Tonight, we placed an order for 3 different types of curry, along with some keema naan and chapati for delivery. We made sure to request that all the curries be extra spicy. To our delight, the food arrived earlier than expected, and we were thrilled to find that the curries were absolutely perfect - just the right level of spice and bursting with flavour. We're incredibly grateful for the wonderful meal we had tonight. Good portion and well priced!

Food arrived one hour later and cold with rice missing. When called to the restaurant it was cayouse. Next time will be turkish for me. Boss need to have a look in his business Your company sending me messages constantly with 15 % off so when I call I ask for 15% off. Now i ordered food and it is arrived over one hour later. I paid my money and you can't deliver the service You are always bombarding me with a messages with 15% off so don't say I demanding as I ask for 15% off. Change your attitude towards customer The owner is very rude and put the the phone down

I've just had this food for the last time, which Is a shame as we used to love it, each time with had it in the recent year it's been worse, today we didn't get poppadoms (not a huge deal) but the chicken was also dry and tasteless, the potions size seems smaller, as we were finishing off my son found a pubic style hair in his dinner, 🤢

Ode to the Gulshan You must wonder why you always see me. For your tikka jalfrezi is so tasty and dreamy. Poppadom goes snap, With picked an that, And the tarka dhal so rich and creamy!

Went for dinner this evening with 2 of my best friends and cannot fault anything. It was our first time here & one of my friend's birthday! The food was amazing & on a 'Banquet Night' 👍 Beautifully cooked and prepared too & brilliant size portions we struggled to finish it all so were given containers to take it home!!!! Very friendly staff!!! Our waiter was very chatty & he kindly gave my friend a dozen roses as he'd noticed her Birthday presents on the table - so kind & very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you & hope to be back again soon!

Had a lovely takeaway from the Gulshan - ordered £80 worth of food and it was ready to collect in £15 and was amazing value / quality

We ordered from here often and have never been disappointed! The food was always delicious, the spicy curries were nice spicy and full of flavour 👍 super well-priced. Highly recommend!

What a waste of money Ordered butter chicken and got chicken korma which was tasteless absolutely awful Too basic Totally not worth a single penny

My dad and I went for dinner this evening and cannot fault anything. Amazing food, Great deal on a Wednesday and Thursday! The meat was beautifully cooked and so tender, brilliant size portions (we struggled to finish it all!) Very friendly staff too. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you and see you again soon!

I have been to Gulshan many times for the Sunday buffet. Staff are great . Really wonderful flavours , Tandoori chicken is juicy and tasty. Love the onion bhaji, Many different curries to choose from. I am about to book a table for this Sunday.

Ordered food through app.. biriyani tastes worse.. who adds cabbage in biriyani.. and mutter panner tastes sweet.. definitely it’s not Indian food. Waste of money

Ordered online on the website and collected food. Best takeout we have had in a long time! Service is top tier- revived a phone call to tell us they were bagging our food and it would be ready in 4 mins. When we went in to collect the food the man behind the counter insisted on bringing it out to the car for us as it was absolutely pouring down and he didn’t want us to get wet. Delicious food and amazing value for money. Can’t fault them 10/10

Always enjoy coming in to see Del and his guys, food is very tasty and Del always has time to have a chat and make the evening more fun. Would recommend coming in for a sit down and a laugh.

Come on Gulshan, i’ve used for 40 years on and off , you need to up your game, takeaway tonight was Pataks not good Not good at all , i’ve used Bengal lancer for nearly30 years consistently good but they don’t deliver , from now on until you prove me wrong I’ll stick with Bengal very disappointed

First time in a long time. What a surprise, food,service were exceptional. Large portions, all came hot and the flavours and spices were spot on.

Excellent meal, service great. Haven't been for a while due to health problems. Previous reviews very mixed so decided to make up our own minds and food was excellent. Hopefully now the old chef is back food will continue to be excellent. Del has made big changes to the restaurant and it is much improved.

Instead of a Beef Madras I received a mutton vindaloo. Not happy

WOW! I live in the area for quite a few years now so we are regular costumers. It had its ups and downs,but it has been improving a 100% and getting better and better each time we order or visit the restaurant! Amazing dishes,all feels genuinely fresh and delicious! Went in here on a Saturday night around 9:45 and it was completely empty, no other customers. We were seated quickly and they offered us drinks, which we ordered and shortly after we ordered the food. I requested my usual, Chicken Dhansak, which came with pilau rice, but what I was served was nothing like a normal chicken dhansak. The sauce was really thin, there was hardly any lentils and it was lacking any heat or flavour. Overall a very disappointing meal and I would not recommend it to anyone, nor will I go back. This is a shame as it is very close to where I live, but there are far better Indian restaurants in Farnham, just have to walk further to get to them.

Ordered a takeout for the missus birthday, the prawn Bhuna curry was lukewarm, watery, bland and tasteless. Never had such a bad curry in my life. Phoned up to complain and the response was the manager will talk to the chef about this. Poor customer service! Never again!

