Pub promedio. Bastante ocupado considerando que era sábado. Personal amable. Lo único que diría es que si tienes pescado con papas fritas y no te gusta la salsa tártara, no la pidas ya que simplemente la ponen en el plato. Debería usar ramekins en su lugar.

Wir hatten mit mehreren Kolleginnen Fish and Chips zum Lunch und Weißwein dazu. Wurde schnell zubereitet und war lecker. Der Wirt war sehr freundlich und zu Scherzen aufgelegt. Helle Räume im oberen Stockwerk, wo man für Gruppen reservieren kann. Praktisch für Messen (London Book Fair z.B.)(Olympia). Direkt gegenüber dem Ausstellungsgelände. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Lovely London pub with a jovial, attentive host. Popped in for Sunday roast and what a roast it was! Huge portions, giant yorkshire puddings and lovely flavours.

We stopped in for a light dinner. Atmosphere is definitely typical pub style. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Menu was limited to just a few items. We ordered the Haddock with chips and peas. We acutely split the order which was plenty for each of us. The fish and chips were tasty.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere and staff. However the food was a let down. Chips cold, very mediocre. Came 5 mins after ordered on a Tuesday @ 3pm while only a couple of tables taken, so not sure when it was cooked. Not freshly cooked to order

I visited this pub on a couple of occasions when visiting Olympia. What a great place, the staff are so cheerful and polite even when under pressure. Beer was reasonably priced too. Well worth a visit. Didn't eat so cannot comment on the food but it looked lovely!

We enjoyed our evening. The Hand and Flower has changed hands a lot since we've lived here, and we were happy to see it's back open under new management. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, serving staff were attentive and friendly. It's ambiance isn't there yet, but that will come as it beds in.

We were looking forward to the smashed avocados advertised on the menu outside...but were told that they weren't available as that was the breakfast menu and they had forgotten to take it down. It was only 12.30 but they refused to give us what we wanted. I doubt they'd run out of avocados so this made no sense to us. So we left and had an excellent lunch two doors down at the Cafe del Mundo...where the service was good and the prices were lower.

Yesterday we came to this pub as we we do every year to have breakfast before going to The Spirit of Christmas we were greeted by an older gentleman who was so friendly polite and charismatic it made a great start to our day. Breakfast was really good. Unfortunately my daughter lost her bracelet so we re traced our steps back to the pub the guy there he got on his hands and knees and looked in the area we were sat what a great guy! You just dont get service like that anymore.

Stopped by for a couple of pints to kill some time. The ambience of this pub is good, with a nice clean interior. Service was okay, beer was good.

I ordered two main courses and two drinks and realised later when I looked at the receipt that I had been charged a 12.5% service charge on both the food and the drinks. However, there was no mention of any service charge on the menu or at the bar (I double checked the menu for this later) and the service I received was no different to that at Wetherspoons that don't add a service charge. I.e. I had to go to the bar to order, pay at time of ordering and carry the drinks back to the table myself (for which I was also charged a 12.5% service charge on the drinks!!!). Therefore, I was overcharged by £5.08 as I was not informed about the service charge and had I not asked for a receipt (one wasn't offered) I would never have known that a hidden 12.5% service charge had been added. This is at the least underhand and at the worst dishonest or illegal. The food and drinks were okay, but nothing special. If I hadn't been overcharged I may have gone back there in the future but I will never go back there now as I feel like I was robbed. I would recommend others to avoid the place and go elsewhere too.

This bar was close to our hotel in west London. Had great atmosphere, good selection of drinks and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. After visiting most days we had dinner on final night and the food was superb. We also had breakfast every day and excellent selections, all of which were delicious. Plan on trying the rooms for a stay the next time we are in London

Was staying at the Hilton nearby and popped in for Lunch on our first day in London. No kids menu but we pulled it off with the sausages and nachos and kids loved it. The fish and chips here is excellent. There is also a variety of new craft beers on tap and I always enjoy trying them out. Had two Neck Oils before jumping in taxi outside to go see London. Bus also on the doorstep. The bartender was great for helping us plan our journey. Wish I got his name to post, but nice staff all around.

I’m sure the owners will be happy with the title as this really is set up as a restaurant rather than a pub, which, if that is what your after, it’s great, but if you just want a drink it doesn’t feel like a pub, which is a shame as it’s a lovely building with a good range of beers (expensive though).

