Stayed a,few nights in march while visiting family, beautiful hotel, it seemed that all the staff were new and were receiving on the job training at the time, hoqever this had no negative effects all the staff were very obliging,pleasant and helpful, i advised them i was disabled when booking and couldnt use a bath and needed a shower only they provided a huge room withwalk in shower for me, food was excellent as were thefacilities, 2 pools and a leisurecentre, although sadly i couldnot use them the hotel is not,cental but taxi's are,very reasonably priced and,bus service is reliable, i can recommend this hotel very highly, i will certainly stay again, it takes dogs too

I am shocked at the reviews left for this hotel Me & my daughter have been coming here for many years we have never ever had a issue here! The hotel is always clean & we always look Forward to coming here for 1 week in the Easter holidays & our regular 2 week stay every single summer. The staff are great & we love the dinner/ lunch menu Your a stones throw from the beach What more can you ask for ? Also I have stayed in every single 4 star hotel on the Bournemouth beach front I do find this hotel our favourite.

We stayed here for one night break. Not impressed!! Staff hard to understand at times. Apart for the young lady on the reception, she was very friendly and helpful! Room, cold, very dated, and tatty. Sofa was worn a dirty looking. Shower head didn’t stay up and had to hold it. Food bland! Bed old a hard. Definitely not worth the money we paid then had to pay another £10 for parking!! Stayed in far better hotels in Bournemouth! We were very disappointed!

El menú fijo era bastante limitado y el único bistec era un bistec que llevaba un suplemento y, para ser sincero, era una pérdida de dinero. El bistec estaba grisáceo, muy pequeño y recocido (¡no es medio raro!). Traté de quejarme pero el camarero realmente no podía entendernos. El entrante fue bueno. Pedí budín de caramelo pegajoso para el postre y conseguí un brownie de chocolate. El personal insistió en que tenía lo que pedí y luego dijo que el chef se había ido a casa y que no podían distinguirlos. ! ! ! Tuve un brownie de chocolate al final. Si nos quedamos allí de nuevo, simplemente reservaría alojamiento y desayuno y saldría a cenar.

No nos quedamos en el hotel, la visita fue para una fiesta de Navidad. Aparcamos en el aparcamiento del hotel (4,50 por hasta 4 horas) Al ingresar al hotel, nos dirigieron al bar donde nos reunimos con otros miembros de nuestro grupo, los precios no eran exorbitantes, similares a los precios de pub. La decoración es muy anticuada en las áreas públicas, los baños de caballeros estaban en muy mal estado. La comida, bueno, bien podría haber comprado una "Cena de Navidad para uno" en un supermercado. La sopa de verduras era suave y no agradable, el pavo era un panecillo de catering preformado, los asados no eran crujientes ni coles congeladas. No hay un Yorkshire Pud a la vista. El pudín de Navidad era un desagradable y barato catering. Nunca volvería a comer allí de nuevo, incluso por cinco años.

we travelled with the travel zoo deal for dinner bed and breakfast the menu had changed since our many previous visits and we felt that as there was very little choice we had to pay more and eat a la carte to find dishes that we liked