Placed order against menu 'A' when the bill arrived it had been priced against menu 'B' a more expensive version. I shouldve refused to pay Probably in breach of trading standards . Be warned.

Wasn't great, The one thing I'll give them is it got here quite quickly, but other than that, I got a vindaloo (£7.40) and it was bland and not a fairly small portion, had a hair in it I noticed, Overpriced and tasteless,

Felt let down had a meal hear recently was fine The takeaway was poor.. Was ready in double quick time.. Pre cooked I suppose not fresh..

Had a take away from here last night for the first time. The food was good, I personally would prefer a slightly larger portion though. I will use these again.

Haven't been here for 20 years and of course it's changed! Just a take away as doing some baby sitting locally. Lamb Tikka starter a little sloppy but enjoyed the Chicken Royal.

Always good food, recently visited again and very tasty food

I’ve had my fair few curries in my time. I don’t know how these guys do it but the sauce tastes like it’s been cooking for hours! I’ve tasted over 10 here and it’s just hard to beat.

Not great. Popadoms & 1 bhaji missing from order. When I rang and asked they said they’d give it to me “next time”. When ordering multiple of their ‘set menus’ instead of keeping them separate they just bundle everything together in the same portions and no labelling on containers so you don’t know what’s what. Expensive for what it is too. There won’t be a next time ordering from this place.

Can't knock it apart from the sheer amount of food is bonkers. Thank goodness they kindly do doggy bags

Nice food when they remember to deliver it - expect to be left on hold when you place your order. Second time now we've been left waiting. Insisted on a refund of main course only to be told I will be "remembered next time". Got a token pilau rice instead.

First time getting takeaway from here, really hoping it would be good but very disappointed. The pasanda didn’t taste anything of coconut, it was just gloopy and greasy. The karahi was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The raita was just plain yogurt with a few bits of cucumber dipped in. One of the other dips was missing from the order. The delivery was on time, but we only managed to eat about a quarter of it and are left feeling greasy, salty and that overly full feeling, but still empty stomachs. And this was definitely the one in Farnham not fleet..! Update: order should be easy to find, it was only yesterday. Order number: 15884084. Not sure how it could have been resolved on the phone, nothing much could have been done about it.

We have just had this for the first time. We ordered around 1730 which gave us an 1845 delivery time. Initially the delivery time came up as being delayed by 15 minutes but then it arrived only 5 minutes late. It was definitely worth the wait. The food was so so good. All four of us are completely stuffed and very very satisfied. This is going to become a favourite for us I can tell.

Do not order from them!! Everything was delivered cold for starters. My partner ordered a kashmir chicken curry. Not only was it not chicken but whatever the meat was had turned and had a foul metallic taste. The poperdoms where burnt and awfull the nans where undercooked and dowy. And my partner has been in the toilet chucking up since ehaving a mouth full. The restaurant will not take my call or call back. Contacting the bank for a charge back on the card. Update* I tried calling multiple times and left voicmails. I know it was you as I ordered on just eatand your address is on the order. The lamb korma as you call it was supposed to be a kashmir chicken and its wasn't lamb or korma because I had a lamb korma from you as well and both the sauce and the meat where diffrant in that. If you had answered the phone the multiple times I called then maby I wouldn't have resorted to the reviews page but at the end of the day all the food was awfull and its really not right to dish out gone off incorrect meat and incorrect dishes! Picture are of the 2 currys we received that are sat in the kitchen uneaten even my dog turned her nose up at it. We've never had an issue ordering from Gulshan either for collection or takeaway. Very reasonably priced and tasty food. Happy to accommodate additional requests such as extra garlic and chilli in their dishes or other personal preferences. Added an extra star on because of the ridiculous 1 star review left by Antony Taylor who's never even visited. Total thumper.

It was nice and freshly made but so busy they had a big backlog so the food was rushed and the portions not as full as they normally are

Ordered a curry as a treat for New Years Eve after a truly horrendous year. Ordered at 18:23 via Just Eat and were advised delivery would be 19:50, not a problem great timing considering it’s New Years! Upon checking the Just Eat app at 20:00 the order had been changed to delivered. Checked outside our front door and nothing. Rang and checked on the status to be told delivery was now 2-3 hours!! Left it until 21:00 and rang again to be told they were backlogged and nothing they could do, our order would be a further 40 minutes and hadn’t even been cooked yet!! Upon complaining I was offered no alternative simply told “We’re backlogged and I’ll refund you”. The total lack of apology or any form of customer service means I will not be ordering from here again. I would leave a review on Just Eat but because the restaurant cancelled the order it takes away this option. Rather convenient and explains why they were so quick to refund my money. If I could I’d leave you a 1 star review, sadly Google Review doesn’t let me.