Oh my god I had the best roast I have ever had in this fullers owened pub opposite Olympia exhibition centre! Icalled THE HAND AND FLOWER had all great seasonal veg canalised red cabbage the biggest yourkshire pufding roast beef that melted in my mouth! Guys go for a Sunday roast good value a lot of beers on tap! Great place David

Just great service provided by David Atkinson and staff. At the end of a 2 day of exhibiting at Olympia had early dinner here. David really looked after us from wine suggestions to food and service. Delightful!

Popped in due the vicinity to our hotel and Olympia. We opted for fish finger sandwiches which came in good time and were well cooked. Nice for a spot of lunch London Pride was well kept.

Nice Place near Olympia, a good place for hangout to Exhibition participants at Olympi. Varieties of beers n nice ambience, food is also good.

We popped in to this little gem of a pub whilst visiting the international horse show at Olympia. I had a vegetarian linguine and my friend had fish and chips. Both meals were very nice and came out in good time. The prices were reasonable and the staff friendly. We will return!

Mi esposa y yo decidimos almorzar aquí. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados y no recomendaría este lugar para comer. Parecía que los platos intentaban ser demasiado elegantes. Las alcachofas estaban crudas y duras, la abrumadora trufa le quitó cualquier otro sabor. Los lados de las papas fritas eran pequeñas. En general, no es una gran experiencia.

Solíamos venir regularmente, vivimos alrededor. Cambió mucho en los últimos meses, de personal realmente agradable a no aceptable. El lugar no es el mismo, ya que a veces está muy lleno debido a las ferias en Olympia, para nosotros que vivimos allí, el personal lo salvó. Pero lamento decirlo, ahora es terrible en tiempos de hacinamiento y aburrido en todos los demás.

Mi esposo, mi hijo y su pareja embarazada se quedaron aquí anoche, ¡decir que me decepcionó es insuficiente! ! Reservamos dos habitaciones de lujo, estas estaban subiendo 3 tramos de escaleras, solicitamos habitaciones tranquilas debido a que nuestra pareja de hijos estaba embarazada, las habitaciones estaban sucias, los cojines de la cama tenían manchas, los azulejos de la pared del baño tenían mugre en la lechada y era necesario una buena limpieza, el dormitorio olía a humedad, PERO lo peor fueron las ventanas y el terrible ruido del tráfico, ahora vivo en una calle concurrida tan acostumbrada al ruido del tráfico, ¡pero el nivel de ruido era rico! ! ! Tenían ventanas de guillotina que obviamente estaban rotas, ya que se podía escuchar todo el tráfico y nos mantenían despiertos toda la noche. este pub está en una calle concurrida al lado de una estación de tren, así que puedes imaginar el nivel de ruido que encontramos, justo antes de que saliéramos vi una crítica con alguien más que se había quedado aquí diciendo lo mismo, el gerente había respondido diciendo ¡Están buscando nuevas ventanas el próximo año! ! Pensé que tal vez solo había una habitación que tenía este problema y pensé que tuvimos mala suerte al conseguir esa habitación, pero mi hijo tuvo el mismo problema y tampoco pudieron dormir. ! ¡Creo que es terrible cobrar tarifas de habitaciones de lujo y poner excusas diciendo que van a arreglar las ventanas! ¡NO debe cobrar tarifas por habitaciones cuando sabe que hay un problema! ! ! ¡ORDENA TUS VENTANAS! ! El desayuno no fue mejor! Definitivamente los frijoles parecían haber quedado de ayer y el tocino que pude usar como arma fue tan duro. ! Es una lástima como el pudín en una excelente ubicación para el espectáculo de exhibición de Olympia, definitivamente elige otro hotel como abundante en la zona a menos que no duermas por la noche, ¡entonces esto será perfecto! ! !

Reservé una habitación en la mano y flor con mi compañero en Londres. La habitación estaba increíblemente limpia, el baño era espacioso y el estado de la habitación era impecable. Nos alojamos en el Marmaduke como referencia, el único inconveniente (y estoy jugando aquí) es la falta de aire acondicionado, sin embargo, el hotel había proporcionado dos ventiladores que hicieron el truco. El desayuno fue absolutamente delicioso. El personal era educado y muy receptivo. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar aquí cuando planeemos viajes a Londres.

We had walked by The Hand and Flower several times while visiting. The charming exterior and the traditional menu was the catalyst for us choosing to spend our last meal in London at this local pub.Sadly, the food left much to be desired. The green lentil curry was dry, the portion very small compared to the plate full of rice, and the pie of the day was extremely salty according to my salt loving husband.The decor is lovely and the pub is quite clean. The service was mediocre and if you are looking for a true English pub experience, I would not recommend it for a meal. Stopping in for a drink perhaps.

