Vegan place with good choices. Had a wrap with fries and have been very nicely surprised. Wrap was 10/10. Fresh and tasty. Fries have been 7/10. Not very cheap but worth it.

I ordered the bbq chickn fries and was really excited and unfortunately let down to find out it is chips with nuggets on, bbq sauce and cheese, I was very disappointed as no cheese was melted and the nuggets on top was the same nuggets as I was ordering on the side even tho they was described as something else. Also it was very expensive, loaded fries, 6 nuggets and a milkshake came to £25. Will not be returning, I’ll just go to the chippy down the road and get something nicer for £7!

Don’t go for delivery as you won’t get your food. Owner was very rude and condescending and I did not swear at him as all they want is your money Avoid. Apparently the order was not taken according to just eat. If you were having issues with just eat you should have been honest and not accuse me of being abusive when all I did was dare to complain. Shame on you and your business.

Very tasty burger and chips. Couldn't fault the cooked food or service as both were amazing. It would have been a 5/5 review had the ketchup sachets been nice. Alas they weren't.

Food was amazing. My husband being a meat eater said his burger was fantastic 10/10. Definitely be back when visiting Felixstowe. Been told they are opening one in Norwich soon so regular visits from me! The gentleman that served and cooked for us was very friendly which topped off our experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You can't go wrong with Hank's Dirty Felixstowe...I enjoyed everything I ordered, and was impressed with their barbeque sauce, and hot sauce I tried too. If you're looking for a good vegan burger, and fresh fries, I'd highly recommend going here next time you're in Felixstowe. If I lived in this area of England, I'd eat at this location very often. We always have a brilliant experience here! The amazing staff always go above and beyond for us as our son has lots of allergies. They allow us to check ingredients and ensure that his food is cooked separately. I can’t recommend them enough and it is the only takeout we trust at the moment! Brilliant service and such friendly staff.

The chilli cheese fries were simply awesome! Went with my girlfriend and we both had the Hunters chicken burger and split the chilli cheese fries, and it was exactly want we were after, it was very good, tasty and the right level naughty you want in fast food. Staff were very kind and friendly. It was very busy at Felixstowe when we went and the staff were busy, so the food took a little longer to come out than expected, but nothing excessive and totally reasonable considering how busy it was. Would I go again, yes, would I reccomend to other people 100% yes

Had vegan 'chicken' and fries. Was good but fried a bit salty. The service was very friendly. I'm a meat eater usually but the 'chicken' strips were very much like chicken in flavour.

Come here with the family every time we visit Felixstowe, (once a fortnight maybe) and the service is always outstanding, and the food is always delicious. The manager (Paul, I think?) is always extremely friendly and attentive. The place is clearly very well run. I can honestly say I don't know of another establishment where you get better service. I'm gradually working my way through the whole menu! Thanks so much, and we'll be back again soon!

Great area and quality vegan food and good sized portions. We thought we'd need the extra fries but ended up taking them home. Fun location and good for kids. Even gave my lad a free cookie

Friday night, decided we needed a good dirty burger.... What a great find. Fantastic food, well prepared and tasted amazing. Rodeo burger was smokey, juicy and with the skin on fries, the best! Taggged with a box of onion rings to share, great. Will definitely be back.

Visited 24/05/23 Fantastic and great place. I ordered a burger and it was very nice. The chips are really tasty! You wouldn’t be able to tell that it wasn’t a meat burger!

The food is nice, but expensive. Very long wait times of 30+ minutes for vegan chicken and fries :( Not “fast” food!

I travel to hanks from South essex.and it's worth every mile.( Except the A12 horrible traffic) But the food is soooo good.

It was a very nice atmosphere. We sat on one of the inside tables. Unfortunately the food wasn't as great as our expectations but still worth a try. The chips were extremely salty which also affected the meal. But i would recommend going here as been previously and the food was incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Im not vegan but this food is damn good. I come here over all the other places locally and McDonald's. The food options are really good and honestly really tasty. I was skeptical with meat substitute at first but this place really changed my mind. The steak dusk on the chips I would highly recommend, soooo good.

