The restaurant was rather quiet the evening we visited. The food is reasonably priced and not outstanding. There is a well priced wine list. The staff make up for all of it.

Last night I went to Batterfly for takeaway fish and chips. Although there is another chippy nearer to my home it is impossible to better Abdul's cooking. The love and care that Denise and Abdul put into their food is beyond comparison. I had Cod and it was cooked to perfection - as always! The fish is poached in a very light batter and the chips were just on the edge of crispy. Wonderful! What would we do without you! C&MK