Pubben har en fin beliggenhed, men endnu et sted ramt af sur betjening og dårlig mad oplevelse. Fish and Chips ikke op til nogen form af standard. Høj pris for lille fisk og 12 pommes, mushy peas blev til en teske fuld. Altid noget der var ok øl på hanen, men det var en dyr oplevelse for meget lidt!!Bring on Ramsay!!

Avant tout, il faut rappeler que cet établissement est d'abord un Pub. Le service st donc celui d'un Pub, pas d'un restaurant. Commande au bar, serviettes en papier, etc. Je recherchais un déjeuner rapide à coté du parc expo Olympia, donc ça ne m'a pas du tout dérangée. Le Fish & chips était délicieux et le sticky pudding mémorable, miam miam. Le tout servi rapidement et accompagné d'une bonne bière anglaise. Tarifs raisonnables. Une bonne adresse !

Desayunamos por estar en el hotel. Genial. Huevos benedictinos,huevos royal, desayuno inglés completo ... Lo malo es que no pudimos cenar porque no nos dejaron con niños.

Camas de buena calidad, ropa de cama en habitaciones estilo boutique encima de un pub justo enfrente de Olimpia y un corto viaje en autobús al centro de Londres hasta Aldwych y Victoria. El desayuno era excelente y en abundancia. El único inconveniente fue que no había ascensor, aunque afortunadamente nuestra habitación solo subía dos tramos de escaleras. Definitivamente lo volvería a utilizar para un breve descanso, pero tal vez el sitio web debería dejar claro que no sería adecuado para cualquier persona con problemas de movilidad.

Un atuendo perezoso, que se beneficia de estar frente al Olympia Exhibition Center. Yo estaba allí para la Feria del Libro de Londres. Fui a la Mano y Flor para un almuerzo tardío, cuando estaría menos ocupado. Pedimos un plato sencillo. Tomó 40 minutos en llegar, a pesar de los tres recordatorios, sin disculpas y luego supo horrible. El hecho de que esté en una posición privilegiada no significa que deba brindar un servicio impactante y una mala comida. Este atuendo claramente no tiene orgullo en lo que hacen. Caro también: la cerveza es casi 6 la pinta. Mucho, mucho mejores alternativas a 5 minutos a pie.

Fuimos allí dos veces. El pub fue embestido! Normalmente es un signo de popularidad, pero cuando fuimos a pedir nuestra cerveza, descubrimos que el único valiente / portero que tenían era Guinness. Eso no constituye un pub con un buen menú de ale. Aún peor fue el hecho de que cuando regresamos al día siguiente se habían quedado sin Guinness. ¡Muy pobre!

It’s quite nice ”pub level” restaurant but it’s more it’s more peaceful than the most of pubs in London.

I have walked past this pub / hotel a number of times and it's a lovely building. I took 2 of my team on a thank you lunch today, good selection of beers, wine list OK, loved the menu, proper pub food, we opted for the fish and chips, it was OK, nothing better, unfortunately. The batter was as thick as a pavement, chips were very disappointing. That said, the ladies behind the bar were superb, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, I'm am disappointed not to be able to give this lovely pub a higher rating, great location, great service, really good prices, just the food lacking that extra but. I would go back to see if this was just a one off.

El restaurante estaba recomendado por nuestro conserje del hotel, ya que estaba en la calle del hotel. Es un típico pub inglés, con asientos cómodos y un buen ambiente. El servicio era muy bueno y rápido, y la comida era excelente!

This welcoming pub is immediately opposite the Olympia Exhibition Centre so attracts a wide range of locals, tourists, and Exhibition visitors. That made for a very interesting selection of customers. The beer was (as usual with Fullers) very well kept.

We were just spending a few days in London and wanted something other than scones and pastries. We spotted Hand and Flower as we were on the 9 bus one day and decided to give it a try. Although we found it was a bit overpriced, the food was great. I ordered the eggs benedict and my husband ordered the full English breakfast. We were both very satisfied enough to come back the next day for the same exact thing. I do recommend if you're looking for a nice breakfast in a quiet setting.

