Halloumi Express in Birmingham

Very disappoint, this place use to be great but this visit the chips were cold and hardly cooked, and the most disappointing that there was hardly any meat on the order, for amount it cost, you guys need to do better, we won’t becoming back sorry to say

I have ordered online from this restaurant many times. The last few orders have been very disappointing. The portion size has been laughable. I thought I would give them another go. I order the mixed gyros in a Cypriot Pitta. In the past this has come heaving with salad and meat and chips just like the picture on the menu, this order looks like a child portion, small pitta hardly any meat or salad. Very disappointed, I really like the food from here but the price for what you get now is no longer reasonable. I also ordered a chicken gyros salad for work tomorrow and I can’t see much salad. I wish I could find my photos of what the food used to look like.

The food was great I ordered Cypriot meal it was very delicious.Friendly staff I will definitely come back again here..

Very friendly staff with my little kids , and really good food and service . Ordered a vegetarian meal ,very large portions of everything .Food was very delicious

i went today at hallioumi express , they welcomed me with very posotive energy , the service was very great and fast , i ordered halloumi grill , greek salad , tsaziki ,chips and some chichken souvlaki , it was in very larg portions . i definitely will go again !!!

Asked for no salad on my chicken gyros wrap and found salad in it. Told the lady working and she said she needed to see all the other orders (which had been eaten as I didn’t eat mine straight away). When I arrived back there to show them my wrap and get a refund they said there was only a tiny bit of salad in it and that I was “not telling the truth so I don’t deserve a refund”. They said when they are making sandwiches sometimes the salad falls into the sauce? And that’s where it had come from. I ended up getting a refund but the attitude of one of the ladies was straight unprofessional accusing me of lying when she had literally seen the lettuce in my wrap but Cus there wasn’t “a lot” apparently I was lying. Shame cus the food looked nice until I bit into a piece of salad.

Halloumi express used to be great- not ordered for a while but the food was cold, meat hard and dry and not particularly flavoursome. Chips were cold and soggy and the whole meal was a great disappointment to be honest. I don’t often order takeaway so when I do I look forward to. There are much better places to get takeaway
