Lovely course, very well kept, very nice helpful staff.

Recently started taking up golf again and came across a local golf club where i live and decided to check it out. Very friendly staff and everyone seems happy to say "hello" and stop for a chat. Driving range is nice place to hopefully improve your game or to just whack some balls. Not a bad price from ball dispenser at driving range. Only used the driving range at moment and looking to go on the asctual course somepoint.

Amazing golf course. Lovely food n great service to boot. Highly recommended if you enjoy getting frustrated.

Nice course, still a little young but getting there. Greens had been hollow tined so spoilt it a bit for me. Not too fussy about the food we had.

Another visit to Halesworth Golf Club and another great day. Course was excellent, catering and drinks were superb, only issue was we didn't play well enough to win!!

Shocking price has increased breakfast size decreased

My breackfast has gone up in price and size decreased massively and it took over 30 minutes to arive

Perfectly kept challenging golf course with perfect fairways and greens.Highly recommended.

Visiting from Australia, went there for 18 holes on the Valley Course. Enjoyed the golf. However, spent over an hour in the clubhouse sitting by myself and not one member acknowledged me. Little disappointed that no one gave me the time of day in a busy clubhouse. The only people that spoke to me were the staff in the pro shop and behind the bar.

Played Halesworth in the Tolly(a county competition) and wanted to write this review as although we were well beaten. This is a gem amongst the Suffolk countryside, everyone was so welcoming from the bar staff, pro shop to the members. Club has a relaxed feel about it but the course is superb and a really good challenge for all parts of your game. Fairways are lush, rough is tough and the greens are true, it’s well worth the trip and I’d highly recommend it despite the result we had :)

Course in great condition. Fairways like carpet greens very true and consistent speed. Food and service in the clubhouse excellent.

Went for a work conference, very accommodating to all our requests and v good service. Nice food + drink, facilities and driving range.

Not a great golfer( I'm not a great golfer) but the food and atmosphere was great . Staff amazing only played the 9 hole but the greens were really good

We had our Christmas work meal at the golf club yesterday after hearing good things about the food. Definitely didn’t disappoint. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was great from all the staff. We will be returning for more.

A frequent lunch visitor but very disappointing today . Salmon lovely however vegetables uncutable and new potatoes fried with coarse salt on, which I don't eat. Nobody came to see if OK..eventually saw waitress and said unsatisfactory and didn't pay. However none of party asked if wished for desert or coffee. Not impressed today at all and we were only table.

Very good "basic" course beside the main one gave us a good workout without being impossible for casual golfers

Popped into the Golf Club restaurant with a friend for a bit of breakfast. Lovely bacon bap with a much welcome cup of tea. Served by a lovely friendly young lady. First class, will pop in again some time.

Great Club house , must have a look at the changing rooms, very interesting. Friendly staff, course kept well. It has been planted with lots of new trees, so will become an interesting course, once established. 18th is surrounded by a large lake , very pretty.

Nice place for a spot of lunch.

Very lovely clubhouse and lovely food

We only played the 9 hole course as a twilight round. It's in great condition and very well maintained and great value at £19. The greens were true. We played the 9 twice. The only issue was that the signage for the next tee was pretty non-existent and difficult if it was your first time at the course. But I will be going back to play the full course.

What a super reception we had from all at Thurso Golf Club, they knew we were coming but went out of their way to deliver an excellent experience of the course and clubhouse facilities. A beautiful course in excellent condition considering only one full time greenkeeper. I have the upmost respect for all those we met whilst on our visit.