Great choice of beers and good food. Was quite busy downstairs but we were at a private function upstairs so wasn't as bad. Nice to go for a quick beer after visiting Olympia

Typical London pub. Good menu. Beef sandwich excellent with plenty of tender warm beef with tasty horseradish gherkins and watercress. Good service and reasonable prices. Decor looking a bit tired and table tops need refurbishment. Clean toilets.

Vinimos a Olimpia para reunirse con los amigos en la poca de convenciones no tan muerto, tienen grandes expectativas cuando fuimos a lo que era, que alguien familiarizado con Olympia, el mejor lugar buscando el almuerzo a poca distancia más fácil fuera de la Convención. Fue concurrida y animada, pero por suerte conseguimos una mesa enseguida y disfrutamos leyendo el menú, que había sido escrito con un tema zombie. Creativa y divertida - sobresaliente :) pedimos cuatro hamburguesas con varios ingredientes, así como las bebidas usuales, y el servicio del bar era amable y comprometido. Algunas de la cerveza negra y grifos habían acabado, es una pena, pero está claro que estaban teniendo un día ajetreado, así que tuve que ceder. No hay problema. Llegamos absolutamente a las hamburguesas tiempo razonable y eran de los mejores, más húmedas, hamburguesas sabrosas que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo. Como alguien que ama hamburguesas gourmet, puedo decir que incluso hamburguesas gourmet son demasiado a menudo cocidas. No son estas. Eran impresionantes. I have used this pub on occasions when I visit Olympia but until my recent visit, have not eaten there.

Across road from Olympia the busy pub has had a fresh make over .the new set up offers a much brighter space with the layout of the tables much improved .even the access to the bar is better .good array of beers and wines on offer .did not eat as all tables were full .a good sign .

Friendly local pub with a nice atmosphere and fresh food and drink options. I would have liked it even more if there were TV screens to watch football, but others would probably not !

Primera vez en la mano y flores en un número de años, y resultó ser un lugar perfecto para una tarde domingo, especialmente en un frío y húmedo día de enero! El personal era amable y servicial, la selección de cervezas nos permitió probar algunas cervezas que no habíamos encontrado antes, y la comida era fantástica - buen tamaño raciones de alta calidad. Mi esposa que calculamos el budín de yorkshire acompañó fue el mejor cordero asado de ella he probado.

Cerca de donde nos alojamos y un lugar concurrido cuando frecuentábamos. Gran variedad de cervezas. Buen servicio cuando nos fuimos.

El título lo dice todo. . El café estaba frío y panecillos tostados más allá de reconocimiento eran! Cuando nos quejamos de la añeja granola (que era un minúsculo teaspoonful cantidad de yogur sencilla y unos uvas) la camarera ni siquiera disculparse sino sighed y ofreció un reembolso como si es un aparición regular. No nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos, el servicio era bastante desagradable y antipático. No me gustaría volver.

Returning from Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park it was a treat to enjoy decent drinks and rosemary chips at a reasonable price. Excellent service. Only downside was they'd run out of Damson porter!

This pub has a good selection of beers and an adequate pub food menu. Service was pretty good considering that we visited during the height of the lunch hour. You need to order your food at the bar.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and had fish and chips and a lovely glass of wine. It was quite and a lovely place to chill out. I have been here on a Friday night and it's so packed.Jessica served us she was so lovely and friendly.

I didn't have a chance to try their food just yet, but I occasionally pop in for a couple of pints, and I gotta admit, the service is very awesome, the bar staff is very attentive, and the prices are reasonable. good selection of wines and ales.

We had a 2 course meal, which was excellent. The starter of soup was extremely nice, followed by a main course of fish & chips, which was really nice.The staff, provided a very good service, & were helpful & pleasant to deal with. Prices were very reasonable.

Lovely Saturday lunch following visit to Olympia exhibition centre. Very good value and excellent food. Nice atmosphere in a traditional environment. Food and drink very tasty and good value. Variations can be made on request I.e swap bread for a wrap etc.Didn't feel rushed to leave so able to finish at leisure. Would definitely return if in the area again.

I went to a private corporate event upstairs in this place. Classic pub decor and atmosphere. Good service. Limited food available, pretty good, not too expensive.

Ate here twice with colleagues, as we where exhibiting at Olympia.Both times the food was very good and everyone enjoyed it. The staff were all very polite and very friendly.Definitely worth giving it a go.

We went here for lunch after an exhibition at Olympia across the road. It took at least 15 minutes to get served at the bar, there was no queue, just a lack of staff and those that we saw moved rather slowly. There is a decent selection of beers for a London pub, but the wines didn't inspire us. The food was , I had a sweet potato, spinach, nuts and feta salad; it was supposed to be warm but wasn't quite, my friend had a fallafel wrap which was very average.

