Not gonna order anymore Uber food delivered in 1.5 hour cold pizzas spend 20£ , waist of money, just checked food hygiene rating 1 !!!! Dirty 🤢

Waited 30 minutes for a pizza despite there not being other customers.

Really disappointing; avoid! Sadly I would say it was a waste of money and SO much time. Some lowlights: 1. We ordered for collection of two small pizzas and arrived 15 minutes after the call, yet they only then started to make them. 2. No space; can barely fit in the queue of people waiting out the ridiculous waiting times. 3. Man on the counter was rude, almost looked miserable, only seemed to wake up when some group of guys came in and spoke to him in his 1st language, at which point he ignored us and other customers to chat to them. 4. When pizzas were ready for customer besides me who also came for collection, the server just ignored her for a few minutes before handing her the pizza. Similarly, our 2 pizzas were done and were there behind him yet he waited a good few minutes taking other customer orders rather than just handing us our pizzas first so that we could go. 5. He did not hand our order (just 2 small pizzas, some wings, pieces and fries) to us until he had served his buddies and regulars on the side, despite the fact that ours was ready and we had now been waiting 20 minutes since arriving and waiting before many other customers. 6. Although we told him it was takeaway, he stuffed 2 pieces, 4 wings and fries into a very small box which then couldn't be closed (pictured). 7. He left the non-closable box, another small box with 6 wings and the 2 small pizza boxes there on the counter and with no words went off to the side to go about his personal business. After a few seconds, rudely asked what else we need, at which I asked him if he has a bag. He gave us a very small bag which could barely fit anything inside, when I noticed this, he scoffed and remarked that this is why he didn't give me a bag. I asked him for any tissues, at which he scoffed again and said aggresively, "don't worry I give you everything", then he threw onto the counter some tissues and loads of salt and pepper packets. 8. Despite everything, the food was simply decent, nothing more. Nothing special or unique, abit less than the average chicken shop. Very bad experience. The only plus-side is that it's super cheap and yet the experience is so bad that we STILL felt it was a waste of money.

Ordered via uber eats food was good. However recieved no sauce otherwise rating would of been higher.

The chips are absolutely The worst. No taste, not Even a bit of a flavour, absolutely rubbish. AVOID , AVOID ,AVOID .

The chicken & chips were good, but the waiting time was long & the takeaway packaging was poor.

My first time at izza Hot 4 You Woolwich and I really enjoyed the pizza. It was super fresh, the crust was not greasy and had a nice crunch.

It was the best pizza I have had in a long time, there was plenty of toppings on the pizza and it was cooked to perfection.

Absolutely awful. I ordered wings, chicken chips and 1/4 pounders for two. Took an hour and a half to arrive. I bit into the chicken and water squirted out. The chicken was tasteless. Terribly seasoned and not cooked enough. I couldn't eat it. The wings- bland. The one star is for the chips. The food was dreadful. AVOID!!!

Maybe I just went there on a bad day but it was just very mid. Pizza was decent but fries were stale, fried chicken was bleh. Felt the food wasn’t handled with passion or love, granted it is a fast food shop but still, very underwhelming

Firstly, I would like to share my thoughts about this take away shop. They have amazing staff, friendly and quick service. The staff are very polite and listens to the customer at all times. Secondly, the food tastes absolutely delicious and mouth watering, I have been coming here a lot and the experience gets better every time. They do great pizza, burgers, fries and other fast food options available. Finally, I recommend this place if you live around the area, pop in, get great service and food that tastes heavenly.

Chicken fillet burger is not a fillet. It is a frozen chicken burger probably get 10 pieces in a pack for £2. Pizza is OK

Ordered after reading the positive reviews, Don’t waste your money or time! Never seen customer service worse than this. The receptionist is very rude, the food is mediocre & the delivery times even worse! Will not be ordering here again!

Tried making a telephone order but the receptionist got aggressive, screamed and DROPPED the phone on me.BEWARE the website prices are only for small(which is not stated on their website) so if you call to order, the prices are increased automatically and if you dare to inquire why, the RECEPTIONIST gets angry and very rude!Screamed well if you don't say you want a small I assume its a large! Their website states one price without specifying if large or small so i had no idea. Completely horrified, the WORST customer service and very rude receptionist.There is never an excuse to cut the phone while a customer is speaking. Never Again!

I have ordered a pizza and waited about 2 hours de get it delivered, first time I called the restaurant they lied by saying that the food was delivered long time ago, second time I called after waiting 45 min they were telling me that they don't have drivers to collect the same order that they said was already in delivery, also the pizza arrived cold, very unprofessional

Unprofessional staff. You go there and no one will notice you for a minute. The staff is always chatting in groups. Sometimes sitting on a kitchentop or the preparation table. No gloves or any sanitisation practices are being followed. Anyone can touch your food. And anyone can touch anything. Will never eat here. Will never be able to unsee what I saw.

I’ve used this place a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed, the pizzas are gorgeous and ‘clean’ tasting, no excess oil and lovely and crispy base.

The food is amazing, sweet and sour balls are exactly the way I imagined them to be. Collected food on both occasions (twice in 3 days)...highly recommend. Good value too 😊

I placed an order for 4 of us, all fairly hungry and all quite greedy, was told 45 mins to an hour, after an hour and 10 mins I called to be told that they hadn't even started our food!! Got lot's of apologies but they don't fill your belly, cancelled-terrible shame but through their own neglect ON A TUESDAY we will not bother with these again
