Becoming a yearly tradition.....a group of 10 of us arrived late on a Thursday night after a local race. The owners were happy to greet us despite it being late and brought us a selection of their recommendations. Great food and such friendly service. We'll be coming back again for sure whenever we're in the area. Thanks Hannah!

Great Indian restaurant that does an all you can eat buffet! Lovely family run place that care about the customers. Will try to cater for most people and they do outside events and shows! Need a curry for a wedding, these are the guys! Can't recommend them enough, been going to this restaurant for a few years now.

One of the worst experiences in an Indian restuarant.

Shockingly rushed pushy service on a empty Tuesday evening so we left after our starter much to the obvious dislike from the waitress & chef .

Visiting Whitchurch for the day and Googled around for a local Indian for me and my pal to grab something to eat. £7.95 a head sounded too good to be true, so we had to check it out. All I can say is that this is a truly AMAZING place to eat, the price nowhere near reflects the quality of the food and the service received. As a person surrounded by South East Asian cuisine in my hometown, I would travel the ~4 hour return train journey just to eat here. I only wish I could rate higher than 5 stars because the Hannah Restaurant truly does deserve at least a 7 out of 5. You MUST visit this place if you wish to experience true, authentic Indian cuisine, cooked and served by a lovely couple - a true family business feel, and the service and quality you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. Seriously. Check it out.

Hannah Restaurant caters for vegetarians, vegans, people with nut allergies, gluten free diets and others. Just ask the staff for information and they will guide you to what suits your diet - and you will find your choice is barely limited at all! Additionally food colouring is only used in the chicken tikka (to fulfill locals expectations of appearance), and you you know you are eating freshly made, healthy food without unnecessary additives, and only using quality ingredients. The restaurant owners can also be found at many food festivals and farmers markets, often giving food demonstrations as well as selling food hot of the stove over the year at these events.

Great place; Very friendly and obliging staff , particularly for me- a fanatic for food from the Indian sub-continent for over 40 years who can be quite demanding for authenticity and for "traditional style" foods. The best & juiciest marinated chicken you'll ever taste! Have visited 3 times (-unfortunately its the best part of 60 miles away and 1 & half hour drive for me) and so good that I had them to cater for my daughters wedding ! (She's also a curry fanatic) That's a 'full English' one,Church, white dress , morning suits etc in a marquee for 250 in a camp site . EVERYONE loved the food, tonnes of it, VERY reasonable price and all fresh cooked on site. Highly recommended outside caterers for any sort of event where you want the food to be one of the highlights.

Used to enjoy Chicken Ceylon but evidently it is not the same dish anymore, perhaps the chef has changed but there is very little evidence of any coconut and it now tastes like any other curry dish. Disappointed.

Ordered a small chicken kebab yesterday, the chicken was delicious, fresh and plenty of salad…. Naan bread was thick and good quality , not a skinny thing …..

We have eaten here on previous occasions and have had nice food and good service in the past but not on this occasion . I booked this meal out for my wife’s birthday meal on Saturday night which all 9 of us were really looking forward to. I dropped the birthday cake and balloons for the table off earlier that day as I wanted to make the night special. We were very disappointed from start to finish! From the waitress who was rude and miserable who was attending our table she really shouldn’t be waiting on tables with an attitude like she had. We waited an age to get drinks to our table when they did eventually came out it was in dribs and drabs very slow service. Two of the drinks had to go back as they were mocktails not cocktails. When the food was brought to the tables we were handed the plates and not warned that the plates were hot my daughter and myself nearly dropped them. my wife ordered the steak well done as she always has it, it was so overcooked and dry it was barely edible, not once were we asked if the food was okay and no one came over to ask if everything was okay. But the table behind us which was a party of approx 6 who obviously knew some of the staff were attended by at least 3 staff and looked after so much it’s shame they couldn’t look after all their customers like that. Once again the food was brought out in such slow succession that when we started to eat some of the food was just warm. The final straw was when we were ordering the food I noticed that on the back of the menu it stated if you had a birthday there the person whose birthday it was received a free meal. However when I went to pay the bill I noticed that my wife’s inedible steak was on there. When I then mentioned to the waitress about what it said on the menu even though she’d served us all night saw the balloons on the table and even brought the birthday cake to the table she told me I’d have to prove it was her birthday. This just put the icing on what was an awful birthday meal. When I explained you’ve just served us the cake and why would I spend £50 on a birthday cake just to get a £30 steak free. She then smirked at me and said I can’t do it anyway I’ll have to get the restaurant manager. I would seriously reconsider eating here again. Your waiting staff seriously need some manners when serving customers. Thank you for ruining my wife’s birthday meal.
