Hanoi 75 in Sheffield

If it wasn’t for the very poor customer service then I would be giving it 4* Half way through my food I found a small hair that was clearly stuck at the bottom of the plate, took it back and told her I didn’t want a refund or another plate I just wanted to show you. Instead of an apology, she said well what do you want me to do with it, you ate half of it I can’t do anything to you. She even refused to take the plate off me and said I should have left it on the table. Gave me the most dirtiest look and had an awful attitude. Please don't work in customer service if you can’t be bothered. So disappointed as I was actually treated very well by other staff at Kommune.

Had the Pho Soup , had no depth of flavour, was not an authentic dish, lacked layers and taste . However tasted the disco fries which were decent. Can only comment on the dish I had.

Nice setting, but the food is more English than Vietnamese.

Sticky chicken is sensational as is the salt and pepper tofu. Chef helped Me understand what it was cooked in so I could try at home It was good when it was in the bus at hatch. It was even better here

Just had a tofu noodle salad for dinner and it was truly amazing, highly recommended, amazing quality vegan option

I love their bao, especially their pork. Could use a bit more salt, or maybe salt packages on the side because there’s no salt on the tables at Kommune

Bao was below average and salt and pepper chips were more salt than potato. So overpriced considering I got two amazing bao for £9 in London.

Amazing food, fast service. The Tofu noodle salad is packed with flavour and feel really fresh during the summer! Definetely recommended!

Unfortunately worst pho i ever had and i traveled extensively in most parts of the world including Vietnam. Who puts chili SAUCE in a pho? Only the British i suppose. Apart from that the usua fresh herb and add-ons like soybeans, lemongrass etc where missing and the broth itself tasted bland even with all the sauce. For 13 pounds a major disappointment. Can't recommend at all.

Just had Hanoi 75 Chicken Banh Mi lunch deal and was superb, love the presentation! Great value per money totally recommend it!

Food was initially 20 minutes late. I went to ask for an update and was told it was being plated but got no apology. I've now been waiting another 20minutes and still no sign of it. So been sat here for over an hour. Definitely not a lunch time option. Won't be back.

We came here before the theatre and had boa buns, loaded fries and spring rolls. The food was delicious. Beautifully presented and full of flavour. Potentially my one of my favourite spots to eat in Sheffield! Staff were friendly and talked us through what was what and service was in good time. I can not wait to go back. Thanks Hanoi75

Lovely staff and the food was amazing. Went with my hispanic family and the staff had a lot of patience and helped us with the menu. We had the rainbow rolls, the Pho Xao Bo and the crispy tofu. Sad that I could have a taste of every single dish. I completly recommend it!

Ordered the noodles, received cold tagetelli, large chunks of peppers, chilli, and cold chicken, all with a splash of siracha over the top. Didn't know tesco packet tagetelli was Vietnamese. Would not recommend.

Delicious noodles, could taste the ginger coming through… nice blonde girl at the till recommended a good selection for sharing. Had the tofu bao, which was something we hadn’t tried before and the disco fries which came highly recommended from friends, and the stir fried beef noodles. Next time we’ll be trying the pho. Hoping they bring the pork banh mi back as that was fantastic in Manchester a few years back. All in all, a enjoyable experience and a good after works drinks spot in Sheff

Visited Saturday night, without pre-booking. Food was good. We were dining as 4 adults and we ordered for table service via the Kommune app on 3 devices as separate orders (each paying for our own food) so they were delivered one after another, not all together at the same time but that's how they serve here. Flavours were good, we all enjoyed it. The only let down to the evening was the bar service, a few staff members taking selfies and pictures rather than serving waiting customers but that's not the fault of Hanoi 75.

Had the chicken noodle stir fry. Asked for it without chilli as I have a low spice tolerance. Positives - lots of chicken and a big portion. Negatives - some of the noodles were quite dry, not many vegetables and quite bland (shouldn’t need to be spicy to have flavour). I could probably cook myself something similar at home. Probably will be using the other food outlets at kommune next time.

We had chicken and tofu banh mi, and disco fries. Absolutely delicious and the guy who served us was friendly and helpful.

The attitude of the staff is awful, especially the woman. Seems they don't care about the customers at all. The food is not authentic but still fine. Yet the attitude of the staff is unbearable.

Had the beef pho, was the best I’ve tried so far in Sheffield. With a side of summer rolls that had been recommended by the kitchen, very please with both! Dip was salty and sweet and the portions were pretty good. My partner had Yoki and The Greek place which was also very good!

Usually get them on deliveroo but portions seem huge in person so had to get a takeaway box but not going to complain as will polish it off for lunch!

Staff are always really friendly, my fav stop for a Friday work lunch. Thanks Alex for the bao recommendation

Extremely unreasonable waiting times. Being told that my choice of food was " very fine dish " so it's not done yet. The lady behind the counter also was very rude saying " it's late because this is what you ordered " . What an appalling customer service. AVOID !!!!!

Not sure about the whole food as only tried disco fries and the vegan dumplings, both were delicious!

I ordered through Deliveroo, specifically selecting the vegan options. I received meat versions of both dishes - getting really nasty surprise when I took a bite out off my summer roll only to find chicken! It was a really awful experience, leaving me with a bad taste for the rest of the evening. Very disappointed.

The stir fry noodle was very salty and the chicken was too dry.

Only tried the sticky chicken bao - great quantity but sadly lack-lustre flavours and in need of basic condiments.

The food here is absolutely amazing. Brilliant options for vegans and lovely service with a smile. Would highly recommend!

I just ate the chicken bao's and egg fries from this place after having a lot of boring food in Sheffield - unreal!!
