I never leave reviews but this time I've had enough. 3rd time in a row I have had issues ordering from here, twice late and once they missed my order completely off the system and closed. Today they didn't respond to my request for an update so I had to call them, even then it was 5 times before someone picked up. Was told my order was just dispatched even though it was due 30 mins beforehand at the latest, a poor excuse was provided. If you're not hungry and have hours to wait then the food is good, the service is poor. Ignore the estimated delivery time.

I ordered the 18 piece of sushi and it was expensive but usually sushi is: but that sushi was not good quality- the rolls were good size but everything else was very thin and small and i think not fresh because the salmon was dry and sticking to everything. I was really disappointed as I have ordered from them before and it wasn’t like thay. 38 pounds on a meal that was small.

Waited a long time as it was for delivery for the driver to not follow my very clear instructions

ordered at 8.30 Still no food at 10. Basically too late to eat. What a waste of time and money. When the food finally came the “hot” dishes where stone cold and the dip had opened in the box and spilled all over everything. Very disappointed.

Food was alright, fish was fresh, but it wasn’t the seasoned sushi rice!

I'm extremely disappointed, we received no curry sauce with our katsu curry order. Usually hana are brilliant and our go to take out.

This was wonderful food and we would order again.

The food is delicious. The portions are small and expensive😩. But I will not order again until is more accessible for average people 😕

Delivery was efficient and on time (we ordered via just eat) and the sushi was very good - and very reasoably priced.

Order management was poor. Address on the receipt was wrong.

Sushi, tobiko & domburi excellent, chicken skewers tasty & succulent, prawn tempura light, crispy & fresh, seafood gyoza outstanding, duck rolls good though we would have preferred hoisin over chilli sauce. Couple of items were incorrect hence lost a star for service, but absolutely will order again.

I’ve ordered from here before and it’s been good - but even though I pre ordered for later it was still 20 minutes late. They also forgot the main/most expensive dish in my order, the food is good but the service isn’t.

The staff were very sweet. Food was nice and hot. Delivery chap was lovely.

Wow, this place is awesome. I think I found my new sushi spot! Sustainable packaging is a big plus and the food is insanely high quality. Totally worth the price, actually a bargain. Will definitely be ordering again!

1 hour late on a Wednesday night is just not ideal. Sushi was just ok. A real shame. They’ve been good before.

Food was very late, when I telephoned to ask where it was the person that answered the phone was very abrupt and I was told it had left already and was on its way, I live 10mins from the restaurant, it arrived 45 minutes after my phone call. When it eventually arrived the food was cold! What was edible was enjoyable and probably would of been better if it had arrived warm/hot!

Waited 2 hours and the food never showed up. Had to chase JE for a refund a week later.

You can tell the food is fresh and made just when you order it. Good portion and good quality food. Only thing would be that there is only one soy sauce provided even if you order quite large meal, other than that, definitely recommend.

For delivery Sushi this isn't bad at all. Portions are good and the food is fresh, perhaps some of the pricing is a little off in places but overall it's a decent option.

Horrible. Never order...many better shops around the area. Cheaper and faster. I tried for the 3 rd and last time. I give up. Awful sushi too.

Rolls were fresh and large. The thick rolls had a bit too much rice for my taste, but the hosomaki had the most fish I've ever had in that type of roll. Wasabi didn't taste right, but everything else was fabulous, particularly for the price. Will be ordering again.

Really good quality sushi, would definitely recommend. We ordered a mixed platter for 3-4 people: it was a good selection and definitely enough food. The rice was nicely cooked and seasoned, with generous slices of fish. Also, it was delivered at the right temperature, rather than fridge-cold.

I found it a bit expensive but portions are good and worth the price. Nice food. Veg tempura soup was a too salty (for my taste) but i did finished it. Curry chicken was perfect!

Really excellent quality - you don't necessarily expect it for Japanese takeaway food. The Agedashi tofu is excellent! Would be great to have more donburi options and veggie curry.

delivery allowed someone to let him into the building and came knocking on my apartment door. unacceptable should have rang the bell. didn’t even explain himself just stood there and I had to ask him how he got in. not professional at all.

Sushi was complety awful, the rice was hard look like the rice was made yesterday and also I ordered 1 hour in advance and arrived late.

Rice weren't all that and small portion of not so crispy chicken and not worth the money in my opinion. and taste was average... Chicken noodles were a bit too slimy and I just didn't rate it and the goyu dumplings were not worth what we paid... Spent a total of nearly £21.00 and not even a free drink or prawn crackers which is Standard giveaway items and have been for years now at most chinese establishments.....

all round rubbish to be honest. started by the food arriving a lot earlier than stated. the delivery man didn’t ring the doorbell, the. phoned me saying he was downstairs. when I arrived downstairs to collect the food he was walking away from the house and I had to call him back.?? portions were tiny and poorly made. they gave us one set of chopsticks for two people. barely any wasabi or ginger. generally this restaurant is awful. discount supermarket sushi is better. please close down and do something else with your time.

Dumplings and crispy squid were fantastic and sushi platter a great variety of delicious sushi. Whole meal was delicious.

The food didn't arrive at all. They gave my food away to some random people near my house. I rang them fifteen minutes after my order and they accused me of trying to cheat the system. I wasn't home yet, so they sent their driver back to my house who went on to have a go at my mother. I tried to sort things out through JustEat but they refused to send give us a refund or a full voucher for the money spent. Disgusting service.

the delivery went to a completely incorrect address in another area: I had to wait for them to find the correct address and then bring the food to me.

Delicious food but squid was very oily sadly. The sushi is always exceptional. Yum!

It’s not my first time ordering from Hana and it certainly won’t be the last!!! The sushi were fresh and tasty, as always. If I were to be picky, I could say that the rice was falling apart a little for the inside out rolls and wasn’t quite cooked to perfection, but regardless the sushi were delicious!

The fish was not very fresh. I've ordered yellowtail and it's was disgusting!!! The fish stink.

the sushi was smelly that we could not even eat it. I would not recommend for anyone to spend your money there.
