Gusto Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Very good authentic Italian pizza. Great service and delicious food with variety of choices. It caters for all different dietary requirements. Thank you.

I am Italian, and I do not usually eat italian food or pizza outside Italy, but my 14 y.o. Daughter was hungry andlazy, so we decided to give a chance to this restaurant. Very kind and open for suggestion, good pizza - I would suggest to add a bit salt and rosemary/pepper to the tomato sauce. ;)

Avoid. Gone downhill. £28 cold pizza delivered and then the cold shoulder Only round the corner! Brush off when phoned

This used to be my "go to" place for excellent pizza. Really good. And I could get an 18" with a couple of toppings for circa £20. Imagine my surprise when I went back to order (maybe a month since my last order) and the base price is close of £20 for Margarita, and with toppings will put it close to £26. A huge increase out of the blue. I do not know if they changed hands or not, but they no longer offer any real value for money compared to competitors. I think that is me done.

The pizza was amazing, definitely the best I’ve had in a while. Although it was a bit later than what we specified, it was nice and hot still. Garlic bread pizza was pretty stale and didn’t have much garlic but was still nice!

I ordered from here because it had a short delivery time (15-30 mins). Once I’d ordered the delivery time was 30-50 mins and on top of that it arrived 10 mins late. Terrible service.

I’ve ordered from here 5-10 times before and this is not them. I assume new management. Average now

Terrible! The driver left the pizza on the floor outside our neighbour’s door! To leave food on the floor is a disgrace!

Im quite disappointed for the delivery time.. I left a note asking to be delivered at 6.45 and I received my pizza at 6.20.. it was a bit cold as well.. and I received a diet coke instead of a classic one! I kindly advise the restaurant to be more carefull because it's not the first time this is happening.

Pizza base was very greasy which I really don’t like

Watch out from Vegetarian labels on the menu. They are wrong and you’re not going to get a replacement pizza or refund from them. I ordered one with Veg label and ended up getting ham

Hi my order too dry and not fresh and too cold and salty

The food is extremely expensive for the dimension of the pizzas we received. It also wasn’t tasting good. On the description of one of the pizza there was no meat, but when we received it, there was pork on it and the person couldn’t eat it. The dessert was frozen, clearly just got out of the freezer. We don’t suggest it and won’t order again from here.

Really disappointed with how sloppy it was. Base sauce spilled and soaked into the box so my toppings slid off the pizza. Delivery was super quick which tells me the pizza was rushed, and the quality suffered because of it. Gusto can make better food

The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Food also came much earlier than expected, which was great as we were starving. Would definitely recommend!!

Thin, crispy edges, soft and gooey cheese and simply delicious pizza. Recommend if you want something more authentic than the typical pizza chains.

A little slower than usual today. We would love to have the truffle back. Its not there anymore, just a faint smell. Still great pizza.

Collections pizza - Absolutely gorgeous. Sincerely, it was lovely. Full of flavour, decent ingredients, same day made dough, proper oven that cooks pizza as it should be. Really nice people too. The next time I’m down in London I’d happily go out of my way to go to this place.

Super tasty vegan pizza! One of the best vegan cheeses I’ve had, fast delivery as well! My only criticism would be that there was no option to add any extra toppings to the pizza through the app, it was still delicious nonetheless! Will definitely be ordering again😊

Pizza was great, but they delivered the wrong side order!

It’s a shame because the service was good and very fast delivery however we ordered a garlic bread for my sister who hates cheese and instead we got a cheesy garlic bread so she had nothing for dinner from the food we ordered. As for the pizza, it was dripping in oil. A shame because it was our first time ordering from here, the dough tasted really nice and everything else was good.

I ordered two pizzas for h 19.30,they've been delivered at h 18.30. When I said to the guy of the delivery he was early of one hour, he said (well started screaming) he didn't understand why I didn't want the pizzas at 18.30. He came back one hour later with the same pizzas. That's a shame you lost two weekly customers 🙃

Gusto pizza is our favourite local. The pizzas are amazing and taste like you're having them in italy, the quality of the toppings is so good. Great value for money especially if you go for the huge ones.

The food quality is amazing but you might pay attention on the time delivery requests.. I asked to be delivered at 6:40 and the pizza arrived at 6 so Im a bit disappointed

Is our first time we order from this restaurant and we are happy , before we was regular customer for another pizza restaurant but after few times they start to delivery really bad service and bad pizza. We are hope that GUSTO PIZZA will not change his excellent service and pizza !

Delivery arrived on time however Pizza wasn’t really nice. The cheese was falling of the actual pizza so was just left with toppings on top of the base with the cheese on the side. Not really nice

Real wood oven. Quality ingredients. Friendly service. Good prices. Sounds easy but it’s rare. Try it.

pizza wasn't really tasty and a bit burned, the Nutella strawberry dough was... a disappointment. the dough was bit disgusting and hard, there wasn't enough Nutella at all... would avoid desserts.

Staying locally for a night, popped in right before close to order a takeaway. Chef was amazing and so nice; cooked our pizzas super quickly. Legitimately the best pizza I've ever had, will definitely return to the area so I can order again!!

Food wasn’t hot but I didn’t expect it to be cos it’s freezing outside. Delivery was earlier than expected and the food was very good.

We ordered 2 18” pizza’s (1 vegetarian & 1 Napoli with pineapple) - They put the pineapple on the wrong pizza, I then phoned the restaurant and they were happy to send out a new Napoli with Pineapple an hour later, but they then forgot to add the olives on the Napoli pizza. Basically, they messed up my pizza order twice. I wasn’t happy with the quality either, very bland, not hot and didn’t taste fresh. I gave up after the second delivery that was wrong.

Pizza was really tasty! Great tomato sauce base. They are really thin pizzas though so although we ordered an 18" margarita between 3 people I feel like we could have gotten another maybe smaller pizza. Regardless I will definitely be making this my regular pizza joint!

I have been ordering gusto pizza for several months now and they do not disappoint; pizzas are always tasty, fresh and warm and delivered on time, the staff is very kind. Recommended!

The dough was not fresh and within minutes the crust turned from a tough and chewy texture to an even worse experience where it was not even edible due to how solid it was.

I live in Maida Vale and I regularly have my pizza delivered home. They have high hygienic standards, they are very kind and attentive and do a great delivery service: punctual, well packed, hot pizza and always with a smile. Their pizzas are more than decent (this is an Italian speaking) and I was never disappointed once! Good job guys! My only suggestion would be to have a little music played in your premises just to have a bit more ambience, but you probably work mostly on deliveries :)