The best vegan good I have ever had. Kebab meal was soo good, hot'n smokey burger was delicious and gluten free brownie... just no words how good (not too sweet) and chocolate was that! Good beer and vegan cheese melted just like regular. I will definitely visit again, when in England. 🇵🇱 🍻

We got there and the person said "can you come back in half an hour as Im mopping" which we found to be quite poor service, we had come to the beach purely to go to Hanks. Id of thought mopping could wait if there are customers to serve. Bur I always like Hanks food, prefer Ipswich pub though as you can dine in and friendlier staff.

We ordered 2 bacon burgers and cheesy fries. Chocolate stout and sheep shaggers beer Was told over an hour to deliver but it was much quicker. Only one minor detail. The food was Luke warm not very hot. Maybe use a thermal bag when delivering. Quite expensive. But we did enjoy. Could not afford this every day

Just stopped in for a quick bite to eat, I didn't know what to expect but had heard lots of good things about Hank's. The food was delicious and a good price. If you are vegan or veggie and want a place to eat with meat eating friends then this is perfect. I will return as soon as possible!

Nice varied options, lots to choose from! A tad on the expensive side, 2 burgers and a share chips over £20 but the experience was nice none the less. I had the Korean burger, it was awesome.

Only been 3 times here as only just moved. The burgers are absolutely fab but sadly my last lot of fries last were way overcooked and hard. It's only a small detail but at 3 quid a shot its not good. I guess I could have called you but another 50 minute wait I decided what's the point 🤔

2+ hour wait for food - We ordered food and 15 minutes later our order was cancelled, we called the restaurant and were told to place the order again as their WiFi had gone down. Order placed again and after 1.5hrs, we had to call to chase up where food was; we were told by the restaurant that the driver had left '20 minutes ago' and that the food would be delivered 'soon'. 30 minutes later and the food still had not arrived. After 4 hung-up phone-calls, we got through to be told that they could not deliver the food to us that night... The restaurant did not call to advise us that we were not getting food that night after waiting for over 2 hours. It took Deliveroo themselves to intervene and refund the order. Appalling service.

Outstanding vegan food. Menu was a delight. Kids and adults loved the food but portion sizes were bigger than we could finish. We chose a burger with a side order of chips for each of the kids and it was so much food they needed help with the chips. I didn't see the restaurant at first and thought maybe I was in the wrong spot. Walk up besides Manning's fountain and its suddenly behind you. Highly recommended.

Family in the area recommended we visit Felixstowe and the Vegan Fish and Chips, unfortunately the Fish and Chips are only available on Wednesdays and we visited on Tuesday but the choice was so big, took my ages to decide. Very accommodating for my children. Highly recommend for vegans and non vegans. My kids could not tell if the food was vegan or not! Well done to Nik and the team.

Fish and chips the fish was battered but stone cold in the middle, wanted my money back but they just made a new one felt sick after eating a bite of stone cold banana blossom didn't want more, will not be coming back

Huge vegan menu, my only issue with Hank's is I couldn't try it all. So much choice, it will take us many visits to get through the menu, which will be fun for us. They best vegan ribs I have ever had, the Big Hank looks exactly like a Big Mac and apparently tastes just like one too, going to have to try this next. We will be back.

Hank's Dirty has an extensive menu of 100% vegan dishes from burgers to ribs to fish. Good selection of drinks too. The food is so tasty and it is so refreshing to know that everything on the menu is cruelty free. 🌱💚

For a family with milk allergies this place is like food heaven. Menu is so big we had lunch here, came back for ice creams (loads of choice) and then back for dinner although struggled to eat it all. Franchise is the only word I can think of. I’d love to see more Hanks everywhere. Ribs were amazing. Big Hank burger was amazing. And ultimate burger and cheesy chips. Review doesn’t do this place justice.

I had the ribs and fries, very nice indeed. The ribs we're tender and juicy and the sauce was delicious. Lovely chunky skin on fries too. Will visit again.

I witnessed them turning an old lady away because she only had cash. (They are now card only). She had simply wanted to buy her grandson an ice cream :(
