So sad this place has closed and that The Meating Place will be soon!

Worse place I’ve ever been in Cardiff, threatening bouncers. They hate fun. I saw one bouncer being threatening towards a woman on her own, so predatory.

great basement bar, with a dark speakeasy atmosphere and good music. good selection behind the bar, especially if you like rum! The staff are excellent and know how to make a drink.

Lovely little cocktail bar, great drinks, cool atmosphere and really friendly staff. A bit expensive but totally worth it.

Excellent bar with friendly staff and cocktails that are to die for. Highly recommended, just don't miss the entrance!

Really cool basement cocktail bar. The drinks were great and the atmosphere is very cool without insisting upon itself. I love the Borderlands video games Easter eggs in the menu! We will definitely be back.

Very nice cozy place (easy to miss-which makes it so special), yeasterday me and friend went into this basement bar and its just perfect, range of alcohol, friendly staff, briliant atmosphere (with not screaming music so you can actually talk) staff was very kind and i have enjoyed time in here very well, definetly coming back soon !

Nice little place that you could easily miss and walk straight by without noticing it but that would be a real shame as it's a great , intimate place with friendly staff and good drink options 😀

Relaxing dark moody hidden cocktail bar, great service by the bar staff, who will quite happily knock up a cocktail around your preferred taste and bring it to your table.

A bar that opens at 4pm is a bar that people should know about! A basement venue with attentive staff, great cocktails and all such great pricing! £5 double Bulldog Gin until 8pm is the perfect after work beverage! Amazing place
