Also been coming here for many years and now gone down the pan. Staff are blunt on the phone, no customer service skills. Portion sizes not great, missing food when ordered for delivery. Gave this place my final 3 chances consecutively, thinking each time it was a bad day, and a one off. On my third visit i told the guy this is your last chance to get the kebab correct and portion sizes else will order somewhere different, they still managed to mess it up. I hope things improve but i wont go back until new ownership

Usually an excellent meal but recently the food has been awful, doner meat sitting around , chicken kebabs very dry and the chips are like cardboard. It has been like this now for the last 3 weeks , won’t be going back After being a regular for more years than I can recall

Disappointing last two visits, Chicken doner kebab doesn't come with any pitta bread whatsoever, ( lamb doner , yes and no problem). Definitely not using this place for nex t 6 months then will try again. Or if changes ownership

We had food from both H&h cafe and h&h kebab and I have to say the food as we expected was spot on. We have eaten here before and the food is always very nice. I can safely say anytime we’re near Luton even if we pass on the m1 we stop here for food it really is that good.

So close to Luton airport and served an excellent breakfast, it opened at 8am which is ideal after we had dropped off family at the airport. We had the lite breakfast which was lovely, staff friendly and efficient.

Went here for late breakfast 8 April. Yes it’s a standard cafe …. But …. The food is always good quality , the place is clean and the “proper coffee” a delight. The staff are all helpful smiling and welcoming. A good place to start the day

We have been here a fair few times and the food is always top quality. The service is very good and very friendly. We will definitely return.

The type of establishment where you wipe your feet in the way out. The staff have no sanitation or cleanliness. The shop is filthy from floor to ceiling. Management must of been raised in a pig farm with no English spoken after comments made reguarding food sanitation.

I keep getting the same tomato slices for a while and I think that maybe I did something wrong to them and I dont remember

as usual very good food at a reasonable price but felt i had to write review because of covid. Waiting staff were not wearing any kind of face covering which i think they should and more disturbing was the table cleaning. No spray used and the same cloth for all tables and not washed out the whole time i was there.should be using paper towels and spray.

Picking up from Luton airport and we had a stop at h & h cafe. The food was as always spot on and there was plenty of it.

Value for money, very friendly service and loads of great tasty food. Very highly recommended. Ps great chilli sauce and garlic mayo.

Done a bit of research before I travelled to Luton airport to find a near-by cafe when I picked up my daughter... this place is a gem... 5 mins from terminal pick up..and the cafe and food and service gets 10/10 ...will be using airport again in 3 weeks, will def come here before going to airport for a breakfast... and only mins from long stay car park... it's a win win

We often have a takeaway from H&H, this is certainly the best kebab house in Luton. Throughly recommend chicken and vegetable kebabs.

This Kebab House cooks and sells really tasty food which is really healthy. The Kebabs whether Chicken or Lamb are pure meat, cooked perfectly with a great salad of your choice. The breakfast café next door owned by the Kebab House serves a wonderful breakfast of your choice, cooked just right.

The staff are always pleased to see you. Good quality scoff always. Nice little café next door if you fancy a fry up in the morning :) Keep up the good work boys!

Often go here on a Sunday morning for breakfast, the food is amazing. Such good quality, good price and massive portions! They also do a really good cup of tea which I find most places struggle to do!

These guys are at the top of their game. Really good fare served speedily and with the addition of outside seating - albeit with NO view to write about, LOL! But this is not about location. The food is fine and the premises spotless. And the decor inside is exactly what is needed. The food is cooked in front of an audience and is easily one of the best "greasy spoons" in the UK. I tried the full monty (illustrated) (K4?) with my hungry son. He couldn't finish it. We included a drink and there was plenty of toast to eat alongside the piping hot food. There was little to no grease! The mushrooms were exceptional and the black pudding scrumptious. Bacon as good as it gets, riddled to perfection.Parking can be a problem but please find a spot and walk if necessary - it is really worth the chore!

Visited for a breakfast, my husband had the full works and raved about the amount of food on the plate all of which was delicious. I opted for the smaller breakfast but added the optional extra of bubble & squeak which was fab, really tasty. Staff were friendly and the place was really clean. Busy with lots of happy customers. Really good value and the ideal place for a breakfast

I love H&H big breakfasts. The food is always cooked to order, it's always hot and you don't have to wait long. They do a wide variety of food from full English to roast dinners, liver and bacon, burgers and jacket spuds to name a few. It's good value for money, clean and the staff are friendly. I can honestly say I haven't found a better breakfast!

