I can never fault this place. Very polite staff, freshly made food for the naughty nights when the diet goes out of the window. We go go every week, and it's always been fast, fresh, tasty and warm. I'd missed the chips off my order, and because we are regulars the manager sent them for free. Honestly, they are amazing, we never use anywhere else. Currys, kebabs, etc, all great value. Thank you Hamza's.

We were recommended to Hamza by a friend who lives in trentham. order our food, no problems. Waited 1 hour for delivery and nothing. Ring the shop went to voicemail. Got a call back and asked where my order was. Was advised they don’t deliver to Newcastle but we tried to ring you as the driver had to turn back. 1) if you don’t deliver to Newcastle you need to change your website 2) you did not ring me to advise 3) why has your driver turned back if the Food is made? 4) your operative asked if we wanted it remade and delivered in an hour but the changed his mi d, not good enough. Now we’ve waited 1 hour 20 mins for food we ordered early. Fuming. GET GONE

My life has changed since I was told about this nawty little place. Gone up a trouser waist size since & I’m not even ashamed about it. Then I discovered they have their own app to order from... dangerous.

Waited over an hour an ten minutes too ring them for them to say my address came up the other side of Weston coyney even tho when the driver came back it was the same car that pulled down the road half an hour ago so they lied and bought me an hour old pizza

These guys are friendly, efficient and great value for money. Their fried chicken is wonderful. Wouldn’t recommend the curries even though they’re ok, just not as good a the fried chicken which is standout better than anywhere else hands down. Good portion size and good location. Highly recommend.

delivery driver was rude and there was very little food for the amount paid . very disappointing.

please don’t order from here if u want hot food and don’t waste a call to explain order 45 mins late and cold all you get and I quote “sorry about that I will let someone know” . save your money order from someone who cares even if it’s late!!!

The first delivery arrived with an half the order missing so had to wait for the 2nd order, there was items missing from that one so a 3rd delivery was sent which is why the food was so late arriving.

Over an hour late. charged an extra £1. No mayonnaise on wedges. No can of pop. Pizza was nice though.

The food was excellent and delivered to us piping hot. I was amazed at the speed of delivery - we were initially given a 45 minute waiting time - the food was delivered in about 35 minutes and we live about 4 miles away from the premises. Could fault it.

15 minutes late but isn’t really a problem due to weather!! Pizza box had caved in on the pizza so took all the topping on the pizza. Asked for wedges and got chips. Doner meat greasy. The can of Pepsi wasn’t bad tho.

Order was late. Called the shop and heard somebody shout "tell him it's on the way" when it arrived was stone cold and had to reheat.

Some of my order was missing and when rang I was told they would drop the missing items off having paid the driver full price , the items never arrived

rogan josh was way too hot compared to what we normally have from the same place. ordered over £20 of food and no free coke as advertised.i asked driver where the coke was ?he said nothing was on receipt😔.quite disappointed

Second time this week we have enjoyed our food from here but we were charged £1 for delivery when order was over £10 hence only 3* for service

the food was nice however ordered a vegetable dish for a vegan and a chicken curry was delivered. when I called I was told that they did not do vegetable curry they then decided that they did and advised that it would be delivered within 15 mins they collected the chicken dish and delivered the vegetable dish after 20/25 mins

Completely disappointed in my order, I ordered my usual witch is normally the mega boneless, with the chicken nuggets, pop pop chicken, and chicken strips but the strips were just awful, they have changed strips completely they are not what the use to be and the chicken nuggets tasted like fish, the only thing that was alright was the pop pop chicken. I hope the restaurant can change this and go back to the way they were making the strips if nothing changes then I will not be ordering again from here as food it taste awful. Please do summit about this and go back to the old recipe and the way you were cooking the chIcken.

The food was awful. I ordered a calzone pizza with chicken, mushrooms, and pepperoni, and ended with all 3 and really weird thin green peppers also. The chicken was hard, and I can't really complain about the pepperoni. There was hardly any cheese placed on the pizza. At least 50% of the cheese was missing, and to top it all off a lot of the cheese had a funny colour. PLEASE, DON'T ORDEE FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Ordered fried rice without onions even put it in caps and they delivered rice with extra onions, I've ordered from here many times and they always seem to mess the order up, even small orders with just three items.. it took them over an hour just to redeliver the rice without onions by the time it got here the food was cold, I've ordered an egg cheese burger in the past and everytime I get it it's just a normal burger.. they tried to charge me an extra £1 for delivery when on here it says £10.50 and they tried charging me £11.50.. won't be ordering from here again, useless..

On this occasion I decided to collect my meal after pre ordering it,I found the premises very clean with a lot of staff all exceedingly polite,I had a short wait but this was worth it as the food was lovely and piping hot.

We have ordered food numerous times from these guys and gradually the food quality has declined the shami kebabs were tasty but rather dry and overcooked i asked for a medium strength curry but it was so hot i couldnt enjoy the flavours it was agonisingly spicy so i ended up leaving the main dish and the chicken was rather hard as in texture and very dry the only thing that was nice was the poppadoms and the nan bread our patience are wearing thin

Half an hour late! When we phoned to complain they were very rude and tried to make us pay again. When food arrived it was squashed in their packaging and was cold, at best luke warm. The fries werent cooked properly. Total rubbish!!

The food is always great, but they can't read your order properly unfortunately. Nearly every time I order, something comes wrong. Simple things like giving chicken tikka instead of chicken. Missing pineapple off a pizza. Not putting salt, vinegar, mayo on your order etc. It's such a shame as the taste and quality food is really good

The food was half cold my partners chips and cheese the cheese was like it was made and just left to harden, my pizza was hard too the cheesy garlic bread was cold
