Order food expect the chips to be actually cooked...

I have been trying to get a direct contact number or e.mail address this is 4th order placed this morning I paid for delivery off 4 item to be presented at my doors step with a empty sealed bag I opened it in front off the delivery person there was nothing in it atoll to be told to contact just eat 1s again 3 items missing and a small Donut 🍩in antother small bag I’m paying for delivery’s for my kids n this is the forth time oreder placed with all items missing I ask can a manger get incontact

Taste is amazing and portion sizes are class worth the hangover munch 100%

Nice curry less chips than usual plus half the order missing and took an hour to come back with the missing items so I must of got bumped to back of que on thier mistake will try elsewhere now.

Hi was really really thirsty tonight ordered 3 cans of juice with my order only received 2 now left unsatisfied and thirsty if you don’t supply the juice cut down on the salt thank you tho

Driver very rude as we are 69 years old took longer to get to door would not stop pushing bell and pushed order to me and said I should be waiting for him as i am paying for the delivery wouldn’t be using the service again and letting friends know about service

I have mentioned they salt the food to much,as have many others. Its time to listen. YOU PUT TO MUCH SALT ON. I have made my last order

the chicken curry was really spicy, and the duck was nicely done, gravy was tasteless.

chips were like lego bricks and the chicken in the chow was dry and the noodles were also dry

Found a bone in the chicken fried rice that put me off a bit but other than that it was probably one of the best I've ever had

I got a chicken curry chopped. It was like shedded chicken it was a mess to look at but the main problem was it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The spring roll was limp it was soggy. It tasted ok but the texture put me off. Not up to your usual standard very disappointed. Didn’t have any of the chicken balls or the onion rings.

Bit of a mix up with our order, but it got sorted.

Ordered at 5.30pm for a 7pm delivery and it still arrived 30 minutes late. What a waste cold soggy and totally inedible. What a joke do not waste your time with this place.

Ordered special satay fried rice the food arrived hot and on time however, I didn’t enjoy my meal so much tonight the sauce was very thick and spicy 🌶️ it was dark colour didn’t taste like usual satay

Main meals were really salty, chicken balls were like rubber and batter was doughy. Sweet n Sour sauce was overly sweet, more like jam! The chips were undercooked & soggy. Normally this is my go to for chinese food, defo having a bad night on this occasion. Had a couple of mouthfuls then had to leave it.

I ordered at 22:21 and at 22:36 my order had arrived. Estimated delivery time was minimum 23:10. As usual the food was perfect, time, quality and customer service was impeckable. There is not a single thing I can say that is a detriment comment. 5/5 stars. If I could give more then I would. Much recommended.

this is my all time favourite Chinese, but tonight's order was a disappointment, chicken balls very soggy, the munchie box everything was so pale and soggy, usually nice and crispy, the ribs were overdone, chips and rice were cold, just didn't enjoy it at all, will just stick to curries in the future, I understand yous must be very busy, but not good for customers 😳

The chicken curry was lovely but the salt and pepper chicken balls were so spicy they were inedible 🤢i know they’re supposed to have spice and ive got a great tolerance for spice but they were just horrible

chips were cold the curry was burst and all on the bag and in the food aswell no aology from the driver just handed and walked away wont be using it again very poor!

Slightly disappointed tonight, i ordered a special fried rice no onion, pork or egg i got that, but since it was a special i expected there to be shrimp or prawn in it not just chicken & ham 😒

Chicken curry extra chicken extrs beef and extra spicy is dynamite. It has a chopped chilli in it if u like heat yer gonny love it coz its on par with madras or vindaloo from Indian places. Big portions cheaper than other Chinese places and arrived roasting n fresh. Canny wak it

Used this takeaway for years and got to be honest this was the worst chow mein ever, so disappointed had one last week and it was delish but this one was dry, overcooked and the prawns had been thrown in as an afterthought with no sauce at all on them and finding the beef in the beef chow mein was an event in itself, used this shop for 30 years and would be unlikely to use it again after this delivery

I live in castlemilk and delivery was quite quick and there chicken fried rice was the best ever

Two and half hours for two items, two phone calls later to then be told counter assistant hadn't even put our order through.

Ordered at 19:28 was expected between 20:15 and 20:35 asked for an update at 20:45 received a call at 20:49 to ask if we'd received our order after saying we haven't received it was told not long by and was hung up on before I could get a rough time, order came half an hour after that and no apology or anything with cold food

Waited well over 2 hours gor delivery and the food was cold very disappointed

Love the food here. Alway fresh and delicious. 100% recommend the Salt & Chilli munchy box.

Ordered satay sauce and salt and pepper chicken balls and both were a disgrace. Chicken balls had burnt seasoning all over them and the satay satay sauce looked and tasted like curry sauce. Got £10 back even though it was £11.30. Will never be back again and will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Food was absolutely amazing . The restaurant catered to our needs that we requested. Amazing prices and will definitely be using again xx

Egg foo was absolutely delicious only 1 flaw it came without onion only chicken n egg but it was still brilliant chips where soft n fresh piping hot so not complaining

Sauce was too salty and not a lot of chips in the portion and they could have done with being in the fryer longer as they were under cooked