This pub is a great place to have a good pub meal and some drinks. Great atmosphere in the evening and well located to the Hilton over the road and Olympia. Go with the burger great value and a good feed. They have a function room upstairs that is excellent if you are wanting to put on a drinks reception after a show at Olympia.

Visited in the early evening for a family meal. Service was friendly and the food was fair enough - the skin on the cod was a surprise in the fish and chips, but I gather this is not uncommon in London. What really boggled my mind was the state of affairs when it came to ale/beer in what has the appearance of a somewhat traditional pub. Knowing I can get a very good craft IPA just about anywhere in the world, I asked if they had a good bitter on tap. (It's possible this makes me an obvious geezer...) The person behind the bar seemed a bit lost and looked at some of the alco pops on display, and on the second try recommended a Sierra Nevada, which is fine, but far from local. Later, I asked another bar tender what porters they had. (The wall decor proudly exclaims "PORTERS".) He pointed to the bottles of port lined up behind the bar. "No, the traditional dark ale." was met with a suggestion to try the London Pride. If this is representative of the position of traditional domestic brews in general, that's a sad thought. For the Hand, the question remains whether they were just off their game this evening, or if this is just how it's supposed to be.

We were advised to try Fish and Chips while in London. We did and it was great! atmosphere was relaxed and staff helpful.

My husband and I were visiting the Ideal Home exhibition and passed this great looking pub that offered delicious breakfast options so we decided to grab a bite . Really attractive decor nice girl we ordered breakfast with . The coffee we were served was stone cold . We asked them to reheat it but they could not do this as it comes directly cold out of the machine. We were given a refund but we waited for our breakfast none the less . After nearly 40 mins we decided to leave . The girl who took our order said it was ready so we waited another 5 minutes . What was served up was 1 piece of black burnt toast with 1 rubbery scrambled egg failing to cover the black mass underneath ! It was honestly shocking . On the table next to us a woman was eating an eggs Benedict type of breakfast and pulled out a thick long hair from her food . she was almost sick . We refused to accept the food and the waitress was fine about it gave us a full refund and said "I don't blame you " . This would have cost us £19 ! We walked a bit further down the road went into a cheap but cheerful cafe had excellent coffee 2 bacon baguettes for £10 !Avoid this place like the plague ! Nice staff diabolical chef ! Stick to what you know alcohol !

Met my wife for an unexpected lunch - she surprised me at work one day - and was pleasantly surprised with the fayre here. Busy pub downstairs with much quieter bright airy dining room upstairs.Fish-and-chips-and-bangers-and-mash later ... we were happy campers !!

After visiting the ideal home show, we needed food! Two great cooked fish and chips and a vegetarian wellington with all the trimmings - delicious. Nice decor, great atmosphere and attentive service. Will dine here again

Nice clean typical London pub although although decor a bit drab. Morning coffee whilst waiting for Olympia to open. Good tasting coffee served at the table. Tables not too close together. Impressed so went back for snack lunch. Well cooked tasty steak and Stilton sandwich with large portion of nice chips. Does breakfast until late and has good menu. Fullers London Pride beer very tasty and at right temperature. A good refuge for those waiting for Olympia to open rather than wait in the cold!

Went for lunch after the Ideal home show. Was busy but we managed to get a table as another group was leaving.However nobody came to take the dirty plates and glasses and there were empty plates and dirty glasses on two tables next to us too. We all ordered and still nobody came to tidy up so our group and two couples next to us, all took the previous guests dirty dishes to the bar so we could sit without stinky plates in our noses. Quite impossible to get the attention of the servers...Also service at the bar slow. Three people there and looks like they're doing something but nobody is really being served.Annoying things out of the way. Falafel wrap was delicious and decent sized. My chicken and chorizo pie was shy on the chorizo but tasty,as was the mash. My friend ordered fish&chips and got some bacon stuck to the bottom of the fish. What??And another friend ordered buttermilk chicken burger which looked and smelled burnt but when she asked to be replaced, was told that that's the way it comes because of the spices. She was offered to order a different meal. Her new order (beef burger) took about 20min to arriveSo all in all, a lovely looking place, a convenient location and decent food but let down by (un)cleanliness and poor service (which is really half the experience)

heading here for a drink on St Patricks night after booking into the Hilton Olympia opposite. Nice pint a Guinness but Fullers London Pride missed the mark. Food was very good, loved the triple cooked chips.

