sorry but we can’t do anything about that’. We then discovered that my aunts wrong dish was actually pork, so the whole family who strictly don’t eat pork (due to religious reasons) ate it by accident as we didn’t want to waste the dish. Finally, the ‘manager’ Sarah told us ‘the kitchen staff refuse to correct the order’. No offer of a refund just ‘next time you order we will send you the correct dish’ . WHY ON EARTH WOULD WE ORDER FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN???? Rude and disgusting tasteless food !!!! I asked for a refund and they told us ‘we need all the food back’ - of course we started eating as we were bloody starving, awful awful service. So in the end , no correction of food.. just horrible attitude from the call handler.

Fantastic food &service. Phone & asked about 1/2 portion told no problem came as full one. Couldn’t eat all. We had delivery on Sunday to Napier house all enjoyed best Chinese I’ve had. Will be back asap Saturday. Highly recommend.

Our friends stays in Leven. They recommended this Chinese Take-away to us. Every Friday for the last couple of months we order from this Chinese Take-away. We usually go in between 17.00 and 18.00. The staff is always friendly with a welcoming smile on their face when you walk in. A lovely smell of fresh food been cooked when you walk in. The longest we waited for our food was about 30 minutes. Worth the wait. Always piping hot. Tasty and plenty. £20 get us : Special Chowmain, Battered Chicken (this is fresh not frozen), Springrolls, Chicken with noodles and cashew nuts, two rice, portion of sweet chilli sauce and prawn crackers. Might not look modern from the outside but the food is what counts. Spotless clean in the reception and waiting area. Highly recommended and we're getting another Chinese this evening .

We had a really nice take away. It arrived on time by a very friendly delivery guy. All the dishes were tasty and hot so will certainly use them again

Sencillo y más abajo promedio de comida china. Todo lo que puedo decir! No volveré. Tienda con aspecto viejo equipo anticuado.

good takeaway for cheap and cheerful food however at times a slight language barrier, and if u go for the pizza check the batter on it for pieces of plastic that might have accidently been left on this has happened to us about 2 times out of 4 which is a pitty as it puts u off ordering it even though it tastes good
