Calling this a pub, might be a bit of a stretch. However it does seem to offer a couple of cracking skittles alleys and likewise bathroom taps. Highlights include: - ITV4 being bashed out at high volume, couple of very interesting documentaries for the landlord to enjoy whilst dosing off - renovation work seems to be ‘ongoing’….not quite sure what’s the plan is here but I like what I see so far - the indoor outdoor roof around the bar is something really special… - random man popped in a pair of sliders and collected the biggest McDonald’s order I have ever seen…before scurrying away into some sort of cupboard at the back of the pub - “If the Guinness runs out, the Guinness runs out…I’m not going down there to change it” - an element of self service at the bar, where the landlord wondered off mid pour…kept us on our toes - he certainly did not approve any women paying the bar tab - some really good local literature - tops smells throughout Certainly worth a visit if in the area. Some say it’s well located, as it’s close to town. 3 stars for an entertainment!

Just been to the Hadley Arms for Sunday lunch. Good old-fashioned home-cooked Sunday lunch. Plenty of food and good choice of vegetables. Smaller portions available for those with small appetites. Delicious traditional type puddings. Excellent value- Less than £12 per head for a 2 course meal. Very good friendly service. If you are looking for somewhere to take older members of your family, they will love it.

An interesting place! Uncrowded with a lovely sunny beer garden. Nice beer and really tasty crisps

Good old school local pub. Friendly staff, cold beer and decent cooked food. It's got a skittle alley and pool table too if you want have a good time.

Visité un asado con mi esposo mamá y papá tres hijos y mi abuela. El servicio fue fabuloso y rápido. El plato principal fue encantador. El pudín era mi favorito a un precio muy razonable incluso para aquellos con un presupuesto estricto. No siempre es fácil estacionar, pero eso es solo una caída.

Urmmm bien entramos aquí y olía a humedad y olor a comida rancia. Las alfombras parecían no haber sido lavadas desde que el propietario se mudó por primera vez. Nos sentamos afuera y las sillas casi se derrumbaron. Aparte de eso, los precios de las bebidas para el baño eran razonables. Sin embargo, no creo que pueda convencer a mi madre o novia para que regrese.

Tried here a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday at 2.50pm but it was closed-later discovered 2.30pm closing time. Called again earlier on Thursday and it was open with one other customer.Served by Graham who is the longist serving Landlord in Bath at the moment-42 years! Average usual common beer that was alright and served correctly and very reasonable price for Bath.I was leaving at 2.0pm when Graham said he would be closing and reopening about 5.0pm. Anyone interested in Tropical fish,there are two large tanks full of fish. No food available while I was there.

This pub looks like it hasn't been refurbished ever in it's life, but is comfortable, friendly and cheap. Not much selection of beer but what they have is well kept and very reasonably priced - home cooked food is good value too.

Popped in just before viewing a match at nearby Prior Park College. It was quiet but a choice of some basic lunch meals - I had a bacon and cheese toasted sandwich: delicious at £3.25. A good pint of Cornish Bitter (3.5%) at £3.30 I found an elderly cat called Marmalade near the radiator and understood from the Landlord that she was almost 20 - bless her. A nice atmosphere prevailed and two locals assisted with directions. A subsequent Google indicated that the pub has been in the same hands since 1977!

Great pub, always has the footie on which is rare for bath. Cheddar Valley on tap, you cant go wrong.
