4.50 for a bottle of drink that says 2.59 on it is absolutely ridiculous.

Missing item from order, restaurant unwilling to rectify their mistake.

Not happy! This is my favourite chip shop, BUT last time I was delivered someone else's order (JustEat's fault), this time my order was wrong and I only received 1 sausage and ordered 4!! I won't continue to order if there are going to be issues.

Always love the grilled cod & mushy peas. Unfortunately the chips were a bit cold tonight, I’m sure the temperature outside didn’t help keep them warmer during delivery

Very traditional Fish and Chips sold in very respectfull manner happy greetings and affordable price. Reminded me of old days when fish and chips were traditional and british. Food was tasty and id go again and again and again very warm customer service and ample of parking available

considering I live across the road 🤔 it was cold once delivered and before you say why not go into shop at this moment in time I can't 🤔

Normally I'd say 4 stars pus but tonight I got served cold food couldn't eat fish as can't recook and I had to reheat my chips not happy can't return it as I have work van and not allowed to use out of hours and partner has car fuming

Always delicious and hot food. Had battered sausage, chips and scraps. Plenty of chips and sausage really good. Only fish and chip I would order from. Lady delivery driver was polite.

Driver was really arrogant Put phone down on me whilst i tried to give directions Left food at door of flats no buzzer rung I had already explained i have arthritis in my hips after he asked me to find him.. Very unhappy with him do not send again

The chips were hard and dry and not enjoyable at all, like they’d been warmed up from dinner time and weren’t very hot either we only live 4 minutes drive from the chip shop, quite disappointing as usually quite nice chips.

This is my favourite chippy. However, our curry sauce was missing this week. Last week, I ordered a plain sausage for my fussy grandson and got a battered sausage. I won't order if my order is going to be incorrect! I spend over £30 to not be able to enjoy curry sauce with my meal??

Never ordered from here before, thought the price was a little more dear than I'm used too. Long story short definitely got monies worth, even a small could feed two. Will happily order again.

Ive always loved the food never had a problem till today only thing warm was the mushy peas sausage and chips cold not even luke warm

Have used this chippy for over 20 years. Food is always amazing. Considering it has no footfall(it's in the middle of houses) it is always busy. Testament to the quality food and service

Tried the breakfast box tonight. The bacon was overcooked for my liking but if you like it crispy you'll be satisfied. It didn't stop me thoroughly enjoying it

I had to call the restaurant who we’re extremely helpful and told me the driver had picked up my order 20mins ago however this driver didn’t deliver my food until 45 mins after pickup his excuse was oh I had another delivery not in my area to do, my food was lukewarm not the restaurant fault but the driver

A great chippy that sells all the classic chip shop food. Delivery is always fairly quick and there’s enough chips in one portion to feed a family of four.

Poor, arrived over 60 mins late and the grilled fish was dry and over cooked.

Amazing food. Good portion sizes. Unfortunately they forgot the drink tho.

My daughter just brought us all fish and chips(6 of us) with curry sauce today (18/11/23) and it was absolutely amazing.. The fish was so fresh, it just flaked off easy and the portion size was brilliant ... The best fish and chips I've had in a very very long time and that includes going to the seaside... Will be going there again 100%

Fantastic quality and nice and hot

We ordered our food at 7.30 and was given an estimated time of delivery of between 8.05 and 8.20. Are food finally arrived at 9pm. Although pipping hot. I won't be ordering from here again due to my piece of chicken being that salty that i was unable to eat it resulting in my ending up with norhing for dinner but a portion of chips.

Three meals all cooked to perfection .

Food came missing £13.77 of items not present rang the restaurant and they say they couldn't do anything but they knew they had not sent the items and was not prepared to do anything, about it so I had to get Uber eats to refund that money as these rip offs wasn't going to. Simple place has gone down hill

waited over an hour for this order and literally live 5 mins away...food was cold and was missing the chips... phoned the restaurant and no offer to bring the correct order "you can claim it back" !!! was the half arsed answer .. How can you have fish and chips without chips... Food ended up in the bin ...so much for "FriYay" ... terrible service !!!

My brother, in his 50s said the fish was as good as he had ever tasted (and he holidays regularly in Whitby so knows his cod). Large Cod, great value too.
