He recibido tratamiento Rolfing con Ben desde junio de 2023 por los efectos de un derrame cerebral grave que tuve en septiembre de 2022. Los tendones y ligamentos en el lado afectado se acortaron y estaban haciendo que mi mano se acurrucara y me doliera y que mi espalda rígida se acortara en mi pierna. El tratamiento de Ben facilitó mucho el movimiento y mi cuerpo está libre de dolor. Había tenido tratamiento Rolfing durante los últimos quince años cuando lo necesité con un practicante que se retiró para saber qué esperar. He estado muy satisfecho con el tratamiento de Ben, él evaluó mi cuerpo, me escuchó y me sentí totalmente seguro en sus manos. Recomiendo Rolfing como terapia y Ben como practicante.

Visited Guy after being involved in a traffic accident and suffered from neck, lower back and foot trauma. After a detailed consultation and first treatment, I noticed a huge improvement the following day. I have had regular treatments since with Guy and Andy and am now almost pain free, something I thought would be unachievable. They explain what they are doing and why, and the benefits of the treatments, even down to what chair is best to support my back, which have allowed me to return to a near pain free normality. They have re-set my body and I now need to maintain it. Could not recommend them highly enough. The coffee and pastries are a treat too!

Such a friendly vibe. The staff looked after my family so well so my wife and I could enjoy the delicious coffee. A hidden gem!

Conocí este lugar en algún momento y con los años ha cambiado un par de veces. Pero lo que encontré recientemente fue una sorpresa inesperada. Más pequeño de lo que recuerdo pero muy acogedor y con un ambiente relajado. Obtuve muy buen café tostado por Climpson and Sons, pastelería creada por la panadería Yeast e increíbles bollos de canela horneados y entregados por Bread en bicicleta.

Vale la pena una visita si te gusta un buen café. Es un poco del tubo de Camden y es muy pequeño y local, pero es un gran lugar para las personas que se preocupan por un buen café y al lado de triyoga.

What a unique and wonderful place! Best osteopathic treatment I’ve ever had followed by a fabulous coffee served by friendly staff, in a warm and cozy atmosphere and the banana bread was something else!! The lunches looked delicious and we will definitely be returning when we are back in London 😍

I come all the way from Birmingham to see Guy Gold. I've had neck and back issues for years but over the course of treatments it has improved dramatically. He is very clinically intuitive, has the perfect bed-side manner, is spot on with his diagnosis and very hands-on... just what the Dr ordered! (I feel I can say this as a GP myself) I can't recommend him highly enough, whether you have any issues or it's an MOT to keep things in good order. Just wished this treatment room and coffee bar was nearer. Plus the coffee is amazing as is the banana bread if you're just popping in for a coffee.

Had the best oat milk cappuccino ever! You can tell these guys know how to make a good coffee. They serve the most awesome cinnamon bun. The coffee shop is small but cute. Really nice vibe and the staff are super friendly! Definitely worth the little walk off the beaten track.

Came here for a warm morning drink and ordered a hot chocolate (£3.00). The service was friendly and efficient, atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant and the drink tasted great. Highly recommended if in the area.

Place has a cool vibe. Has a good amount of seats for its size. Macchiato was great and banana bread was even better.

This little place is quite unusual for Camden - it sort of feels like it's arrived from a little corner of Milan. Very elegant and the coffee is really very good indeed. I had an apricot and rosemary oatcake - sort of savoury, sort of sweet and really delicious. It's so worth walking up past the chain coffee shops on the high street to discover a treasure like this.

I have already visited this little gem of a cafe on a number of occasions, enjoying delicious coffee and cakes every time. Great for takeaway coffee as it's near enough to Camden but not right on the main road. Unusually the shop front doubles as a reception for an renowned local osteopath - not my reason for visiting but it seems that the services offered are very popular. The spicy banana bread is well worth the trip alone - although as it's fresh when it's gone it's gone!

We chanced upon this delightful small coffee bar in busy Camden. The decor is beautiful. We enjoyed the great coffee and pastries. There was an array of interesting cookies such as a rosemary and apricot oatcake, cakes, the best banana bread I've had. The staff were efficient and friendly. We enjoyed catching our breath in frenetic Camden whilst enjoying great coffee and food. Well worth a visit on a regular basis!
