Usually when I order from here it's amazing. Today it just wasn't good, I threw 90% of it in the bin :( but I think maybe it's just a 1 off

Food was poor. Tasteless and greasy. Was a complete waste of £28

The food was cold. My chips was soggy and the salt & pepper chips was mashed chips with no flavour. Was given the wrong sauce and my chop suey roll wasn’t crispy. I also spent £22 and didn’t recieve any free prawn crackers like you do everywhere else. Sorry for the disappointment review but it’s the first time I’ve ever ordered from here and with the quality of the food I wouldn’t order again.

Soup was Gorgeous. Ribs dry/hard. Pancakes/duck ok. Neal's ok. Won't order again.

We usually love happy family but not this time. The chips were slimy, chicken was very chewy, no flavour to the sweet and sour sauce. Will say as usual the delivery time was good, staff really helpful in changing items on the set meals, extra prawn crackers and fortune cookies sent.

Took and hour and 45 mins to come and that’s too long to wait time kept changing nD said it was delivered when it wasn’t. Food was cold

Food was incredibly bland and tasteless - really disappointed

Tried a few in the area, and this has been the best so far! Would definitely order from here again, ordered the crispy chilli beef in Peking Sauce and Chicken Chow Mein alongside several other items. All was great (although the curry sauce was a really unusual colour!)

The curry sauce was very disappointing and didn’t taste of anything. Chicken was of good quality.

Overall very pleased with the food. First time ordering from them, food was very nice. Pick up time perfect. Definitely ordering again soon.

Ordered food for all the family on New Year’s Eve & couldn’t be happier! Everyone loved it! Food was so fresh & tasty & not at all greasy & portion sizes were generous too! We pre ordered early for later on, expected maybe some delay with it being new year but food came on time & piping hot from a lovely friendly delivery driver! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Food is always lovely, really fresh and arrives hot every time.

Food was delicious, absolutely love the curry. The sweet and sour chicken balls are so juicy with crispy batter and tasty sauce. Love the salt and pepper wings. Everything was perfect.

Chips were nice... chicken balls were unbelievably greasy, honey chilli chicken went straight to the bin. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like eating a bunch of flowers. Chicken fried rice was greasy and not much chicken, curry sauce was a red totally bland and tasteless sauce

Usually really like this chippy but today I did a pre order for 17:30 and the food came freezing and had to re heat everything and delivery was late despite the pre order. The whole point of getting a takeaway is so you don’t have to do anything and don’t need to cook but everything needed re heating and by that point it just wasn’t enjoyable.

Don’t waste your money, I wish I hadn’t. Food was greasy, Luke warm, and pretty tasteless. First time ordered from here, sorry but won’t again.

Blandest good I’ve ever tasted. Fried rice was greasy. Beef had no taste. Chowmein also tasteless. Beef and noodles incredibly bland and greasy. Salt and pepper chips were just chips with a few onions. Just tasty like chippy chips. Wonton were nice but sweet and sour sauce was thick and tasteless. Don’t know if this was a bad night but wouldn’t waste my money again.

Both meals were completely tasteless, the rice was mushy and the prawns were a spongey consistency.. threw most of it in the bin unfortunately.

Meat was good but sauces were very strange - not your usual chinese curry sauce, more like an Indian style masala! Noodles were soggy too with no flavour.

Always love the food here and everything was good except the barm cake which was hard, stale and disgusting. Should not have been sent out.

FABULOUS ONCE AGAIN. Lovely food !!!

Not impressed with some dishes. One of them was chinese duck and charsui on rice. What I expected was decent pieces of duck and charsui, what I received was loads of rice with some tiny pieces of meat and rice that has no taste whatsoever. Now at £8.50 for some fried rice is quite expensive. I get proper pieces of meat and rice at a restaurant for similar price. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered shredded chicken in hot spicy sauce with egg fried rice. Tasteless

Great priced food, I ordered chicken balls , char sui pork and mushroom with chips and bbq sauce. All food was hot and lovely, they did send 2 of the same sauce which was either sweet and sour for the chicken balls or both bbq as they both had a b on the package but didn't really taste of anything so couldn't tell what it was meant to be but looked like sweet and sour- that was the only downfall would still order again

Very tasty food! I had duck in lemon & orange with noodles and wife had sweet & sour chicken & chips. Very nice! Will order from here again. Duck was good quality. Didn’t get as much food quantity as other regular place we usually go to, but delicious nonetheless.

Was under the impression the meals were shredded chicken so the honey chilli dish was untouched - io would I of possible like to be refunded for that please. Salt and pepper chips were lovely and will order those again.

Order from here every week and the food is superb. Unfortunately this week the fried rice that I paid for wasn't delivered and the chips were half the amount you usually get. I'm sure they'll be back on track next week. Still an excellent Chinese meal.

Honestly I usually try and find at least something redeeming but even the chicken wings which were actually OK we paid for a 6 portion and got 4, everything else was inedible.

The stuffed pancake wasn't what we were expecting, and not a fan but the rest of the meal was very enjoyable, thank you.

Very nice delivery person, apologised for being a little late, problem with sat nav, but only 10 minutes so no problem. We really enjoyed food, will certainly order from here again.

Excellent food, great service, very tasty, not bland nor basic ingredients, imagine normal take way, then add more ingredients to make it special. Well this was like that. Very happy with the food, will use again!

Driver checked we were home before delivering our order as he was a few minutes early. Food arrived well packaged and hot.

Easy to order on just eats. It was really hot and a good delivery time. Great prices with great portions. I can honestly say this was the best takeaway I have had in ages. The Thai curry had lots of meat which was very well prepared. It was so tasty I definitely will use them again.

The delivery was late and a item missing but the food was good and hot put a refund on the missing item

Chinese food lovely as always but the fish was soggy and under battered.

1st time ordering.. Sweet and sour chicken was nice, the pineapple fritters were good, good portion size too, but the chips let the meal down. They were barely cooked. They were pretty much warm potato. Very greasy too. Pineapple fritters literally had a pool of oil in the tray. Not sure I'd order again. But apart from the chips, the food was hot and it was tasty

Great service but the ribs were dry and hard and the chips undercooked. Delivered early so they could have waited for the chips to be cooked at least. Friendly delivery driver.

Ordered food at 5pm and had a notification at 5:40pm saying my food was out for delivery. Food turned up at 7pm!!! And when it finally did turn up at 7pm the chicken was burnt, chips were burnt and fried rice tasted more like boiled rice than fried. Wouldn’t order from here again

Only ordered from here once before age’s ago so thought I’d try them again… so glad I did was really good and gravy was delicious 😋 will definitely be back soon