Very good choice of lunch dishes, breakfast also available Very fast service bought to your table ASAP if your in a rush Definitely something for everyone to choose from Reasonable priced as well

very good content for £10 main course with turkey roast potatoes yorkshire pudding stuffing sproats carrots dessert was Christmas pudding with custard ice cream or cream tea or coffee was included

After reading the reviews I thought I’d give this place a try. While it’s cheap at only £5.50 for a large doner kebab, that’s where the good stuff finished. The doner meat was barely warm and didn’t taste great to be honest, pretty bland: maybe more seasoning? (I’m no expert)I asked for chilli sauce, and was given a tiny dollop on the top, basically leaving me about 85% of plain, cold, mediocre Donner meat and bread. Sorry, wouldn’t recommend, I’ve had much much better.

We love H&H! Been a while since we visited for breakfast due to the kids! So this was a treat! Busy as always but served quickly, the order was as we asked, amazing staff and food. We also always order our evening treat of kebabs, burgers and pizza... once again the food is outstanding, best around! Service from beginning to end is amazing! Highly recommend

He clasificado H&H como el mejor en Luton anteriormente pero me temo que decir que me decepcionó recientemente. Su carne oscura, degustación de cordero normalmente los donantes más de Turquía probado de kebabs y parecía más anémicos. He probado en otros lugares y me pregunto si es una alternativa más barata. No siempre ganar dinero y ganancias sobre la calidad? No sé y espero que no sea el caso, pero no puedo tarifa H&H tanto ahora. Espero decir que cambian las cosas y los clientes vienen primero. Estoy seguro de que el resto de sus alimentos y servicios son excelentes.

Generous portion s , great quality. Kebabs are great , good Southern fried chicken. Bogof deal on pizzas . Been a regular customer since opening. Very friendly staff.

La comida increíble y gran variedad en el menú, nos tomamos el desayuno pequeño con bebidas. Buena comida caliente y un lugar concurrido con los habitantes es una buena señal. Sólo falta en la 5 estrellas debido a la cajera el dinero que agarró antipático gracias o sin hacer ningún contacto visual. Es una pena. El servidor era agradable en la mesa (para añadir).

Visitamos la comida del domingo 28 de agosto. Hay siempre una cálida bienvenida aquí. Teníamos un tocino y principal baguette advirtió sheaprds tarta de verduras si. Ambas eran un gran sabor y excelente relación calidad-precio. La tarta era un gran sheaprds porción, ver foto. Este fácilmente podría gratis!!! Buena comida, buenos precios y un restaurante muy limpio. Gracias al director del equipo n H H, el chef, y todo el personal. Este es ahora un lugar de salida "goto" cuando tienen hambre.

We have used H & H kebab a number of times and they are always up to scratch. Chicken sish is the best choice and they deliver fast. A good choice for a quick meal

I look forward to visiting H & H when in the area which is usually 2-3 times per year. I always have the big breakfast which is fantastic. It is served quickly by friendly staff and comes with toast and tea or coffee.

Called in for a quick fry up. Lovely meal, served with a smile, can't wait to call in again sometime soon.

This isn't just the best kebab shop in Luton, it's the best one I have ever visited. Top notch food, great staff and incredibly reasonable prices too, cannot recommend more.

Utilizamos este café un par de veces a la semana. Tan pronto como llegamos en nuestras bebidas. El personal amable y muy limpia. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Gran elección en el menú para satisfacer cualquier gusto. Tienen menú para niños y ofrecen sillas alta limpio y acolchadas.

Very fast & friendly service with a good choice of chicken & kebabs. The staff were very helpful in advising on which dish to go for and also on the size of the portions.

My personal view is this is the best place for a Doner Kebab! The flavour is excellent and the texture is fresh-not like some places that serve up old shoe leather.

Mi esposa y yo siempre nuestros Disfrútelo Kebabs desde aquí. Ella prefiere pollo mientras voy por el donante. Son deliciosos y la carne es siempre parece fresco en contraposición a algunos establecimientos que prefieren para servirle cuero de zapatos. Las pequeñas patatas fritas también están bien. El servicio es rápido y atento, teniendo en cuenta que se puede llegar a estar muy concurrida. Ellos no entregar así.

A brilliant place to go for breakfast or brunch. The staff are wonderful , polite and helpful. Proper cappuccino machine and a great shake maker add to the experience. We had a small mixed grill each and drinks. Came to under £10. Would highly recommend.

Now everyone knows that you cannot eat a fry up every day but when we do ,about once a month H and H is where its at1 spotlessly clean2 its fast3 the food is hot and tasty4 reasonable moneybig breakfast or rise and shine are my favouritestheres a lot of calories there so be prepared for a long walk afterwards
