Try to phone up for food but woman who answers the phone is too distracted to listen to what I'm saying, then I say can you hear me she replies no I can't hear you when she obviously just answered my question, won't be trying to phone for a order again so just lost a customer 👎. Shame as the food is decent

Got fried rice and curry sauce and the curry sauce was as if it had a tub of pepper in it and the rice had to much salt in it it was horrible my boyfriend had chicken curry was the same it all went in the bin

waiting to recieve my delivery and apparently the driver delivered it which he hasn't as we are still sitting waiting on the food tried to give the man on the phone my order code and wasn't listening said it had been delivered i ask for a refund to be told no the driver had delivered get the driver to use the code that is given to people so they know they are giving the correct items

Unfortunately tonight’s breast of chicken curry wasn’t the same as before. Chicken was chewy and dinner ended up in the bin!

The fried /curry sauce had way to much salt where it was nipping my mouth

Best chicken curry I’ve had in years. Chips were cooked perfectly the way I like them.

Delivery was fine food was absolutely hoachin!! Chicken looked like ma deed das fingers and the chips were albino🤢 do not order from here unless ye want the absolute boak

delivery was 10.mins later than advised time.

Chicken balls were tough and the batter was soft. Salt and pepper chicken tasted of fish and not edible. I threw it out as I did with the sandp chicken. Pretty poor fair. I waited almost two hours for the delivery as well.

We've loved this place every other time, but tonight nothing tasted right. Even the chips were bad.

Some of the chicken was a bit tough which is why only got an 'alright'

Chow mein and curry were delish but the chips seemed like they hadn’t been cooked long enough.

Nearly an hour wait but worth it order was chicken balls and chips with sweet and sour sauce huge portion of chips chicken balls crispy outside tender inside well worth the wait

ordered boiled rice but got fried rice. beef was poor quality and stringy

ordered chicken chop suey and mixed veg & chips the mixed veg was onion mushroom 2 slice of cucumber and bean sprouts very dissatisfied and the chips could have been cooked longer chop suey didn't have much taste and was all cold won't be ordering from here again

Everything nice and fresh. My daughter enjoyed her birthday meal and I was pleased about the mixed vegetables portion myself as I had never ordered that before, was bigger than expected, which is always good.

I have been trying to get a direct contact number or e.mail address this is 4th order placed this morning I paid for delivery off 4 item to be presented at my doors step with a empty sealed bag I opened it in front off the delivery person there was nothing in it atoll to be told to contact just eat 1s again 3 items missing and a small Donut 🍩in antother small bag I’m paying for delivery’s for my kids n this is the forth time oreder placed with all items missing I ask can a manger get incontact

Nice curry less chips than usual plus half the order missing and took an hour to come back with the missing items so I must of got bumped to back of que on thier mistake will try elsewhere now.

Hi was really really thirsty tonight ordered 3 cans of juice with my order only received 2 now left unsatisfied and thirsty if you don’t supply the juice cut down on the salt thank you tho

the chicken curry was really spicy, and the duck was nicely done, gravy was tasteless.

chips were like lego bricks and the chicken in the chow was dry and the noodles were also dry

Found a bone in the chicken fried rice that put me off a bit but other than that it was probably one of the best I've ever had

I got a chicken curry chopped. It was like shedded chicken it was a mess to look at but the main problem was it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The spring roll was limp it was soggy. It tasted ok but the texture put me off. Not up to your usual standard very disappointed. Didn’t have any of the chicken balls or the onion rings.

Bit of a mix up with our order, but it got sorted.

Ordered at 5.30pm for a 7pm delivery and it still arrived 30 minutes late. What a waste cold soggy and totally inedible. What a joke do not waste your time with this place.

I always enjoy the food from Happy House, good quality and really consistent. Thumbs up.

Ordered special satay fried rice the food arrived hot and on time however, I didn’t enjoy my meal so much tonight the sauce was very thick and spicy 🌶️ it was dark colour didn’t taste like usual satay

Main meals were really salty, chicken balls were like rubber and batter was doughy. Sweet n Sour sauce was overly sweet, more like jam! The chips were undercooked & soggy. Normally this is my go to for chinese food, defo having a bad night on this occasion. Had a couple of mouthfuls then had to leave it.

I ordered at 22:21 and at 22:36 my order had arrived. Estimated delivery time was minimum 23:10. As usual the food was perfect, time, quality and customer service was impeckable. There is not a single thing I can say that is a detriment comment. 5/5 stars. If I could give more then I would. Much recommended.

this is my all time favourite Chinese, but tonight's order was a disappointment, chicken balls very soggy, the munchie box everything was so pale and soggy, usually nice and crispy, the ribs were overdone, chips and rice were cold, just didn't enjoy it at all, will just stick to curries in the future, I understand yous must be very busy, but not good for customers 😳

The chicken curry was lovely but the salt and pepper chicken balls were so spicy they were inedible 🤢i know they’re supposed to have spice and ive got a great tolerance for spice but they were just horrible