Traditional old Pub ideally situated when visiting OlympiaOn a Saturday lunchtime it was buzzing and bursting at the seams However, the staff seemed oblivious to the noise and seeming chaos around them, and were amazingly helpful and very efficientThe Pub food was of a high standard, excellently cooked, for eg. my pittas were stuffed with really crisp falafel and a variety of shredded salad, very good taste and textureThere was also a good range of beers and other drinksAltogether a great vibe and a great lunch

Decent selection of beers and ciders on tap. Menu was pretty good with very good burgers. Quite noisy when full and was tough to hear companions when talking. Safe

While in London my friends and I frequented this pub a lot-partially for convenience as it was just down the road from our hotel, but it sort of became our unofficial hangout too. The upstairs room is spacious, offering a variety of options from tables to large cushy lounge chairs. The food is amazing. We ordered the fish and chips twice and it was easily enough food to feed two people. On our last night there I had the salmon which was just delightful and my friend had the fried chicken sandwich which was precariously stacked like a tower but altogether scrumptious as well. Definitely a great spot to meet up with friends for a drink or just a fun place to go and people watch for the exhausted tourist!

Visited here for breakfast a few days ago. Upon arrival wasn't greeted and unsure of how service worked hung around middle of eatery until a lady shouted at me from across the bar to just find a table and order at the bar, this in itself is fine, but the manner I was spoken to in was not. After taking a seat at one of the only set tables, I was disappointed to find the table was sticky and had glass marks let on the table.Food was fairly priced for London. And most of all food was fantastic! I opted for avocado on toast and even though I waited 20 minutes (I was only person in the place!) it was actually worth it! Compliments to the chef!

This is a typical pint and chips bar. Seating rustic but comfortable, bar staff smiley and efficient but it's nothing special. Wine by the bottle ok, range of beers and bar snacks ok, it won't set your pulse racing but it hits the mark.

Great place to meet with froiends after a trade fair at London Olympia! Friendly staff, cozy environment.

Been here several times before and as it was Rugby showing on TV there was nowhere to sit. Upstairs was open so tried that for the first time. Like being in the Arctic and should have gone somewhere else. But we didn't. Fish and chips not brilliant. Batter uncooked in places and chips hard. Pork belly OK but nothing special. Vegetables raw. Not sure we will be rushing back but have to say the Rose wine was excellent

Well positioned especially for Olympia. Busy pub with good vibe. Staff were friendly but the food was average at best.

We loved this pub, just down the street from the Hilton Olympia, we'd duck in here after a full day of being tourists and enjoy a meal or just a couple of pints. Had the best Scotch Egg here of any I tried in London, the people are friendly and the atmosphere very nice.

Very friendly welcome from young American barmaid who was very knowledgeable about the ales and offered tasters before deciding what to order. Nice atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. Well worth a visit.

We had our office xmas party here on the 9th Dec and it was AWFUL! We paid £38 each for undercooked, cold or still frozen food. We all thought it was rubbish and agreed to never use it again. Shame in Fullers!

Food was reasonable however there are better establishment in the area. Drink selection average. Service quick and correct.

Standard array of sandwiches for a Fullers pub, served with chips and salad, so one was enough for two people. Decent Guinness and not overpriced for the area. Lacks atmosphere and not enough staff serving behind the bar.

Lovely venue close by Olympia, good ambience, busy and characterful with a nice selection of food and drink. Has rooms and does breakfast but shame not on Sunday's else we would have tried.Beer half the price of the Hilton over the road!!

Drinks superb - London Pride kept well and fabulous wine by the glass on offer - can highly recommend the house chardonnay - smooth rich and complex. By the time we left just after 1.20pm it was pretty busy and no tables available. Typical pub grub and order at bar, no waitress service which was fine by me wouldn't expect this in a pub. We shared a Fish finger sandwich and Chicken and chorizo sandwich - both very fresh and tasty. Food in my opinion could be improved by offering a choice of bread - only white ciabatta on offer so I left half mine. Food arrived within 8 mins of ordering. would return.

This was my second stay at the Hand and Flower for business. Lovely rooms with great decor, fantastic food (I can recommend the fish and chips), clean, great facilities with the coffee machine and toiletries plus this time I had a family room which even had a Playstation.I stay a lot in the Hammersmith area and have been in some shockers...this is a lovely hotel!