I hate to slag a place off during the lockdown when restaurants are struggling, but the food was pretty average and it arrived an hour late. Some dishes were fine (bombay potatoes, okra dish, naans, korma) others were a bit dodgy (spinach, paratha, mushrooms, daal). Definitely wouldn't order again. Sorry.

Iv never eaten here so cant really comment on whats its like. However on reading the reviews it seems if anyone puts in a bad review the owner tells them they must be confused and went to another restaurant. I find it strangely coincidental that so many people who thought they ordered a takeaway from here and collected it from here, actually got confused and went somewhere else, according to the owner. That tells me to stay away.

Third time having curry from this restaurant. Outstanding customer service. First order was kinda mixed up by their driver but since then they have never let me down. Curry was always spot on, they even put a complementary chef Special dish on my order. Due to current pandemic situation dine is isn’t allowed otherwise I’d have gone there 2/3 times a week for food. Really impressive, keep up the good work fellas. :)

Ordered food twice during lockdown It was tasty and quite hot since they were both deliveries. Each time the meal arrived before the delivery time originally give. Fine with us! Thank you GT. Can’t say that about some places used before when meal has turned up late and cold. Will happily order from GT again.

Food was not all that lamb chops were chewy and not flavoured and non of the curry dishes where properly spiced I would say you can get a better meal from ASDA. My favourite restaurant bangol Lancer (every dish is amazing and perfectly spiced) in aldershot cant delivery to where i live so i thought try this place and was absolute let down.

Disappointing - we got set meal for 2 - small naan compared to other places, fairly bland bhuna and tikka starter and the chicken was tough and dry. Korma tasted good but didn't look particularly appetising. The portion sizes were pretty small, especially the tikka starter - 5 small pieces of chicken for 2 people. In defence onion bhaji was huge - quite greasy though. Arrived early which was good.

I am currently dairy free and they adapted the ingredients so I could pretty much have my normal order- still delicious! Staff are so friendly and helpful, love eating in but takeaway is also to a high standard.

I am living in Farnham a longest length of time since last ten years. Farnham is a historically famous for a lot of reasons.I love to live in Farnham. I like to have authentic Indian food in my busy schedule life. I have found the GULSHAN TANDOORI in Farnham has been provided a highest level of quality food and service from my selection of choice and corresponding with community friends around the Farnham and Surrey GULSHAN is the best Indian restaurant I ever had in UK.

Absolutely disgusting food found a hair in the rice. Wrong rice delivered. Naan bread dry and tasted like sand and the chicken is so dry could put a hole in the wall with it will never ever order from here again. Should be shut down

After waiting an hour for our takeaway to arrive the food was absolutely disgusting and cold! I'm not the type of person to complain but I'm now doing my first ever review due to it being so bad 🙁 the only reason i ordered from them was due to them 4* rating on just eat.. strongly recommend you save your time and money

Absolute shambles. Stone cold when it got here, absolutely no taste. Customer service was shocking. When I called to get a refund they put the phone down and said “we don’t do refunds”. Worst curry I’ve ever had and will certainly not be ordering again

ordered the food at 18.30 took 2 hours to cook and deliver (we live 10 mins from the restaurant). food arrived warm, chicken was dry, everything was moiust even the dry curry 🤦🏼‍♂️ waste of £45! first time we ordered from this restaurant and last. lived in Farnahm for 10 years wanted to try because of positive reviews. when the food was delivered got the clear impression we were part of a ‘bulk’ delivery which would explain the reason the food was warm!! Children were over hungry by the time it arrived ☹️

We've been going here for over 20 years which pains me to say that the service recently has been terrible. They forgot 5 items on our takeaway order, the food arrived well over an hour late and therefore was cold on arrival. Always check at the door before accepting.

We - as a family - and individually love Gulshan. We have been eating there for the last 15 years and we always enjoy new dishes or old favourites. We have also gone there in group bookings with colleagues and friends. Absolutely brilliant.

Absolutely rubbish. In fact next time I'd rather buy a curry from Tescos cheap as chip range. Bland to the point of boring, cold, miniscule portions. Perhaps the chef was having a bad night..but really I couldn't care less as I paid nearly 40 quid for the most disappointing and useless Indian meal I have ever had...and believe me I really know what I'm talking about. I would be embarssed to cook and send this out to a customer.

Turned up 1.5 hours after we ordered, so 30 mins later than they said it would arrive, so it was cold. Not only that they g give us one of the main meals or the popadoms we ordered, but we were still charged. Obviously we didn’t realise this until they had gone. As for the food it was poor, the lamb was like road kill and the other dishes were either bland, watered down or oily. It was just terrible!

I ordered takeaway for 2 which turned up cold. I could have live with this, as I have a microwave, but also the Prawn Bhuna was shockingly bland...as spicy as a bowl of porridge. And it had a hair in it. I phoned and asked for a re-fund so that I could re-order from somewhere else, but apparently they have a no re-fund policy...I was offered a reduction on our next order...which I do not want to place. Maybe I caught them on a bad night.
