This has got to be the best and worst subway ever. It’s a subway, food was great. Under new management. No seeded bread. No drink machine. No cups. Staff were trying hard but had no clue. Clean No parking

I ordered wedges and I asked for a sauce but the manager said we don’t give sauce if you use your points but sorry since when this rule . I always get it from other subways .

I ordered steak and cheese with extra cheese on. Barley any steak and no cheese and also no bbq sauce with the wrong bread too. I tried ringing only for them to say sorry there's nothing we can do. Absolutely a joke of a place

Ordered a steak & cheese sub on Italian herb & cheese & this is what turned up if this is the standard of food you serve its disgusting £6.39 for this & when we phone up to complain get told there's nothing they can do AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE .

Had food which was OK although one of the Meatballs on my sandwich was rock hard for some reason but sauce and salad were all normal and no real issues. Didn't help that the main Server was currently outside having a ciggie before coming in and throwing gloves on serving us without washing hands first 🤷♂️

RUDE DISCRIMINATIVE STAFF Wish I could rate zero, basically this branch of subway, staffs are racist and discriminative. I am a female Asian, arriving the shop that just 2 white customers and me, there are 2 people out at the cashier, one doing the order for that 2 customers and me standing at the cashier saying hi to the older staff, he basically staring at me once, not asking what I want to order, I still stood there for a bit longer, he's doing other things ignoring me, and stared at me again without serving me, he just gave me a quick disgust look and pretended to be busy and walked away, while there are other staffs there and shop not even busy, this is clear discrimination. I never really reviewed before, I just could not stand this behaviour. Please train your staffs and this is the UK of course you expect to serve many different type of races customers.

I would say this location does the bare minimum very well. I ordered a meatball marinara and I got it, sure. It might not have been toasted, or had cheese, or bacon like I asked, but it was the basic form of the sandwich, nice and warm. And sure the last time I ordered the same sandwich I got it. Was it toasted? No. Did it have the sauce I asked for? It didn’t. And extra cheese? Apparently they thought it better they leave that out. If you want the most basic version of what you ask for, but not quite what you wanted, this is the location for you.

Worst place to get a sandwich 🥙 I have been there over 10 times of which 8 out of the 10 times , there’s no meat balls . I called a minute before leaving home just to confirm there was meatballs they confirmed it was there and when I got to the store no meatballs. I asked for a different one then they was no beef horrible service

Decent variety of sandwiches. The ability to customise to such an extent is pretty good. Saves you having to pick out the bits you don't like, which often happens at other places. Or from having to wait ages for a custom order since they're all created to order so it's not a special request. There's probably a filling to suit everybody's tastes.

Would never go here again. WORST SUBWAG EVER! Staff were incredibly rude, they didn't not say a word the whole time , just pointed and gestured. Is it too much to ask to get staff to verbally communicate with customers? I actually thought it was a practical joke, staff didn't say a word and didn't give eye contact. Very weird experience. Would neve go back AVOID AVOID AVOID

Extremely long wait to be served, though that's expected being so close to the city college, and they missed out the "nacho" part of my nacho taco beef sandwich. The last time I went prior to this, they refused to add more than 1 additional salad ingredient beyond lettuce to a signature wrap.

Only had one staff member so understandably busy having to work the counter by themselves, used the same knife to cut multiple sandwhiches whithout it even being wiped before hand, despite not having any major allergies myself this did make me uncomfortable as there is food such as cheese that I can not eat due to intolerances being served, can not imagine how bad that could turn out for someone with more threatening dietary requirements though.

Fantastic Service – From One Individual Called Daniel! I visited SUBWAY 1 Suffolk Rd Sheffield S2 4AF Suffolk Rd, Sheffield S2 4AF I was in a rush on my Friday lunch break, only had 30 minutes to get there and eat, there was a massive line to wait for my order, instantly thought It was going to take ages. This guy Daniel who was clearly managing the line while covering multiple staff member breaks. There was a line of 6 people in front of me he was managing all 3 stations by himself in style! He would fully complete orders while taking new ones and maintaining others, this guy was in the zone! Not once did he complain or ask for support he believed he could get through this line by himself. Throughout every order in front of me he promoted offers and upgrade options! He did the same level of service for myself and I was out within 5 minutes! On my way, out some other members of staff returned and I overheard a conversation that Daniel instigated. Daniel said to a returning staff member “what do you reckon to getting a leader board together for upgrades and promotions sold” This guy is a true credit to your company, someone who is passionate about what he does. Great to see!

Always super happy with our orders. My partner must order from here every week because he loves it. The chicken pizza is great and the chicken sides! The garlic dip is the best dip too! Friendly and fast.

The food here is incredible 😍 I'm so glad they deliver to S9. The food arrives hot every single time, and every dish tastes delicious and fresh. This is the only Chinese takeaway I will order from now. It's always a great experience. The munchy box is excellent, the large spring roll is gigantic and I love their Singapore Chow mein aswell. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If it wasn’t for the very poor customer service then I would be giving it 4* Half way through my food I found a small hair that was clearly stuck at the bottom of the plate, took it back and told her I didn’t want a refund or another plate I just wanted to show you. Instead of an apology, she said well what do you want me to do with it, you ate half of it I can’t do anything to you. She even refused to take the plate off me and said I should have left it on the table. Gave me the most dirtiest look and had an awful attitude. Please don't work in customer service if you can’t be bothered. So disappointed as I was actually treated very well by other staff at Kommune.
